Alex Jones: Another Traitorous Self-Despising Jew? Here We Go Again...

11 For the LORD spoke thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying:
12 “ Do not say, ‘A conspiracy,’
Concerning all that this people call a conspiracy,
Nor be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled.
13 The LORD of hosts, Him you shall hallow;
Let Him be your fear,
And let Him be your dread.
14 He will be as a sanctuary,
But a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense
To both the houses of Israel,
As a trap and a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
15 And many among them shall stumble;
They shall fall and be broken,
Be snared and taken.”

(From Yesha'yahu 8, NKJV)

And for the able Jew who can but refuses to make aliyah.

Needless to say, if the rumors about Alex Jones being Jewish are true, he is in big trouble.

Great-Grandma Czarnecki Would've Been 99 in 2012...

And while she maybe died at a good time to go to Heaven, anyway (Look at where this country's gone since 2007 up to 2008!); she was still murdered. That she was going to die, anyway, doesn't change that. Pop-Pop fully intended to get rid of her re the Social Security Fraud. And I said Southeast (when I should've said East South or just E South) Street, but my intent was the same: to give Great-Grandma the birthday or (I suppose) the yahrzeit or yizkor present for which she has long awaited. As I said, "I firmly believe that Mary M. Trudnak Czarnecki would not have gone to the hospital and gotten her leg amputated without knowing that someone was going to fight for her and to pursue justice against Jack Czarnecki someday."

I admit that I'm human and afraid of what happens if Mom and Aunt Mary do find out; but at the same time, even five years or five-plus years later-- be it July 28, 1913 (for which the P'rushi date was Tamuz 23, 5673) or February 12, 2007 (for which the P'rushi date was Shevat 24, 5767), or even later depending on how long the case takes-- I'm going to follow the mitzvah "Tzedek, tzedek tirdof". Besides, if people can look down from Gan 'Eden, Great-Grandma Czarnecki is proud to know that her Jewish granddaughter is following the Jewish command of the Jewish Messiah whose commands she tried her best to follow for all of her 93 years b'ha'olam haza.

More Jews Are Asking For No Religion and Gideon Levy Doesn't Find Jews To Be Chosen...

Well, I actually wrote a few blog entries (e.g., this and this) on this recently. No wonder many fellow Jews are dropping untrue religion, though they won't accept the "true religion [which] comes from our Father"; and I'm not the only one to make the points made in my blog. See the comments on Gideon Levy's article.

What Made Me Respond Was the Presumption and Haugtiness

Nicole Czarnecki I understand the military veterans and the disabled. I do not understand those who won't take the $7-an-hour jobs and start somewhere like many of my relatives did.
[Someone on the forum which I was on] The problem is that people can't live on those kind of wages. Imagine if suddenly you only had 1/4 or 1/3 of your previous earnings to cover home, health ins., food, education. You might work that $7l job but to what end? You might work 2 or 3 of those jobs... and people do---that's why they're called the working poor.
Nicole Czarnecki I'd be blessed to even be able to do that; and my great-granddad did that with six people to provide for in his household, and my granddad for 11 people.

Great-Granddad Tony Czarnecki inherited three houses from his dad, Julian, since he was the oldest son and the only one old enough to do so at the time. He was 18 on October 24, 1922; almost two weeks to the month anniversary of Great-Great-Granddad Julian's death. Great-Great-Granddad earned $5,000 a year by having himself and Great-Granddad be the breadwinners; and when he died, the income for 10 survivors (since three children had died) was down to near $2,000 (at least by 1930, when Great-Granddad was in a Wood River, Illinois mental hospital; far from Sugar Notch, and thus unable to help the then-nine survivors-- Great-Grandaunt Regina died on June 23, 1925.).

Great-Granddad then lived in 203 Freed Street with his wife (Mary M. Trudnak Czarnecki), sons Anthony, Jr. (1934-1934), John "Jack" (b. May 25, 1936), Francis "Red" (June 21, 1940 - July 9, 1985), James (later James, Sr. and Jim; b. November 24, 1942), and Anthony, Jr. the Younger (b. January 19, 1946; and still at home and in college when his dad committed suicide on December 2, 1964). He coal mined in Sugar Notch, then worked as a lawnmower in Watervilet, New York (and Great-Grandma's name is listed on the apartment, because he was probably too poor and working hard when he lost his job in the Sugar Notch coal mines).

Other relatives, including Mom's dad (who I already covered), were also the working poor. So, as I said, "I understand the military veterans and the disabled. I do not understand those who won't take the $7-an-hour jobs and start somewhere like many of my relatives did." Quit occupying Wall Street and work like avoti did.

Toby Keith Sure Isn't "Country As Conbread" or "Good As He Once Was" Anymore...

I wonder how the '90s- Early '00s Toby would feel about the Late '00s-Present Toby Keith, by the way. Would he like him? Or would he just be the closeted him-- that is, the "old" Toby Keith hiding the "new", disingenous Toby Keith. I remember even watching on CMT that Toby explicity promised G-d that if he didn't get ito the music business by the time that he was 30, he would quit trying. Is what Toby has become a result of breaking that promise at 32 years of age?

The "new" Toby Keith is even... more drunk than ever? He also was very classess to his wife, Tricia, recently:

"Although Keith's daughter immediately loved the idea of using the insult as the album's title, Keith's wife wasn't so keen. He adds, "My wife freaked out. She was mad at the girl because she is a well-known person in our community. I view that kind of stuff as funny. I take that stuff in stride and my daughter is the same way. My wife is a little more particular. She said, 'You're not going to (name the album that).' She thought I was joking. And then I brought one home and laid it on the countertop!""

What a jerk to Tricia! And for example:

""She said [her daughter] should quit running with [my daughter]," said Keith, "because, she said, 'They're nothing but white trash with money, anyway.' My wife is very classy, and when she heard this she was mad -- I mean MAD. She said, 'I'll deal with the mother.' "
When they told Keith about the insult, however, he didn't show the outrage they expected.
"I started laughing," he says. "I said, 'Why are you offended? That's all I've ever been. If you think I'm white trash with money, well, I'm proud of it and I'll take it all the way to the bank. To prove it, that sounds like a great album title to me.' ""

Toby Keith's a Class-A jerk! On one hand, he praises Tricia for being classy; then on the other hand, he rubs Tricia's class right in her face. Also:

"Still, he says, his wife has to nag him to get a haircut, he drives a pickup truck and hangs proudly to his self-described "white trash" origins. A part of that, it seems, is his overflowing confidence."

Really, Toby; Tricia cares about you, and you're rich enough to get a haircut. Even I'm growing my hair long, but I keep my split ends trimmed. Besides, what's this where you're with Tricia (unless she's a body double or my eye's playing tricks) versus this? Not a real good example for Stelen, is it? The former is a much-better example-- and more respectful to his mother.

One clue as to what 'Adam may have looked like

There's one other picture that someone had where the person was a ruddy brown red or red, but I for the frustrating life of me can't find it.

Nobody Asked the "Rabbis" Who Is Jewish And Who Isn't Jewish...

When Torah reads the following, it comes with an implied caveat: provided that it's in keeping with Torah:

8If a matter arises which is too hard for you to judge, between degrees of guilt for bloodshed, between one judgment or another, or between one punishment or another, matters of controversy within your gates, then you shall arise and go up to the place which the LORD your God chooses. 9 And you shall come to the priests, the Levites, and to the judge there in those days, and inquire of them; they shall pronounce upon you the sentence of judgment. 10 You shall do according to the sentence which they pronounce upon you in that place which the LORD chooses. And you shall be careful to do according to all that they order you. 11 According to the sentence of the law in which they instruct you, according to the judgment which they tell you, you shall do; you shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left from the sentence which they pronounce upon you. 12 Now the man who acts presumptuously and will not heed the priest who stands to minister there before the LORD your God, or the judge, that man shall die. So you shall put away the evil from Israel.

The following is a far cry from Torah:

AND WHATEVER [WOMAN] WHO CANNOT CONTRACT KIDDUSHIN etc. How do we

know [it of] a Canaanitish bondmaid?
27 — Said R. Huna, Scripture saith, Abide ye here with [‘im]

    the ass
28 — it is a people [‘am] like unto an ass.29 We have thus found that kiddushin with her is

    invalid:

    Talmud - Mas. Kiddushin 68b

how do we know that the issue takes her status? — Because Scripture saith, the wife and her children

    shall be her master's.
1 How do we know [it of a freeborn] Gentile woman? — Scripture saith, neither

shalt thou make marriages with them.
2 How do we know that her issue bears her status? — R.

Johanan said on the authority of R. Simeon b. Yohai, Because Scripture saith, For he will turn away

    thy son from following me:
3 thy son by4 an Israelite woman is called thy son, but thy son by a

heathen is not called thy son.
5 Rabina said: This proves that thy daughter's son by a heathen is called

    thy son.
6 Shall we say that Rabina holds that if a heathen or a [non-Jewish] slave cohabits with a

    Jewess the issue is mamzer?
7 — [No.] Granted that he is not [regarded as] fit,8 he is not mamzer

either, but merely stigmatised as unfit.
    9

Now, that [verse] refers to the seven nations!
10 whence do we know it of other nations? —

Scripture saith, ‘For he will turn away [thy son],’ which includes all who may turn [him] away. That

is well according to R. Simeon, who interprets the reason of Scripture.
11 But on the view of the

    Rabbis,
12 what is the reason?13 — Scripture saith, and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her

    husband, [etc.],
14 whence it follows that before that kiddushin with her is invalid.

We have thus found that kiddushin with her is not recognised. How do we know that her child is

as herself? — Scripture saith, If there be to a man [two wives] . . . and they bare to him [children]:
    15

where we read ‘if there be’,
16 we also read: ‘and they bare to him’;17 but where we do not read: ‘If

there be’, we do not read: ‘and they bare to him’. If so, is not a [heathen] bondmaid likewise? —

Yes, it is even thus. Then what is the purpose of ‘the wife and her children shall be her master's’? —

    For what was taught:

    Talmud - Mas. Kiddushin 69a

If he says to his bondmaid, ‘Behold, thou art free, but thy child [yet to be born] shall be a slave,’ the

‘child is as herself: this is the view of R. Jose the Galilean; the Sages maintain: His words are valid,
    1

for it is said: ‘the wife and her children shall be her master's’. How does this teach it?
    2 — Said Raba:

This refers to R. Jose the Galilean's [ruling].
    3

    MISHNAH. R. TARFON SAID: MAMZERIM
4 CAN BE PURIFIED.5 HOW? IF A MAMZER

    MARRIES
6 A BONDMAID, HER SON IS A SLAVE;7 IF HE IS FREED, IT IS FOUND THAT

THE SON IS A FREE MAN.
    8 R. ELIEZER SAID: BEHOLD, HE IS A SLAVE, A MAMZER.9

Firstly, ishah came from ish, Chavah from 'Adam, not vice versa. Secondly, ha'av shel ha'ishah gives and the prospective chatan takes ha'ishah; which is clear in D'varim 7:1-5, which reads in part, "Nor shall you make marriages with them. You shall not give your daughter to their son, nor take their daughter for your son." For a lack of a better term; the men do the giving and taking here.

Thirdly, women cannot give or receive yDNA (pitrochondrial, or paternal, Y-Chromosome DNA); and the mispacha v'bnei are defined by harosh l'mispacha v'bnei-- ha'av! So, even genetics and traditional, innate roles prove that the dads-- not the moms, not the "rabbis"-- primarily define whether or not a child is Jewish.

This isn't to say that Matrilineal Jews aren't Jews or Jewish, but that Patrilineal Jewishness was the first and is the primary descent through which Jews trace their Jewishness. Matrilineal Jews, however, have been around since haben shel HaDanit who fought with a fellow Yisra'eli was born.
