Commentary: Punish The Babies & Reward The Rapists. In Other Words...

Continue to follow a highly-dangerous precedent as well as set more-dangerous precedents.

It's not a "war" to not punish the baby for what the father (and in cases such as those of Mary Kay LeTourneau, mother) did. It is a "war", however, to not call for the overturn of "Coker" (1977) and "Kennedy v. Louisiana" (2008), both of which ended the death penalty for rapists. It's also a "war" to not call for the reform of the foster and adoption systems.

If anyone is calling for a "war on women & girls", it is those whom punish baby girls (and boys) for what their fathers (and mothers) did (and Mary Kay LeTourneau was a child rapist, as her now-soon-to-be-ex husband, Vili Fualaau, was 12 when she first became pregnant by him). It is also those whom affirm the "Coker" (1977) and "Kennedy" (2008) rulings as well as those whom refuse to reform the foster and adoption systems (in which children routinely experience abuse, including sexual abuse).

Thus (and as common sense can tell one, anyway), many whom call pro-life efforts "war"  are either enablers of rapists and other abusers—whether they mean to or don't mean to be so—or even rapists and/or other kinds of abusers themselves. In this case, I assume that Counselor Rashid is an unintentional enabler of rapists, since he at least wants for rape victims (including surviving rape victims) what the rapists don't want:

  1. Recovery (though does a rape victim ever really recover from rape; and does she or she ever really survive, even if she or he isn't physically murdered)
  2. Justice (and rape is all but physical murder)
  3. Hopeful futures
Those who are deliberate enablers of rapists and who are even rapists themselves, of course, call for the rape victims (including the second-generation rape victims, the forcibly-conceived children) to be punished by having the rapists get off scot free and the babies punished in their fathers' (and mothers') places, all while the raped mothers (and fathers) are also punished by having to live a life of Hell on Earth (Again, does a rape victim ever really survive and recover from rape?).

Think, then, unless you call those whom are trying to punish the rapists instead of their victims (including the second-generation victims whom are the rape-conceived children) "war" mongers, then. Think as well unless you end up unintentionally enabling rapists (As the saying goes, "The road to Hell is paved with good intentions;" and enabling rapists by punishing their victims is its own kind of Hell on Earth). Think even more unless you leave rape-conceived and other children in the foster and adoption systems in the shadows of those unreformed systems.

Thus, redirect your thinking to fighting against rape culture as well as against foster-and-adoption system brokenness—is, that for justice for rape victims and abused children within the foster and adoption systems.

Re the Apparently-Abusive and -Otherwise-Evil Pet Owners: For God's Love, Really...

If you see an abandoned and/or otherwise abused, or deceased pet, consider that he or she could be or could've been be lost (e.g., escaped from a backyard and with concerned owners looking for him or her) or stolen. Please have him or checked for a microchip and/or a collar, and/or otherwise try to locate his or her potential owners. e.g., A couple in Pennsylvania was wrongly accused of abandoning their four-year-old Shitzu by putting him in a crate and having him freeze to death. In the Facebook post re that matter, one of the couples' neighbors said that they recognized his "I LOVE LONG WALKS" collar and were "devastated".

Same with other apparently-neglected/abused pets: the owner(s) might have disabilities (including invisible illnesses) and be unable to care for the pets, all while (s)he gets or they get demonized instead of have somebody to help him/her/them care for them. Please for God's love, don't bar those of us with disabilities like Depression, OCD/Anxiety (which can bring about hoarding), ADD, and Cerebral Palsy (all of which I have) from owning pets. Don't especially the "Adopt; Don't Shop" types demonize people with disabilities enough, and notwithstanding that our medical providerse.g., my physiatrist at the timerecommend that I don't adoptand my physiatrist had her reasons for doing so. By the way, she is now a researcher at NIH—and where are you "Adopt; Don't Shop" types in life?—and I mean besides sitting behind your computers, marching on the streets, and/or doing something else at God knows where to spread more ableism, assuming that everyone can and/or should adopt (and not that you've ever really considered us people; but hey.)

Also, you "Adopt; Don't Shop" types of course demonize legitimate breeders by conflating them with puppy millers partly or even entirely because of your ableism—and you "Adopt; Don't Shop" types who are also people with disabilities are hypocrites and obviously self-hating PWDs—and I know that PWDs, let alone "Adopt; Don't Shop" types whom are PWDs, are not immune to ableism especially since society has tried to ingrain it into us since the time that the first person who had a somehow-noticable disability existed, and you're still supposed to try to fight both ableism and intra-ableism instead of buy into it.

Speaking of buying and adopting instead of shopping, maybe you "Adopt; Don't Shop" types should—if you cantry to adopt attitudes that involve critical thinking, compassion, and empathy—none of which anybody can buy, since critical thinking is an acquired skill and values such as compassion and empathy are learned (not to mention that, e.g., especially quite a few rich and famous "Adopt; Don't Shop" types don't have those values in the first place, anyway—no matter how much they fake that they do, particularly when it comes to us PWDs and the other less fortunate among us.)

PS Having Reilly (See below.) has saved me from having my life taken by Depression—and were Reilly not in my life, I would've died from starvation due to oversleeping (since I naturally wouldn't have been awake and thus able to eat)—and Reilly is one of the reasons that I am alive in the first place.

Originally On LinkedIn With Some Edits Here: No Shoes...That's a Problem, With Or Without Feet

"I have no shoes, and I'd complain about that. Then I saw a man with no feet."
That apparently-wise piece of advice angers me to no end. As I posted when I saw that proverb surface again, it was in the form of a comment on a Facebook picture that illustrated an equally-unwise piece of advice: basically, shut up and don't complain about what you don't have, especially since quite a few have less than you. I therefore finally voiced my take on Facebook, since I as a person with mental illnesses and other conditions have had enough of the "no shoes" proverb:
This is beyond short sighted, and here's what I stated about it on my personal Facebook timeline:"As a person with disabilities, I can tell you that there are πŸ˜² invisible disabilities, including MS, Lupus, and πŸ˜¨ mental illnesses. Also, some people with visible physical disabilities can πŸ˜±walk to some extent πŸ€― (I know; right? πŸ™„)

"PS The man who has no shoes...may end up with no feet because he doesn't have shoes."Also, the man may have no shoes because he may, for all that anyone knows, just may have Schizophrenia that is severe enough to the point at which he cannot work to have money for buying shoes; and somewhere along the line, he became convinced that his Schizophrenia and thus inability to work is not as debilitating as, for example, losing feet due to a childhood disease or being born without feet. Someone might have told him:

"'Be thankful for what you have. Perspective is everything. You can walk. Just walk to a homeless shelter for God's sake and let them help you...'"

"This despite that a homeless shelter once told him, 'We don't accept Schizophrenics like you.'

"By the way, he can't afford medication that will help him manage his Schizophrenia and be able to hold a job.

"PS Using people with visible physical disabilities to diminish people with invisible disabilities, and vice versa, is ableist: we are not pawns for able-bodied and non-illness-afflicted people to try to get their foolish arguments across.

~The page creator and moderator"
Also by the way, why (for instance) do you think that the Nazis forced their victims to either give up their shoes or wear ones that hurt their feet? To teach them a proverb? Or perhaps cause them to (for example) have infected feet that would cause them to have sepsis and/or gangrene.
Think before you consider a piece of advice to be wise, let alone timelessly wise just because it's been given for millennia in some or another form. While you think, remember those whom apparently-wise-although-foolish advice especially affected: remember those such as Holocaust victims whom lost their feet and could never walk again (let alone have livelihoods and start new lives) even if they did survive, and non-surviving Holocaust victims (z"l) whom died due to infected feet that became infected when their either wore shoes that caused their feet to blister or didn't have shoes at all. Also remember those with invisible illnesses whom were murdered in the T4 Program (such as my distant cousin Magdalena Rusznak, z"l, whom was murdered because she had Schizophrenia, although she was also Anti-Semitically murdered) and those with invisible illnesses such as PTSD that caused them to have agoraphobia wherever they could find to live (and thus had no chances to have livelihoods and start new lives).

Is Fox News Getting The Courage To Confront ***** And Take Back Control Of Itself?

My response to the following tweet would have been an RT and a thread that followed it, though I figured it would fit better as a commentary than a Twitter thread.

Fox News actually did? Now, if only Lachlan Murdoch would finally get the ko'ach to tell Trump, "You don't run Fox News. The news is the news, not your propaganda medium. Fox News reports the news; and by the way, as even you acknowledge isn't 'fake news', "You're under investigation by Special Counselor Mueller. I have asked, then, that every reporter (including every anchor), commentator, and analyst at Fox and every other News Corp journalism organization cooperate with Special Counselor Mueller's probe; and "I will be testifying in the probe and requesting that those such as Sean Hannity be brought forth as witnesses to testify."

PS Didn't I tell you that many at Fox News are afraid of ***** and the *****ites there? If you didn't believe me (and, I'm sure, others whom had noted that), you should believe Gabriel Sherman (and I was asking that "Didn't I tell you?" question as I was reading his recent article.

(I will say, though, that I was surprised that even Roger Ailes of all people was a #NeverTrump type, and he was cut from the same cloth as ***** in many respects

(PPS I wish that I could censor *****'s name in the "Never *****" hashtag.).

Commentary (Originally a Series Of Tweets): Yeah; ***** Is That Evil.

So, ***** called John Bolton & Steve Doocy other names at least twice recently. Is that another sign that he might actually have dementia, then? It is tempting to think that ***** has dementia, but:

  1. An ancestor having it doesn't necessarily mean that he'll have it.
  2. Calling John Bolton & Steve Doocy what he called them was a deliberate attempt to degrade them & those by whose names he called them (and notice that he also used "Mike" and "Pete", instead of "Michael" and "Peter", which is very patronizing and disrespectful on his part).

Think about it...

1) People often wonder if John Bolton is Jewish, and Michael Bolton has Russian-Jewish roots.
2) "Fox & Friends" recently had a guest whom condemned Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's flippant & Anti-Semitic comments in strong terms, and (frankly) nepotism did help Peter Doocy.

So, **** is again making "Toe the line" threats & Anti-Semitic digs. Translation of each:

  1. This one is self-explanatory, as John Bolton has condemned Russia & (among others) Iran in the past (and remember that Russia and Iran are allies).
  2. "He's just like his son, anyway, and only got there because of connections."

The Anti-Semitism-wrapped threats may also be digs at Former SCOTUS Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, with him trying to again disguise intentional verbal abuse as dementia, which Forner Justice Day O'Connor just disclosed that she has; and he thus trying to undermine the seriousness of what people like her suffer. The comments in reply to the tweet that affected my threat of tweets, 's tweet re his misattribution of names, prove my point (and others' point) for me, even if he isn't targeting Fmr. Justice Day O'Connor in particular (and if you read about gaslighting and other forms of non-physical abuse, you will read that abusers try to disguise abuse as symptoms and signs of neurological, intellectual, and other mental disorders). Those who really suffer dementia are thus being exactly as he wanted them to be: degraded by the commenters (among others) whom are making light of it and/or being thrown off by him (and don't think that other people aren't doing that).

In conclusion, therefore (and forgive the unprofessional terminology), **** self redemonstrated that he is an Anti-Semitic, ableist, and otherwise-cruel SOB (and "B" does not "b***h", might I add).

Commentary: "Conflate"? And "Plain Meaning"?

How can Kellyanne Conway as a sexual-abuse survivor herself work with an self-admitted sexual abuser? There's no conflating about it. Supporting Kavanaugh and ***** is saying to her own sexual abuser, "What you did to me is okay." After all, you can't knowingly support some unrepentant sexual abusers and not support others at the same time. If you're supporting any sexual abusers with full knowledge of what they did and/or are doing, you are by extension supporting your own if you yourself were and/or are a victim of sexual abuse. Thus, an answer like the following one to a question about your own hypocrisy would be all the more inappropriate and intellectually dishonest:
"Don't conflate that with this, and certainly don't conflate that with what happened to me."
Translation: "Stop confronting me about my hypocrisy, and certainly stop telling me to refrain from revictimizing fellow sexual-abuse victims and survivors."

Meanwhile, in regard to a case that involves hypocrisy concerning non-sexual abuse—namely, "Schreiber v. McCamet et. al." (2018)

  • At least Senator Blunt did something right for once during this whole xenophobic, misogynistic, and racist ***** Era, especially since (I guarantee you that) the same ruling would not have been made had the adoptee been a White boy or any girl that ***** and *****ites would consider (forgive the language) a token—and with the Armed Forces not being keen on *****'s plan for a military parade and the adoptee in question being a South Korean and not a North Korean (let alone one whom either escaped from or somehow got special permission to leave North Korea), ***** and *****ites are likely to all the more see adoptee as useless and even detrimental to them. As for Non-White boys, for the same ruling to have been made might've actually been possible given that ***** and *****ites would likely see no value in someone whom they couldn't try to use for a "Women for *****" schtick, especially with the current events at hand—ones that certainly make female voters and to-be voters more of a target voting demographic than male voters and to-be voters.
  • That judge basically just sent a huge (forgive the language) "**** you. I don't care about your military service" to Lt. Col. Schreiber and his family, as well as to other military families, and an "I don't care about your service" to other Armed Forces members and their families.
  • The only "plain meaning" there, then, is that the judge would've ruled to let the delayed adoption process continue to go through now had the adoptee been a 17-year-old White boy or Non-White girl whom he found useful for "MAGA" and "America First" ends, never mind that putting America first actually includes letting Armed Forces members whom have served honorably as well as been of good character adopt any child whom wants to be adopted by him or her.
Therefore, "hypocrisy" still means "hypocrisy" just as "is" still means "is" and has a definition around which nobody can get—whether whomever tries to get around it is Kellyanne Conway, a bigoted judge, or anyone else.

PPS That I wrote about whomever ***** would nominate and included the following was surprisingly prescient, especially given that I wrote what I wrote in July(!):

"Now-Former President Obama admitted his general disdain for most conservatives as well as most moderate & leaning-moderate people on all sides—and at least he, as far as I know, doesn't have any forcibly-aborted children or sexual-harassment victims in his wake."

Dr. Blasey Ford made her allegations in July, and (as I predicted) Kavanaugh is indeed a ***** sycophant and (as I unbeknownstly-to-myself predicted) fellow sexual abuser of *****.

(By the way, Julie Swetnick's own indiscretions do not mean that she wasn't sexually abused by Kavanaugh. So, don't automatically assume that he has only two known victims in his wake.)

Commentary: With All Due Respect, Nobody "Misspoke", "Pushed" You, Or Threatened "Extortion"...

You said what you said. You did what you did. You spoke for yourself, and you did the action of speaking. You sat in that Helsinki palace with Putin, and you called African Americans a racist name and brought up how many of them were mistreated for God knows what reason—"role playing" definitely wasn't it, and everybody saw right through that—everybody's (or at least my) guess is that you were trying to intimidate African Americans.

This tweet, by the way, becomes absolutely suspect in light of that:

Are you? "Role playing" to prove that you're not racist makes your tweet sound like a classic "I am and I'm trying to pretend that I'm not" excuse. You also supported the person whom claims that he "misspoke" at Helsinki, whose the same person whom has called countries like Haiti "****hole countries", might I mention—and what does that say about what you really think of anyone of African descent?

I hasten to additionally mention that whom you supported met Putin in Helsinki, the capital of a notorious Nazi collaborator during World War Two, and about which the CIA Factbook currently says the following:

"During World War II, Finland successfully defended its independence through cooperation with Germany and resisted subsequent invasions by the Soviet Union - albeit with some loss of territory."

Meanwhile, you still won't cooperate with Special Counselor Mueller, and you somehow made time to assure that the CIA would write a pro-Nazi entry in its apparent factbook well before you met with Putin in Helsinki (and everybody can see that you illegally head an executive branch to whom the CIA answers in part).  You also projected by calling Former CIA Director John Brennan "treasonous".

Both of you claim to be Christian, by the way. I'm pretty sure that you know, then, that Jesus told everybody:

"For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light."

Especially if you really are actually Christian, you know that Special Counselor Mueller (so to speak, and I suppose literally) has your number—you may as well at least call him and set up a time to sit down with him so that you can explain why you've done what you've done, besides that you've been among "men [whom] loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil." The same goes for you: you may as well sit before your former company's CEO, shareholders, and other involved parties and state that you really messed up and exposed a really-ugly side of you.

After all, what's the holdup if you really believe that "he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God"? David, the legitimately-appointed king of Israel whom raped Bathsheba and murdered Uriah, had to turn himself in both to Nathan (since kings were as subject to Torah as anybody else, and Nathan was appointed as a prophet and counselor to David by God) and to Godand you're surely not better than David.

You've already ruined your legacy. The Trump™ brand is no longer respected, if it ever even was anything besides well known—since "well known" is not inherently synonymous with "respected". The Papa John'sⓇ brand doesn't even have the original "Papa John" associated with it in any way but for the "Papa John" nickname.

You're also looking at jail or prison time as well as more lawsuits than you've had in the past, anyway. Special Counselor Mueller is likely to indict you any day, and either he or someone else will definitely sue you on behalf of the United States Government and all Americans. One of your former employees or colleagues may press hate-crime charges against you, and someone will definitely sue you for defamation.

In conclusion, then, you might as well do what's right after you've—as the expressions go—burned so many bridges and had everything for which you actually worked go up in flames: try to make the amends that you need to make.

"If anyone’s work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward. If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire."
"[C]ome to the light" to which your actions have already been brought and own up to them. Accept a plea deal that Special Counselor Mueller and your defense team work out for you after you've talked to him. Sincerely apologize to your former employees, colleagues, investors, and customers for even being racist, let alone supporting a racist and then using racist language that you tried to couch as something other than what you were really thinking.

Even when you're serving jail and/or prison time and/or once again facing litigation, you can still have others say about you, "At least he [or, as opposed to "he", an understandably-supplied noun] owned up to what he did—albe after a long time!"¹

¹As for Putin, incidentally, I have no idea who will prosecute and/or sue him—perhaps the UN will, and there is definitely a litany of cases that the ICC can make against him, and the U.S. could sue Russia in the ICJ—and as for Finland, they still rightly have to live with being a Nazi-collaborator state.

As Weird As Apologizing For Being Vicitimized Online Seems....

I have to apologize when someone spoofs me since I put my e-mail address out there, notwithstanding that I don't put it out there so that people can be jerks & affect communication between me and others. I apologize if anyone has received any suspicious emails from my address. I discovered that somebody has been spoofing. As I tell a "dogter" and a furniece of mine, some people are just not very nice.

Commentary: The PETA That Nobody Heard Condemn the YouTube Shooter And Mohair

After I received an email from PETA (because I had signed one of their petitions once, despite that I honestly wish that PETA wouldn't require me to receive their emails), I was reminded that I didn't hear them condemn the YouTube shooter. PETA could've condemned the actions of the vegan extremist, and they didn't condemn them. So, are they okay with the fact that a vegan extremist murdered four people at YouTube's headquarters? They might be. After all, they themselves go to extremes.

For example, they are asking Forever 21 to stop selling mohair just because of a few of their mohair suppliers whom have mistreated animals. They're also asking everyone else to stop selling and buying mohair products just because of Forever 21's cruel and inhumane suppliers. They, so to speak, are throwing out the baby with the bathwater, though that's as normal and acceptable to them as are (for instance) abortions in which babies are literally thrown out as waste. "Save the baby animals," though not the baby humans in spite of their belief that humans evolved from animals, right? πŸ™„

As for me, I modified the petition letter when I went to sign hypocritical PETA's petition to Forever 21. I kept the first paragraph, deleted the rest of the paragraphs, and added a paragraph. This is how my letter to Forever 21 reads:

"PETA's exposΓ© of the mohair industry found that workers in South Africa, the world's top mohair producer, roughly handled goats, threw them around, and even cut their throats while they were fully conscious. Goat kids, who were being shorn for the first time, cried out in fear. Many goats were subjected to mutilation of their ears, with pliers that punched sharp needles through them, causing them intense pain and, as one farmer described it, to "scream terribly."

"There are humane ways to shear goats and harvest mohair. Please have your producers handle mohair-producing and other goats as well as other animals appropriately. There is no need to go to the extremes to which PETA goes to treat animals properly."

Meanwhile, I'm waiting for PETA to both issue a better-late-than-never condemnation of the YouTube shooter's vegan extremism and call for humane harvesting and supplying of mohair and other animal-produced materials. I'm also waiting for PETA to give a darn about the baby humans for once, since babies who are aborted are ripped away from their mothers when they are taken from the mothers' wombs via procedures such as D&C procedures and uses of morning-after pills. This isn't to mention the babies and other children whom are ripped away from their mothers when they're kidnapped or otherwise illegally taken by abusive relatives and others whom shouldn't be near children in the first place, by the way.

On Mitt Romney's Senate Run, Rick Gates' Finalization Of His Plea Deal, Etc.

  1. Good. We need a common-sense and #NeverTrump (in other words, a real) conservative, not RINOs or those whom dread Hillary Clinton more than fear God.
  2. Good. By the way, the probe that Special Counselor Mueller's conducting is (so to speak) getting down to the wire, and it's only a matter of time before ***** is indicted like his equivalent Netanyahu and his "natural partners" will be by the prosecutors in Israel.
  3. On North Korea: South Korea is either trying to trojan horse North Korea in turn or desperate to make peace and/or avoid trouble with Kim Jong-Un, and to pay North Korea for the Olympicsis a bad idea if the latter is the case.
  4. On the shooting in Florida: as someone in a Facebook group pointed out, the majority of victims of Jews and the media's hardly covering that. Sadly, that makes sense, as the shooter was a White Supremacist. Also (and forgive if I'm being racist), I think that the media would cover it a lot more if the majority of the victims were Black or Hispanic. Of course half of the media hardly to not at all cover when an Anti-Semitic hate crime has occurred. By the way, the shooter was adopted by a Hispanic family; and whether or not he himself is even ethnically Hispanic or at least has of some Ethnic Hispanic heritage, pulling the "White card" is as racist as if someone pulled an Anti-Hispanic card. Whites can't be blamed as a general rule in this (and quite frankly, I thought that the shooter was Hispanic until the news that he was adopted came out)—point being, a person of any given ethnic group can be a racist and an ethnocentrist, and the Florida shooter was clearly an Anti Semite (Incidentally, I have no idea whether his ex girlfriend or his ex girlfriend's current boyfriend is Jewish, although it wouldn't surprise me if either one of them is and were victimized for that reason—and many abusive people are also racists and ethnocentrists—hateful does and hateful is, and the Florida shooter is clearly a hateful person.).
  5. Of course the mental-illness card was pulled by the shooter—the convenient excuse that many mass shooters seems to be that ableist one—and in any case, as I said, the Florida shooter effected the clock to be set back for those of us with mental illness. Besides, he didn't have to shoot anybody even if he really does have Schizophrenia and will be found not even competent to stand trial—those of us with mental illnesses are not inherently evil just because of mental illnesses, and many of us even need guns to protect ourselves from ableist people whom would target and otherwise abuse us. In addition, I have ancestors and other belated relatives whom had Schizophrenia and never even attempted to hurt anyone—in fact, at least two of them were exploited due to their mental illness and other factors.
  6. Of course ***** the hypocrite pretends that he cares about anyone with mental illnesses. By the way, my mental illnesses have honestly flared up in part because of an ableist, racist, and otherwise-bigoted and lawless person whom is not being indicted by Special Counselor soon enough being in the White House.
  7. The most-dangerous weapons are the brain and the heart, not guns. Furthermore, no amount of gun control will change anybody—only Yehovah can change anybody. As I tweeted:

What Real Journalists Do WhereIn Mental Illnesses Such As Addictions Are Concerned, And As I Made Clear To Rianne Addo Herself

Real journalists have the following duties wherein mental illnesses such as Alcoholism are concerned:

  1. To report mental illnesses for what they are—illnesses that nobody chooses, not comedic fodder.
  2. To report specific mental illnesses such as addictions for what they are—not, for example, "penchant[s]", "extreme liking[s]," or "fondness[es]" for agents that may even fatally affect the sufferers of the addictions in question. For those with addictions, agents such as alcohol are always fatal if the persons with the addictions to them do not choose to abstain from them.
  3. To report exactly how severe throes of mental illnesses can be. In the case of addiction of alcohol, the throes can be quite severe.
If Rianne Addo were a real journalist, she would never call mental illnesses such as Alcoholism "penchant[s]", "extreme liking[s]", or "fondness[es]" when no person whom had the ability to reason or control himself or herself would ever have a penchant, like, or be fond of doing the following to himself or herself—and people whom are in the throes of Alcoholism are deprived by Alcoholism of being able to reason and control themselves in regards to matters such as:

  1. An inability to function on a day-to-day, and even moment-to-moment basis, without any excessive amount of Alcohol
  2. Binge drinking that is never appropriate to call "a weekend bender" or any other kind of "bender", as such drinking can overload and overwhelm the liver
  3. Irreversible breakdowns of familial and professional relationships
  4. Joblessness, homelessness, and entrapment into financially-abusive, emotionally-abusive, and other abusive relationships a result of the irreversible breakdowns of professional and familial relationships
  5. Illnesses in addition to Alcoholism and the exacerbation thereof, including Cirrhosis of the Liver that results from and remains comorbid with Alcoholism even if a person with Alcoholism is no longer in the throes of the Alcoholism (i.e., even if he or she has sought treatment for Alcoholism and remained sober).
As I told Rianne Addo herself, real journalists remind other people why mental illnesses such as addictions to alcohol are called "mental illnesses", not use those illnesses as comedic fodder while sufferers of mental illnesses are in the far-from-funny throes of mental illnesses that may even kill them—and as I said last night, Alcoholism may certainly kill Ricky Gervais (not to mention kill him at the same age at which it killed my aunt) if those such Rianne Addo and Ricky Gervais' apparent loved ones continue to find humor in his humorless Alcoholism.

Who's Laughing Now? Mental Illness Is Not Funny, And Ricky Gervais' Alcoholism Is Certainly Not Funny

Remember that addiction is a mental illness, and this is all too common of a sentiment among those with addictions: i.e., the sentiment "I like it too much, I'm not going to give it up" is too common. In fact, my own aunt eerily told my sister that she herself would "quit drinking when [she died]." She unfortunately died of Alcoholism in June of 2008 at the age of 56, which is Ricky Gervais' current age, and may have been 57 in November of that year had she'd been able to get treatment for Alcoholism—and who knows if Ricky Gervais won't share her fate almost a decade later ☹?

What disturbs me is that the "Daily Mail" seems to see nothing disturbing about anyone, let alone a prominent figure, sending the message that there is nothing wrong with refusing to attempt to get treatment for mental illnesses even when one has the resources to get such treatment. As for Ricky Gervais' loved ones, I find what they're doing perhaps even more disturbing: they seem to be quite content with not wanting to try to help him get help. In contrast to my family whom did try to help my aunt get help, they seem to encourage him to, for example (and as he related), "[wet] himself after six pints of Guinness during a weekend bender."

Regardless of whom has (a) mental illness(es) or what a given person's mental illness(es), nothing is funny or encouragable about allowing someone to be overtaken by a mental illness.

PS My great-great-grandfather Julian Czerniecki (later Julian Czarnecki), whom was born on December 24, 1875 in Polish Russia, was also besieged by Alcoholism, and I don't know when Alcoholism onset for him. What I do know is that the Anti Semitism—and other persecutions and hardships—that he faced in Polish Russia (which he left after the Belostok Pogrom) and in the United States affected an exacerbation of his Alcoholism (and if you think that having to pretend to be a Polish Catholic and settle in out-of-the-way Sugar Notch in order to survive isn't hardship, don't kid yourself¹).

I also know that Great-Great-Granddad Czarnecki was not help as exacerbated Alcoholism (not to mention other mental illnesses, including Depression) besieged him. I have seen, heard, and lived that "Hurt people hurt people" cycle partly because of that; and that is party of why I find disturbing that the "Daily Mail" and those whom apparently love Ricky Gervais want to see him beseiged by a mental illness and perhaps even dead from it.

By the way, the aunt who died from Alcoholism was a maternal aunt; so, Alcoholism is actually on both sides of my family—that of course makes even more disturbing to me what the "Daily Mail" and Ricky Gervais' loved ones are doing, as they are basically saying that they'd like that both people like Ricky Gervais and people on both sides of my family to die of mental illnesses.

I guess that I shouldn't be surprised, though, given how ableist society is and how society hates both famous and non-famous people with disabilities such as mental illnesses.

¹He also had the hardship of being born on a date when Pseudo Christians persecuted the very people of Jesus—whom many of them ironically called "Jeszua", pronounced "Yeshua", by the way—imagine having to live your life never knowing if you'll make it to your next birthday because people whom claim to be celebrating the birth of Jeszua want to commit ethnocide against the very people for whom the New Testament says that Jeszua is Messiah first.

My Own Yidishe Neshome Apparently Doesn't Mess Around: A Few Curses With Which (I Think That) I Came Up (Or That God Gave To Me)

PS I was inspired when I saw some of the traditional curses that are circulating on Facebook and Kveller. Also PS:

  1.  I'm not a Yidishophone, and Google Translate did not work for me. Whoever can translate these into Yidish for me will get credit (and it is "Yidish" in its stricter transliteration, as "Yiddish" is "Χ™Χ™Χ“Χ™Χ©".)
  2. Please use these judiciously and only in cases where curses like this are warranted.
  3. In the least-extreme cases of the most-extreme cases, these curses are warranted for those like Roy Moore, Harvey Weinstein.
  4. In my next book, "More Shit And Other Stuff That I Can't Make Up", the backstory behind why I came up with these curses (or why God gave them to me) can be found. Let's just say that Micah 7:6 and Psalm 27:10-12 apply, and that's the generous way to put it here. Another hint, in transliterated Hebrew: Lo kal ha'avot hem avot tovim.
  5. Even Paul prayed that God would repay his enemies, per 2 Timothy 4:14. Remember that I'm a Jewish Christian, by the way.
1) May what you should get off your chest collapse your lungs before you have time to get it off!

2) May the way in which you've broken people's hearts break your neck! (May with what you've stabbed others in the back stab your back!)

3) May the weight with which you weigh down others be the weight under which you collapse!

4) May your iron fist come back to punch you!  (May your heavy hand eventually press itself down on you!)

5) May how you fight others in a tooth-and-nail way come back to bite and scratch you!

6) May the next time that you breathe down someone's neck be the moment of your last breath!

7) May the headaches that you cause others be the kind that cause you a stroke!

8) May the arm with which you try to strongarm others cause itself to break!

9) May you trip on the feet which you use to try to step on others, and may you kick yourself in the face when you fall!

10) May the nose that you stick into others' business clog up and cause you to sneeze your brains out!

11) May the butts of the jokes that you try to make others end up being your butt, and may your butt get kicked by the foot that you'll have put in your mouth!
(May the butt that you try to make others kiss be the one on which you fall [or in which you get kicked]; may the foot which you try to make others lick fly back into your mouth)

12) May your prying eyes bug out far enough to fall out of your sockets!  (May your malicious stare [e.g., intimidating stare] strain your eyes enough to make them fall out [or—even though this may be going too far—cause you to go blind]!)

13) May your prying ears clog up and cause your head to explode [or—even though this may be going too far—be strained enough to cause you go deaf]!

14) May the teeth that you gnash at others be ground to their roots [or fall out]!

15) May you swallow your lashon hara and have nobody to stop you from doing so¹.

¹That one is probably actually not mine; or even if it is, it was inspired by the fact that someone on a long-since-taken-down website once understandably wished that an Anti Semite would swallow his or her own tongue.

Thank You, "Time"!

All I needed to see is the headline that the #MeToo Movement is "Time" Magazine's Person of the Year. While I remember very specifically voting for the #MeToo Movement and asking others on Twitter to do the same, I know that the #MeToo Movement would not have been "Time"'s Person of the Year had others not considered my and still many others' advice to vote for the surprisingly-at-the-time-low-voted movement. I'm only one in God knows how many—basically, a salt grain in an ocean drop—since there are many more like me—and certainly many whom've and whom'll sadly have endured worse than I ever have endured or will endure (as far as I know, anyway—so far, I've been blessed to be protected from severe sexual abuse).

The #MeToo Movement, despite that—according to Fox News and other sources—it's actually been a movement for 11 years, has done more in the past few months than many people (including other "Person of the Year" candidates) have accomplished in a year—let alone many years and let alone a lifetime. In fact, —Rose McGowan and others brought down Harvey Weinstein only two months ago—which I was surprised to see when I double checked if "past few months" is accurate! Of course, the #MeToo Movement began its watershed breakthrough when Gretchen Carlson exposed the hypocrite Roger Ailes and built up to its sixth-of-a-year critical-mass moment as more and more women—and even quite a few men—came forward about Roger Ailes and still others. Without Gretchen Carlson, then, 11 years of trying to stop a centuries-pervasive problem in American culture and in Western society overall would not have culminated in a remarkably-quick shoe drop, chip fall, domino-chain reaction, or whatever it is—and Gretchen Carlson deserves the recognition that "Time"'s acknowledgement of the #MeToo movement brings her and those whom came forward because of her.

As I said before, then, thank you, "Time"—you gave countless people whom worked to raise their own voices and help others raise their voice against the sexual abuse and other sexual harassment that they and others have endured and at least no longer have to endure without a millions-of-voices-strong voice telling them, "Me too."

A Letter That I Wrote In Reply To "as a former kickboxer", And I Encourage Everyone To Modify For Themselves And Send To Roy Moore

PS This is "Re: as a former kickboxer", and the original email came from "Judge" Roy Moore at his campaign website (He is that pretentious: he doesn't even use "Former Judge".).

With all due respect, don't assume that I support a RINO and so-called "Christian" like you just because I'm a Republican. By the way, you broke at least these commandments when you assaulted and battered your victims, and are breaking at least these commandments now:

  1. "You shall have no other gods". You're making yourself your own god.
  2. "You shall not make images to which you bow down and which you worship." You are deliberately trying to project a false image of yourself.
  3. "You shall not take the Name of Yehovah your God in vain." As to how you're breaking this command doesn't even need to be explained to you, as you are using the Name of Yehovah to do evil to others.
  4. "You shall not murder." Rape is a form of murder, and you committed murder against every single girl whom you raped.
  5. "You shall not commit adultery." Rape is certainly a form of adultery on the part of the rapist.
  6. "You shall not steal." Rape is a form of theft.
  7. "You shall not bear false witness." Slandering and libelling your victims alone is bearing false witness.
  8. "You shall not covet." As to how you're breaking this command doesn't even need to be explained to you, as you know why pursuing any woman to try to rape is covetous.
By the way, please don't be using my God's Name to be doing evil, and don't be using my Messiah's name to harm my people. On that note, you and your friend "Bernie Bernstein" owe not only your victims an apology; you also owe the Jewish community an apology.

Sincerely,

A Jew whom dislikes you and your Anti-Semitic friend
