"New Blog
I've been trying to update my old blog, but to no avail. I've also talked to the AOL Tech people and have tried almost everything. I have about failed, so this is (hopefully) a temporary blog until I can get the old one up and running.
I believe the update issues and what-not began Thursday, and I tried to update last night and today. I've even had to re-vote on my polls (There's a "Most Ridiculous Item of the Day"- I can't update or do hardly anything on my own blog!).
Back to what I was trying to tell you last night (besides the fact that I'm still having trouble typing this entry):
The Iraqi Military is reporting a so-far unconfirmed capture of Al-Qadea leader Abu Omar Al-Bagdahdi. Meanwhile, Russia and the Kremlin are still allied with Iran and apparently killing their own again.
Also, Washington, D.C., is now no longer banning handguns, hence giving D.C. its right to have its own 2nd Amendment back.
Ann Coulter has been cut loose by three newspapers, one being conservative. Meanwhile, Newt Gingrich has let loose a dirty little secret: his affair with his current wife during the Lewinski-Clinton affair. Gingrich came clean in an interview with Dr. James Dobson.
Scooter Libby is now being taken to civil court as part of the federal case. Meanwhile, Hugo Chavez and the Venuezelan government are acting uncivil as the American and Brazillian federal chiefs meet to discuss ethanol and alternative energy sources.
Bill O'Reilly maybe just taking it a little too far this time. Geraldo is right in assenting with folks who cried out and told Bill that whether the New York fire victims were legal or not, they were still children; and legal status only matters for the adults. Meanwhile, a Roman Catholic priest taking it too far in calling Sean Hannity "not a good Roman Catholic", giving Alan Colmes (and Geraldo, might I add, thanks to Bill O'Reilly) a reason to hate Roman Catholicism, hence (in their minds, and generally in the public mind) hating Christianity. Before the Roman Catholic segment, liberals took it too far in calling the Bush administration "henchmen" and "incompetent"."
"Moving to blogger.com
Listening To: noises in the house
I've just decided to move it all to blogger.com. I have a lot more freedom there, and I liked "The Nicole Factor" idea. Besides, I'm very political and into news."
From time to time, I may continue my old AOL blog depending on whether it gets fixed or not, but I have a question:
Is my mom right about "maintenance issues on AOL" being an excuse for censorship?
