Anti Semites and Anti Missionaries Poisoning the Spiritual Well: "Jews Don't Believe In Jesus"

First, the following verse means only that salvation is not a Jews-only thing. Whichever Anti Semite first used this verse to deny Jews our ethnicity and our heritage owes us an apology:

"[T]here is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor freeman, neither male nor female; for in union with the Messiah Yeshua, you are all one."

That verse simply means that everyone gets equal treatment in terms of that we are not better or worse than each other. All Jews, gentiles, slaves, free persons, men, women, and other persons in the Messiah Yeshua are sinners and have been redeemed by Yeshua the Messiah. Secondly:

"8 These are the names of Isra'el's children who came into Egypt, Ya'akov and his sons: Re'uven Ya'akov's firstborn; 9 and the sons of Re'uven - Hanokh, Pallu, Hetzron and Karmi. 10 The sons of Shim'on: Y'mu'el, Yamin, Ohad, Yakhin, Tzochar and Sha'ul the son of a Kena'ani woman. 11 The sons of Levi: Gershon, K'hat and M'rari.12 The sons of Y'hudah: 'Er, Onan, Shelah, Peretz and Zerach; but 'Er and Onan died in the land of Kena'an. The sons of Peretz were Hetzron and Hamul. 13 The sons of Yissakhar: Tola, Puvah, Yov and Shimron. 14 The sons of Z'vulun: Sered, Elon and Yachle'el. 15 These were the children of Le'ah whom she bore to Ya'akov in Paddan-Aram, with his daughter Dinah. In sum, his sons and daughters numbered thirty-three. 16 The sons of Gad: Tzifyon, Haggi, Shuni, Etzbon, 'Eri, Arodi and Ar'eli. 17 The children of Asher: Yimnah, Yishvah, Yishvi, B'ri'ah, and their sister Serach. The sons of B'ri'ah were Hever and Malki'el. 18 These were the children of Zilpah, whom Lavan gave to Le'ah his daughter; she bore them to Ya'akov - sixteen people. 19 The sons of Rachel Ya'akov's wife: Yosef and Binyamin. 20 To Yosef in the land of Egypt were born M'nasheh and Efrayim, whom Osnat the daughter of Poti-Fera priest of On bore to him. 21 The sons of Binyamin: Bela, Bekher, Ashbel, Gera, Na'aman, Echi, Rosh, Mupim, Hupim and Ard."

Let's break this down for some of you: "Sha'ul the son of a Kena'ani woman", an eighth Patrilineally Jewish. Same with " 'Er, Onan, Shelah, Peretz and Zerach"; and "M'nasheh and Efrayim, whom Osnat the daughter of Poti-Fera priest of On bore to him". Later, M'nashe takes a Aramit concubine:

The descendants of M'nasheh: his concubine the woman from Aram bore Makhir the father of Gil'ad; Asri'el [Gil'ad's son] was descended from her. 15 Makhir's wife was from the families of Hupim and Shupim, and his sister's name was Ma'akhah. M'nasheh's second son was Tz'lof'chad, and Tz'lof'chad had daughters. 16 Ma'akhah the wife of Makhir bore a son whom she named Peresh, the name of his brother was Sheresh, and his sons were Ulam and Rekem. 17The son of Ulam was B'dan. These were the descendants of Gil'ad the son of Makhir the son of M'nasheh.

Makhir was a 1/16th Patrilineally Jewish.

To conclude, you Anti Semites and Anti Missionaries need to grow up and quit trying to deny especially Messianic Jews our Jewish heritage.

One Follower on Twitter and Three Subscribers on YouTube Lost?

Ho hum. But as I said, "I guess that some Non-Messianic Jews who supposedly worship G-d, whether or not they intended to actually worship Sikkut and Kiyun, really read and considered 'Amos 5:21-27 carefully". So some people care about truth, even if some (as four people on YouTube and Twitter) don't. Even if I lost every single one of my friends in speaking the truth or raising a point about it, I'd rather have the truth than all the friends in the world-- let alone the world itself.

Will Geraldo Rivera Ever Convert To Mormonism? Maybe...

Skip to 34:10. Also read Geraldo's recent article on Mitt Romney. For example, Geraldo outright states, "Like many things 19th Century Mormon, the story is funky. So let me qualify it by saying I have never met a 21st Century Mormon I didn’t like. Further, my impression is that those who practice the religion these days are members of the most impressive religious sect in the country. The hilarious Broadway smash ‘Book of Mormon’ aside, (and whatever credo floats your personal theological boat,) seldom has the world seen a group that so effectively teaches adherents to be the best they can be by doing the best they can for others, as well as themselves."

Let me repeat with emphasis: "Like many things 19th Century Mormon, the story is funky.

Will Geraldo become the Matrilineally-Jewish Puertorriqueno equivalent of Representative Jason Chaffetz? By the way, both have one parent who was in a cult-- although to be fair, Cruz "Allen" Rivera was (as far as I know) was an Evangelical Catholic, thus not a part of traditional (occultic) Roman Catholicism.

I Really Thought That I'd Actually Get More Heat For Asking the Sikkut and Kiyun Question...

I'm surprised that I haven't. I guess that some Non-Messianic Jews who supposedly worship G-d, whether or not they intended to actually worship Sikkut and Kiyun, really read and considered 'Amos 5:21-27 carefully:

21 "I hate, I utterly loathe your festivals; I take no pleasure in your solemn assemblies. 22 If you offer me burnt offerings and grain offerings, I will not accept them; nor will I consider the peace offerings of your stall-fed cattle. 23 Spare me the noise of your songs! I don't want to hear the strumming of your lutes! 24 Instead, let justice well up like water, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream. 25 Did you bring me sacrifices and offerings in the desert forty years, house of Isra'el? 26 No, but now you will bear Sikkut as your king and Kiyun, your images, the star of your god, which you made for yourselves; 27 as I exile you beyond Dammesek," says Adonai ELOHEI-Tzva'ot - that is his name.

Here are the videos which I made on that very subject:

Re the Video About Who Non-Messianic Jews Worship: Questions Had To Be Asked

My last blog entry, in association with my second-to-most-recent video, featured Amos 5:21-27, Deuteronomy 18:15-19, and Acts 5:29-40. The very idea that Non-Messianic Jews may be unintentionally or even intentionally worshiping Sikkut and Kiyun is not a joke or Anti-Semitic idea. Even Isaiah 29:13-14 reads:

13 Then Adonai said: "Because these people approach me with empty words, and the honor they bestow on me is mere lip-service; while in fact they have distanced their hearts from me, and their 'fear of me' is just a mitzvah of human origin 14 therefore, I will have to keep shocking these people with astounding and amazing things, until the 'wisdom' of their 'wise ones' vanishes, and the 'discernment' of their 'discerning ones' is hidden away."

As for the verses that I mentioned:

Galatians 1:10-11

10 Now does that sound as if I were trying to win human approval? No! I want God's approval! Or that I'm trying to cater to people? If I were still doing that, I would not be a servant of the Messiah.11 Furthermore, let me make clear to you, brothers, that the Good News as I proclaim it is not a human product;

Galatians 2:4

4 Indeed, the question came up only because some men who pretended to be brothers had been sneaked in - they came in surreptitiously to spy out the freedom we have in the Messiah Yeshua, so that they might enslave us.

Galatians 5:10-11

10 I am confident that since you are united with the Lord, you will take no other view; and I am confident that the one who has been disturbing you, whoever he may be, will have to bear his punishment. 11 And as for me, brothers, if I am still preaching that circumcision is necessary, why am I still being persecuted? If that were the case, my preaching about the execution-stake would cause no offense whatever.

Believe me, by the way, when I say that Anti- and Counter-Missionaries try to come in pretending to be believers all the time. Some are even in the "Hebrew Roots" and similar movements.

Are Non-Messianic Jews Worshipping Kiyun and Sikut Instead of G-d?

  • "21 "I hate, I utterly loathe your festivals; I take no pleasure in your solemn assemblies. 26 No, but now you will bear Sikkut as your king and Kiyun, your images, the star of your god, which you made for yourselves; 27 as I exile you beyond Dammesek," says Adonai ELOHEI-Tzva'ot - that is his name."

  • 15 "ADONAI will raise up for you a prophet like me from among yourselves, from your own kinsmen. You are to pay attention to him, 16 just as when you were assembled at Horev and requested ADONAI your God, 'Don't let me hear the voice of ADONAI my God any more, or let me see this great fire ever again; if I do, I will die!' 17 On that occasion ADONAI said to me, 'They are right in what they are saying. 18 I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their kinsmen. I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I order him. 19 Whoever doesn't listen to my words, which he will speak in my name, will have to account for himself to me.
  • 29 Kefa and the other emissaries answered, "We must obey God, not men. 30The God of our fathersl raised up Yeshua, whereas you men killed him by having him hanged on a stake. m 31 God has exalted this man at his right handn as Ruler and Savior, in order to enable Isra'el to do t'shuvah and have her sins forgiven. 32 We are witnesses to these things; so is the Ruach HaKodesh, whom God has given to those who obey him." 33 On hearing this, the members of the Sanhedrin were infuriated and wanted to put the emissaries to death. 34 But one of the members of the Sanhedrin rose to his feet, a Parush named Gamli'el, a teacher of the Torah highly respected by all the people. He ordered the men put outside for a little while 35 and then addressed the court: "Men of Isra'el, take care what you do to these people. 36 Some time ago, there was a rebellion under Todah, who claimed to be somebody special; and a number of men, maybe four hundred, rallied behind him. But upon his being put to death, his whole following was broken up and came to nothing. 37 After this, Y'hudah HaG'lili led another uprising, back at the time of the enrollment for the Roman tax; and he got some people to defect to him. But he was killed, and all his followers were scattered. 38 So in the present case, my advice to you is not to interfere with these people, but to leave them alone. For if this idea or this movement has a human origin, it will collapse. 39 But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop them; you might even find yourselves fighting God!" They heeded his advice. 40 After summoning the emissaries and flogging them, they commanded them not to speak in the name of Yeshua, and let them go.
Scary, isn't it?

I Had To Report Antimissionary Divorah To Answers.com Because...

She was using much of Answer.com's Judaism and Messianic Judaism questions to persecute, lie about, attempt to inflame, and derogatorily attack Messianic Jews. Some of the outright lies included lies on even the Law of Return. Divorah's lie about the Law of Return is underlined below.

According to Wikipedia:

Messianic Jews are only considered eligible for the State of Israel's Law of Return if they can also claim Jewish descent.[26] An assistant to one of the two lawyers involved with an April 2008 Supreme Court of Israel case explained to the Jerusalem Post that Messianics who are not Jewish according to Jewish law, but who had sufficient Jewish descent to qualify under the Law of Return, could claim automatic new immigrant status and citizenship despite being Messianics.[145]
The state of Israel grants Aliyah (right of return) and citizenship to Jews, and to those with Jewish parents or grandparents who are not considered Jews according to halacha, e.g. people who have a Jewish father but a non-Jewish mother. Specifically excluded were any “person who has been a Jew and has voluntarily changed his religion.” An Israeli Supreme Court decision in 1989 ruled that Messianic Judaism constituted another religion.[146] However, on April 16, 2008, the Supreme Court of Israel ruled in a case brought by a number of Messianic Jews with Jewish fathers and grandfathers. Their applications for Aliyah had been rejected on the grounds that they were Messianic Jews. The argument was made by the applicants that they had never been Jews according to halacha, and were not therefore excluded by the conversion clause. This argument was upheld in the ruling.[145][147][148]

Yes, the majority of Jews are offended by Messianics who are Christians, not Jews. This is supported by the fact that the Law of Return, which grants automatic Israeli citizenship to Jews and even the descendents of Jews (at least 1 Jewish grandparent), was modified to specify that Jews who become Messianics are not eligible to apply for citizenship as Jews.

This being said, in the majority of Jewish communities around the world, when a a person who is born a Jew becomes a Messianic, it is met by sadness and pity by the rest of the community. This is because the individual is seen as having cut themselves off from the Jewish community and having renounced his or his path to HaShem (The Creator). There is always the underlying hope that these individuals will eventually find their way back to Judaism though.

As for Messianic organisations such as "Jews for Judaism", they are unanimously despised by all Jewish communities around the world.
