#ThrowbackThursday & #ThursdayThoughts: How Reilly Saved Her "Momma" From Dying Due to Depression in 2014

If I, Reilly's "Momma", have never really talked about my major Depression flareup in 2014, I will now (and ironically so as patient Reilly waits for her night-owl "Momma"ⁱ, though she did ring the back door bell and paw at the hallway gate a few times to indicate that she wanted to go to bed). Without going into too much detail (and ironically in this instance as well, as I said that I'd talk about the Depression flareup), I'll say this: Reilly (or rather, God through Reilly) literally saved me from dying from starvation due to oversleeping that was caused by the Depression flareup, with the flareup being caused by a relative—"A"—of a former friend of one of my relatives—with whom I understandably disagreed on an issue into which I will not delve here, and "A" was upset that I would dare to talk about it.

I would name exactly who "A" is and state what the issue was if I were not afraid of what she and some of her associates could do to me. After all, "A" took her hatefulness as far as to stalk me on my blog (Trust me when I use the word "stalk", as her visits were constant, obsessive, and within minutes of each other)—and using Feedjit at the time, I could tell that it was her because of the area that Feedjit listed as where the visitor of the blog was roughly located—and to stalk me on LinkedIn—to stalk me on LinkedIn, to try to intimidate me, and she knew that I could see that it was her! She didn't even try to set it to "Private Mode"; and as far as Feedjit, she may have even known that I was using that and could see the statistics! Needlessly to say, I quickly spiraled into a severe Depression flareup which caused to oversleep, which caused me to obviously not eat like I should—since I obviously wouldn't get what nutrition I needed if I slept too much and thus ate too little because I was sleeping when I should've been eating (Besides, oversleeping can have other disastrous effects.).

I was very blessed, then, that Reilly gave me a reason to be here. I was also blessed that she needed up to 20 hours of sleep in her first year. By the way, this is part of why I criticize the militant "Adopt; Don't Shop" types and those whom are more than eagerly quick to demonize surrenders of pets to shelters. As I stated in a recent Facebook comment:

"I feel bad for [a pup that was surrended] and her former owner. At least she seems to be adjusting. It probably broke his heart to have to surrender her. I'd kill myself before surrendering Reilly if I ever had to do so--the self-righteous judgement that I would receive would be too much to bear in addition to the pain of having to give her up. May I never have to surrender one of my reasons for being here--and she saved me from a bad Depression flareup once. Without her, I'd've overslept and starved to death."

#FluffyFriday and #SillySaturday: Livestreaming With Cam

PS: No Cams were harmed in the making of this video. Cam, meanwhile, almost got her "Auntie Nicole" killed just a few minutes before!

Another Look Behind The Scenes: Some Of The Photos (For Which Reilly Sort Of (Well, Mostly) Cooperated)

(And then "Momma" figured out to use the table as a sort of tripod!)

("Creative Shot" effects and "Flash" were used for some photos. Reilly, of course, was sleepy and not happy about the photos either way, whether or not the flash and the time for the "Creative Shot" effects to be applied would've been factors in the first place!)

(Why "Momma" takes so many photos: the photos' subject, Reilly, makes choosing photos hard because of how cute of a photo subject she is! Who could resist choosing most, if not all, of the photos of Ri?!)
