I'm actually a pretty-forgiving, libertarian type of person. I'm more than willing to do everything from reason with people to letting those of them who are fools look like the fools that they are. I don't, for example, delete even slanderous, libellous, and other comments on YouTube-- I just mark them as spam comments and let people see them at their own premonition and behest (They know what "Marked as Spam" implies; and if they're curious to see it, that's their schtick.).

But I draw lines in the sand and build fences when I need to, and-- as with many in my family-- I draw the lines in the sand and build the fences for the involved parties' and others' own goods.

And Great-Great-Granddad Czarnecki's Death May Have Not Been An Accident After All...

I told a friend about quite a bit of my family history recently; and in the course of the discussion, he suggested that the "sudden fall of rock" and circumstances surrounding it may have been no accident-- it may have been an intentional, well-planned (even if spur-of-the-moment planned) suicide. Remember, he was a schicker and frequently farshikert, the man (husband) of a meshugene vayb, was an Anusi trying to survive being sat shiva for and virtually exiled from Poland Russia to live as an Anusi in America, and tateh of a man who committed suicide.

So, who knows? My friend may have had a point: that mine "accident" may have been a by-fall-of-rock suicide.

"Antoni" and "Katarzyna" were given by Great-Great-Grandma about her parents as well; Great-Great-Granddad was born c. December 24, 1876; etc. Even the death certificate is full of intentional misinformation.

No Matter Who In the Family Abuses or Persecutes Me, I Won't Be Quiet or Self Defenseless Anymore

I'm not a Chamberlain. I'm not a Dubeck. In fact, Great-Grandma Gaydos was enough of an American Chamberlain and kapo, and she cost many of our family members' lives by refusing to help them make aliyah. As for Dubeck, he led then Czechoslovakia but cowed to the then USSR, making Czechoslovakia a USSR state-- part of which made life harder for remaining Ashkenazic Jews in the Diaspora, my Anusi mishpacha included.

I will do as Great-Grandma Czarnecki did-- "talk about it". "It" is our family history; good, bad, and ugly, and redeemable and irredeemable. I'm not going to lie or stay silent when I find something out if I don't have to (and there are two matters which I wish that I could discuss; but for the sake of the family members who told me of the matters, I am keeping quiet until they talk about them or let me talk about them).

I will not be abused, persecuted, threatened, or otherwise mistreated (Matt, Marcela, and others, pay attention; you will find me defending myself against any tactic that you try to use against me. Jesus-- Yeshua veyn kol 'am-- defended Himself and turned the other cheek, not only turned the other cheek.). I will not be silent about any matter that comes to light because of another family member or another person: if the matter needs to be confirmed, I'll confirm it; if denied, I'll deny it. I'm going to be truthful whether you like it or not.

And if being truthful includes boycotting the professionals in our family for being untruthful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate, so be it.

If you feel that way, then you shouldn't have added me as a friend or acknowledged me as a relative in the first. Also, everything that I wrote is true to the best of my knowledge.

There is no lie whatsoever in the Urban Dictionary posts, which read as follows...

Never mind. She did contact Urban Dictionary. If she contacts her lawyer, I myself will contact a lawyer in turn and work to have those Urban Dictionary posts reinstated. She has no legitimate case, and no legitimacy shall be given to her. I simply explained the etymology and history of Danilowicz, of Czarnecki (Chernetski), and of my family history in connection to those two-- in which she was mentioned as an aspiring fashion designer and a relative of mine.

As hard as boycotting and encouraging boycotts of family members is; immoral, unethical, and otherwise-inappropriate behavior will and should not be encouraged by me, or encouraged by anyone else. I Hope That My Relatives Who Hate Me, Particularly the One Who Called Me a "F---ing Psycho"....

Are reading this. Some of you I know are no better better than Dad, Pop-Pop, Grandma, Great-Grandma Gaydos, etc.; so you'll be who you'll be, and I can't change that. Some of you have been affected by Dad and the others who hate me, are just plain hateful, etc., to hate me and/or even turn on me and hate me. Some of you know that I'm not "f---ing psycho" and/or have been called "f---ing psycho"s yourselves by Dad and/or his ilk, and/or those who have been affected by his ilk.

Some of you are reading my blog and perhaps even meeting me for the first time, even if you're meeting me only online: so for you, I'm setting the record straight. I'm not "f---ing psycho"; I experienced firsthand much of the tsuris un meshugas in di mispoche, and their attitude is going to change when I'm famous or the Rapture comes: watch-- then they'll want to be associated with me.

That's the kind of people that Dad and his ilk are: they are into worldliness and image. They covered up Great-Grandma Gaydos' avodah koferah, Pop-Pop's murder of Great-Grandma Czarnecki, and a whole bunch of other things. They act like life's perfect and that we're a happy, dandy family who doesn't have the dark past that we have in many respects-- beginning from being sat shiva for (which is not something that any Jew ever wants to happen to them-- no Jew likes rejection for even pretending to believe in Jesus to save his or her life; and in our family, we were sat shiva for) during the pogroms and other times when many of us officially became Anusim (which many of them, like Dad and Pop-Pop, are to this day. Many of us-- that is, not of Dad and Pop-Pop's ilk-- are open about our Jewish heritage which I discovered in ways that shocked even me, like seeing "Danilowicz" on the death certificate of Great-Great-Granddad Julian Czarnecki ne Chernetski).

Who in this meshuga olam wants to admit that he or she is a Jew if he or she wants to save his or her own tuchus, right? And that's where much of everything else proceeds from-- that is, hiding our Jewish heritage and our being sat shiva for, for doing so. For example, by hiding our Jewish heritage, Great-Grandma had an excuse to ignore Vilmosz's et. al.s' pleas for help-- why would a gentile have to help a Jew, which is why she pretended to be a gentile here and not let even her desparately-needing-help-to-make-aliyah relatives (so to speak) blow her cover.

By hiding our Jewish heritage and being sat shiva for, the schicker Julian Chernetski and his meshugene vayb were going to figure out how to cope and live as Anusim in Sugar Notch, PA-- where some other Anusi mispoche were. That meant hiding not just the Yidishkeit, but everything-- abuse in the family, Julian's being farshikert, etc.

Some of the search results are crazy. "Getdentalimplantsinfo.com"? What is that? Also, that one felonous search which I-- not the felon-- got blamed for. As I've said, I don't want people to find or view my blog because of felonous or other illegal, immoral, or inappropriate things-- such as spam like "Getdentalimplantsinfo.com".

And if you want to get dental implants, go to legitimate, legal, moral, and appropriate-- e.g., American Dental Association (ADA)-made-or-approved-- sites, or talk to your dentist or doctor. I'm for legal, moral, and appropriate uses of the internet and freedom-- like searching for information on dental implants that the ADA would hope for the finding of.

My Enemies Include Even Many In My Family And Hate Me Now

If I were rich, famous, and/or not disabled, and rich in worldliness; even many in my own family would not despise me as they do. Were The Rapture to come and I'd not be left behind, those of my enemies who were left behind would have nothing to say against me. People Think That I'm Psycho Now, But Wait Until I'm Famous Or the Rapture Comes...

Then quite a bit, but not everything, that I've said will be proven to be true-- some more true than I even thought. What I say, I can back up with evidence-- even if it's circumstanial evidence. For example, until my aunt told me what happened re Great-Grandma Czarnecki, I had no reason to believe that Pop-Pop fully intended to rid of Great-Grandma and make her death in a hospital in which she didn't want to be as painful as possible. Until I saw the records on Yad Vashem, I didn't know that relatives writing to Great-Grandma Gaydos for money meant that they were asking for help to get out of Europe and make aliyah lest they'd be murdered-- which many of them were. Until I saw that Great-Great-Granddad Czarnecki's mother was a Danilowicz, I wasn't sure that we are Jewish.

How many more examples must I give? I'm not perfect, but I try not to say baseless and harmful things-- even if those things hurt. I don't like being the relative of a maternicidal son who was ungrateful to the very mother of whom he intended to get rid. I don't like being the great-granddaughter of, essentially, an American kapo. I didn't go out seeking these things to hurt anybody-- in fact, I didn't ever expect Great-Grandma Gaydos to be a kapo, for example. I'd always heard that she was a quiet, sweet, perhaps-even-a-little-oblivious woman.

And if what I say isn't proven but not disproven, either; at least when I'm famous or the Rapture comes, then my critics and detractors-- who intend me no good-- will shut their mouths because they won't have anything to say-- or at least the hutzpah to say it. I'll have more clout than them or I'll be gone by then-- and many of them will be left behind.

What Is With Everyone Suing and Prosecuting Everyone Nowadays?

For example, Dr. Conrad Murray-- who should've lost his license but not been prosecuted. What; are my family going to be prosecuted for my aunt Mary Carole's death in 2008 when she decided not to take her insulin that day and was a determined alcoholic, anyway? We couldn't have done anything about her. And Justin Bieber-- honestly, don't sue the woman. Besides, you, Mr. Bieber, pulled a Herman Cain-- responded to legitimate allegations too late and amatuerly.

Save the prosecution for those like my granddad who ought to be prosecuted for the 2007 malice-murder-intent scenario and Social Security fraud regarding my great-grandmother Mary Trudnak Czarnecki. Save the suing for real discrimination, theft, and other lawsuit-worthy cases. Don't be frivolous or unjust in suing or prosecuting. The Criminal Justice and Corrections System in America is clogged up enough. Also-- as with Mr. Bieber--, why not resolve matters as soon as possible instead of a long time later if you have nothing to hide and something legitimate to contend?

Besides, 1 Corinthians 6 reads in part:

Well in order to report him as a felon you need to figure out a few things first.

1. He probably found your blog because he was searching for [an illicit item].

Having titles in your blog such as http://thenicolefactor.blogspot.com/2011/10/im-not-abdl-but-i-dont-see-infantilism.html which of course does discuss [part of what he searched for] is going to show up in search results. Now granted you have to dig pretty deep on google to find it as you are not high up on the search results but rule number 1 of not showing up on search results for infantophila is to not blog about [part of what he searched for].

2. He may in fact be a troll. There are trolls on the internet who just like to annoy people and nothing gets people madder than a [n illicit] reference.

3. If you do wish to report him you first need to figure out what country he lives in. Perhaps corresponding with this person might get you some more details. Of course never forget rule 29 of the internet. There are no women on the internet and all kids are FBI agents. So talking to him might actually get you into trouble.

My best advice is to block this user. Any sensible pedo knows to hide behind a dozen proxxys and you would never find him anyway

All I was saying was that infantilism (which is what ABDLs have) and [what he searched for in an illicit way]  are not the same. Also, I just feel like reporting the guy, not talking to him; and I don't know how to block him.

You claim the searcher is a felon. How do you know he is a felon? After all, it might be a search performed by a police officer who is part of an International police effort searching for [guys like this Croatian felon].

You state on your blog that the search was illegal. Under what statutes of Croatian law would that be?

And the term appears on your website, in an article, so I am somewhat bemused as to the point you are trying to make. Else the search would not have steered the searcher to your site.

That there really is no way to block someone on blogger. Which is odd because just about every other social networking site that Google has offers this. I did find this old tutorial which shows you how to block someone if they decide to follow your blog http://www.wchingya.com/2009/05/how-to-block-blogger-followers.html

However it appears that tutorial is outdated. As I can't replicate the steps outlined. If I ever do find a way to block someone I will let you know.

Searching the term which I mentioned is a violation of international law, not just Croatian or American law.

As I said, personal responsibility has been kaputed out of the window. I get chauvinistically blamed for talking about a subject that needs to be talked about in order to help ABDLs and others, and the felonous Croatian gets away with violating international law.

I agree with those who say that Michael Jackson was a drug addict who'd've obtained drugs anyhow and killed himself with them. This Croatian thinks that I'm kidding. He's done the inappropriate, illegal, and immoral search twice; and I've thus alerted Google twice. He's from Croatia, and has done the illegal search twice from Google Croatia (or, I can't believe that I'm retyping this, google.hr). I'm still shaken (not in a good way) by the fact that someone found my blog via an illegal, inappropriate, and immoral search.

The idiot from Croatia has already been reported.

I Should Look Back At My Old Posts More And...

I should see who, how, what, and where I've been; and why I've been who, how, what, and where I've been. I see that quite a few people read my older posts, and maybe I should start rereading them-- reading them again for the first time (and not like Marcus Borg suggests doing with the Bible, either. I hope that every day, Dr. Weiss and others will remember and know that I've not forgotten that drek called Reading the Bible Again For the First Time).

By the way, Dr. Weiss; when you do affront the Word of G-d, you affront the Jewish people. And you and Sister Eileen, and the others, don't scare me one bit now that I look back. The more I've grown in understanding the Word of G-d, the more I've grown in understanding my Jewish heritage, or visa versa. I don't need your or the rest of Notre Dame's Anti Semitism to affirm or deny the Bible for me: in fact, the more that you deny the Bible, the more that students and former students like me will only affirm the Bible.

My Relatives Are Gonna Start Wanting To Associate With Me More If...

I ever become rich and famous. I guarantee that if I ever become rich and famous, they'll funnily (so to speak) come out of the woodwork and admit or tell that they're related to me. Even the ones who hate me and would even like to see me dead or fumigated out of their and our common genepools will share or introduce themselves as distant cousins, grandaunts, uncles, etc..

How people (especially your own family, distant and closer) want you more when your rich and famous is funny-- that is, strange. Not shocking, not unusual, but strange-- and it says a lot about human nature and behavior.

I Guarantee That Some Relatives Are Reading This Blog And Not Coming Forward And/Or Introducing Themselves

I know that my dad and others read this (Hey, Dad; I'm not going to retract that Pop-Pop's a murderer just because you refuse to give me copies of the family pictures. And I know that Social Security law stipulates that regardless, you always put the address of the beneficiaree-- not the POA, the exectutor of the will, or anyone else. And Aunt Mary told me the facts of the case; I put them together and came up with second-degree murder with murder-malice theory and Social Security fraud-- which, by the way, is how I knew that he intended to get rid of Great-Grandma Czarnecki and make her death as painful as possible.

(Also, not thanks for not telling me that Great-Grandaunt Helen died in 2008, which I found out a way while back through the internet. I'd like to know who else has died and you haven't told me. I know that some Gaydos cousins and others have.).

As for the relatives who I haven't met yet, Shabbat Shalom v'Shalom. I'm sorry that our side of the family is particularly meshuga, and I deeply apologize to the Rusznyaks for Mary Rusnak Gaydos and Janet Rozzi. If Great-Grandma Gaydos could've been tried at Nuremburg for refusing to write back to Vilmosz et. al., let me know: Fredi, Sandor, Miklosz, and the other Rusznyaks who were murdered did not deserve to die like that, nor did Tibor deserve to feel that guilt for surviving. They all should've been able to make aliyah to Tel Aviv and other cities with our help and unscathed, or at least been able to come here like Tibor did-- even if they never talked to us, like Tibor understandably did not because of Great-Grandma Gaydos' actions toward your side of the family.
