A "Secret Society" And Other ***** Conspiracy Theories

"11 For Yehovah spoke thus to me with a strong hand, admonishing me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying: 12 'Say ye not: A conspiracy, concerning all whereof this people do say: A conspiracy; neither fear ye their fear, nor account it dreadful. 13 Yehovah Tzva'ot, Him shall ye sanctify; and let Him be your fear, and let Him be your dread. 14 And He shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. 15 And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.' {P}"
(Isaiah 8:11-15)

To how many people whom are of Israel and whom claim to be grafted into Israel would this apply? Plenty! I've already discussed how many have willingly self Pavloved re ***** and Clinton.

("['N]either fear ye their fear, nor account it dreadful. Yehovah Tzva'ot, Him shall ye sanctify; and let Him be your fear, and let Him be your dread.[']")

It's now gotten to the point at which an FBI informant purportedly alleges that an Anti-Trump "secret society" exists, and the "Daily Caller"—Tucker Carlson's former paper—claims to have procured certain correspondences.

Meanwhile, the apparent FBI informant may not be exactly that—and Ron Johnson himself played an "It depends on what your definition of 'is' is" game:

‘Is there anything more about that?’ Baier asked.

‘No. But we have to dig into it - this is not a distraction. Again, this is bias - potentially corruption - at the highest level of the FBI,’ Johnson said.

‘By the way, Robert Mueller used to run the FBI,’ he said. ‘He is in no position to do an investigation over this kind of misconduct.’

Basically, "I can't back up my claim; so I'm just going to turn it on Mueller."

An non-"what...'is' is" answer would've been something like, "The informant in question did not reveal any more information to me at this time." or "I wasn't given any further information, although I will continue to talk to the informant in the coming days."

As for the "Daily Caller":

  1. Considering that it is Tucker Carlson's former paper, you have to consider what kind of (apparent) journalistic culture the "Daily Caller" bureau has (and given that Tucker Carlson founded the paper and seems to have left his mark there, you probably will conclude that there is certainly an anti-journalistic culture there). You also have to consider who Tucker Carlson is, as much as you have to comparably consider who Ariana Huffington is when you think about the "Huffington Post" (Granted that the "Huffington Post" seems to have gotten better since its founder left it, and granted that she nonetheless left as much of a mark on her namesake paper as much as Tucker Carlson has left on his paper).
  2. Considering who Tucker Carlson is and what the "Daily Caller" is, you have to consider the parallels between them and Julian Assange & Wikileaks. In other words, for example, you can guarantee that the "Daily Caller" deliberately decontextualized any correspondence that they obtained as much as Wikileaks deliberately decontextualized any correspondence that they obtained, including correspondence that they twisted in order to push conspiracy theories that the Scalia Family asked people to stop spreading (By the way, Snopes is not "Pro Soros", lefty, etc.. Were they such, they wouldn't have spoken out against notorious leftist Donna Hylton, for example.)
Meanwhile, a report that Senate Majority Leader prevented then-POTUS Obama from alerting American voters to election fraud just broke. And what have Senator Ron Johnson, Tucker Carlson, and others—including Sean Hannity—done in the meantime? Tried to affect people to believe conspiracy theories, and in the name of Judeo-Christian values and the Name of God!

("'And He shall be....for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.'" [cf. Isaiah 29:13-16])

My admonition, then, is to remember that Yehovah is speaking to everybody in this time as much as "[He] spoke thus to [Isaiah] with a strong hand, admonishing [him] that [he] should not walk in the way of this people, saying: 'Say ye not: A conspiracy, concerning all whereof this people do say: A conspiracy[']"

The Next Hurdle For Congress To Clear Before The Government Reopens—And It's Still Their Fault If It Doesn't Reopen—And Then Some Related Observations

Because Congress has not voted to remove ***** from office, they and the rest of the United States are stuck with a Non POTUS whom illegitimately remains in office and has veto power that he should not have. Thus, the Non-#SchumerShutdown Shutdown, which even Fox News conceded that the shutdown is,  may not end tonight or tomorrow.

By the way, and with much of the following being what I've stated before:

  1. I was going to use the other hashtag to describe the shutdown, though you're not going to get me to write or type out that man's name unless I absolutely have to do so (and I deleted the other hashtag after I decided that I was not going to type a certain name out). I therefore ended up using "Non-#SchumerShutdown".
  2. Twitter needs hashtags in which one can censor another person's name—e.g., "#*****Shutdown"
  3. I'm pretty sure that calling the shutdown the "Schumer Shutdown" has an Anti-Semitic undercurrent.
  4. To see the  *****ite elements still dominate Fox News saddens me. When are Non *****ites at Fox News going to stand up to *****ite elements and at least say to the ones whom dread Clinton more than fear God, "Oh, for God's sake, look at yourselves—you're like Pavlov's dog, except for that you freak out every time someone says 'Clinton'!" Of course, *****ite elements such as the ones who dread Clinton more than fear God have willingly self conditioned—or "self Pavloved"(?) or "Pavloved themselves"(?).
(Incidentally, I would sadly be unsurprised if I did not coin those terms—I found out that I didn't coin "PWD". At least I can thank Urban Dictionary for publishing my definition, not to mention God for letting me recall that awesome Michael Steele tweet in which he gave Mitch McConnell a taste of his own medicine—and you'll see why when you see the end phrase in the example! PS I did not bracket any of the words in the example—Urban Dictionary did.).

What Real Journalists Do WhereIn Mental Illnesses Such As Addictions Are Concerned, And As I Made Clear To Rianne Addo Herself

Real journalists have the following duties wherein mental illnesses such as Alcoholism are concerned:

  1. To report mental illnesses for what they are—illnesses that nobody chooses, not comedic fodder.
  2. To report specific mental illnesses such as addictions for what they are—not, for example, "penchant[s]", "extreme liking[s]," or "fondness[es]" for agents that may even fatally affect the sufferers of the addictions in question. For those with addictions, agents such as alcohol are always fatal if the persons with the addictions to them do not choose to abstain from them.
  3. To report exactly how severe throes of mental illnesses can be. In the case of addiction of alcohol, the throes can be quite severe.
If Rianne Addo were a real journalist, she would never call mental illnesses such as Alcoholism "penchant[s]", "extreme liking[s]", or "fondness[es]" when no person whom had the ability to reason or control himself or herself would ever have a penchant, like, or be fond of doing the following to himself or herself—and people whom are in the throes of Alcoholism are deprived by Alcoholism of being able to reason and control themselves in regards to matters such as:

  1. An inability to function on a day-to-day, and even moment-to-moment basis, without any excessive amount of Alcohol
  2. Binge drinking that is never appropriate to call "a weekend bender" or any other kind of "bender", as such drinking can overload and overwhelm the liver
  3. Irreversible breakdowns of familial and professional relationships
  4. Joblessness, homelessness, and entrapment into financially-abusive, emotionally-abusive, and other abusive relationships a result of the irreversible breakdowns of professional and familial relationships
  5. Illnesses in addition to Alcoholism and the exacerbation thereof, including Cirrhosis of the Liver that results from and remains comorbid with Alcoholism even if a person with Alcoholism is no longer in the throes of the Alcoholism (i.e., even if he or she has sought treatment for Alcoholism and remained sober).
As I told Rianne Addo herself, real journalists remind other people why mental illnesses such as addictions to alcohol are called "mental illnesses", not use those illnesses as comedic fodder while sufferers of mental illnesses are in the far-from-funny throes of mental illnesses that may even kill them—and as I said last night, Alcoholism may certainly kill Ricky Gervais (not to mention kill him at the same age at which it killed my aunt) if those such Rianne Addo and Ricky Gervais' apparent loved ones continue to find humor in his humorless Alcoholism.

Who's Laughing Now? Mental Illness Is Not Funny, And Ricky Gervais' Alcoholism Is Certainly Not Funny

Remember that addiction is a mental illness, and this is all too common of a sentiment among those with addictions: i.e., the sentiment "I like it too much, I'm not going to give it up" is too common. In fact, my own aunt eerily told my sister that she herself would "quit drinking when [she died]." She unfortunately died of Alcoholism in June of 2008 at the age of 56, which is Ricky Gervais' current age, and may have been 57 in November of that year had she'd been able to get treatment for Alcoholism—and who knows if Ricky Gervais won't share her fate almost a decade later ☹?

What disturbs me is that the "Daily Mail" seems to see nothing disturbing about anyone, let alone a prominent figure, sending the message that there is nothing wrong with refusing to attempt to get treatment for mental illnesses even when one has the resources to get such treatment. As for Ricky Gervais' loved ones, I find what they're doing perhaps even more disturbing: they seem to be quite content with not wanting to try to help him get help. In contrast to my family whom did try to help my aunt get help, they seem to encourage him to, for example (and as he related), "[wet] himself after six pints of Guinness during a weekend bender."

Regardless of whom has (a) mental illness(es) or what a given person's mental illness(es), nothing is funny or encouragable about allowing someone to be overtaken by a mental illness.

PS My great-great-grandfather Julian Czerniecki (later Julian Czarnecki), whom was born on December 24, 1875 in Polish Russia, was also besieged by Alcoholism, and I don't know when Alcoholism onset for him. What I do know is that the Anti Semitism—and other persecutions and hardships—that he faced in Polish Russia (which he left after the Belostok Pogrom) and in the United States affected an exacerbation of his Alcoholism (and if you think that having to pretend to be a Polish Catholic and settle in out-of-the-way Sugar Notch in order to survive isn't hardship, don't kid yourself¹).

I also know that Great-Great-Granddad Czarnecki was not help as exacerbated Alcoholism (not to mention other mental illnesses, including Depression) besieged him. I have seen, heard, and lived that "Hurt people hurt people" cycle partly because of that; and that is party of why I find disturbing that the "Daily Mail" and those whom apparently love Ricky Gervais want to see him beseiged by a mental illness and perhaps even dead from it.

By the way, the aunt who died from Alcoholism was a maternal aunt; so, Alcoholism is actually on both sides of my family—that of course makes even more disturbing to me what the "Daily Mail" and Ricky Gervais' loved ones are doing, as they are basically saying that they'd like that both people like Ricky Gervais and people on both sides of my family to die of mental illnesses.

I guess that I shouldn't be surprised, though, given how ableist society is and how society hates both famous and non-famous people with disabilities such as mental illnesses.

¹He also had the hardship of being born on a date when Pseudo Christians persecuted the very people of Jesus—whom many of them ironically called "Jeszua", pronounced "Yeshua", by the way—imagine having to live your life never knowing if you'll make it to your next birthday because people whom claim to be celebrating the birth of Jeszua want to commit ethnocide against the very people for whom the New Testament says that Jeszua is Messiah first.

***** Fatigue Is One Thing That Demonstrates That...

Maya Angelou was wrong. People may remember what you said, what you did, and how they felt—even if they don't remember the exacts of everything that happened and/or unless they either can't remember or have chosen to repress all of the bad memories because of how painful they were.

With the United States being fatigued by *****, Americans and others within the United States will be too tired and too overwhelmed from having to deal with the ***** Dictatorship to remember everything that *****. In fact, ***** (like other sociopaths and narcissists) is trying to tire and overwhelm America to the point at which it will forget everything that ***** said, did, and made it feel (like other sociopaths and narcissists try to do their victims). Part of *****'s trying to make America forget what he said, did, and affect it to feel is gaslighting, since gaslighting involves trying to get a victim to buy into at least one revisionist history of some kind—whether it's the individual history of the victim, the individual history of the abuser, the relational history of the victim of the abuser, or any other kind of history which somehow involves the victim and/or the abuser, and whether or not the abuser engages in trying to get a victim to buy more than one revisionist history.

With *****, a few examples that involved gaslighting included that:

  1. Even America wasn't broken, although it needed a tuneup. ***** propagated that America needed to be made "great again".
  2. ***** raped his now-long-since-ex husband and blackmailed her into changing her story twice.
  3. ***** had Julian Assange willingly hack, decontextualize messages from, and release decontextualized messages from Hillary Clinton's and others' email accounts.
  4. *****, as a RINO, supported the Hillary Clinton campaign until he could throw under the bus and try to convince others that he's a Republican.
Meanwhile, America has already forgotten the fourth example and seems to already forget that the second example fits the profile of a #MeToo movement; and it can't keep up with the number of racist (especially Anti-Semitic), sexist, xenophobic, and other bigoted attempts to apparently "make America great again" that ***** has made. It also can't keep up with who else ***** has as support—and according to the latest implications made by Pamela Anderson herself, ***** has Pamela Anderson has one of his supporters since she seems to be (even if implicitly) confirming the rumors that she is dating Julian Assange.

As for me, that's part of why I'm tired of *****—can't the Republicans and decent Democrats in the House and Senate have ***** removed from office, and then a special prosecuter have **** prosecuted already?

Keurig, Sean Hannity, Roy Moore, And A Disturbing New (Still-Not-Normal) "Normal"?

While abuse continues to remain not normal, no question that we're in the End Times exists—at least for the Jewish Christians like me or the gentile Christians:

"Alas! For that day is great, So that none is like it; And it is the time of Jacob’s trouble, But he shall be saved out of it."

"And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold."

"For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened."

"'These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth."[']"
[This is the reference that I tweeted re Kurt Eichenwald's tweet, by the way. Emphasis mine; and plenty of Roy Moore supporters will be vomited right out.]

With, for example, people violently breaking their Keurig machines, calling for Keurig boycotts, etc., when Sean Hannity himself gave Roy Moore the benefit of the doubt in his own interview with him is disturbing, as is Roy Moore's Powellesque and Whitesque language in "Higdon v. State":

"Because there was no evidence in this case of an implied threat of serious physical injury under this definition, or of an implied threat of death, Higdon cannot be convicted of sodomy in the first degree “by forcible compulsion.” This Court has previously taken the position that an implied threat under § 13A–6–60(8) may be inferred in cases “concerning the sexual assault of children by adults with whom the children are in a relationship of trust.” See Powe v. State, 597 So.2d 721, 728 (Ala.1991)(emphasis added)"

By the way, plenty Roy Moore supporters—as far as I can tell—will also be finding millstones around their necks and themselves catapulted right into the Lake of Fire by Jesus Himself. After all, even Ms. Corfman has racked up misdemeanor charges because of Roy Moore and other abusers, including pastors:

"“Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe to the world because of offenses! For offenses must come, but woe to that man by whom the offense comes!
"“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

(PS When I read this and think about the Roy Moore supporters facing Jesus, I can imagine them facing one angry God!)

Two Supreme Court "Justices" That Died As Never-Caught Rapists: White and Powell

Thanks to rapist Byron White, Lewis Powell, and others, rapist Ehrlich Coker made sure that rapists, pimps, and other sexual abusers could live and breathe. By the way, how do we know that Byron White was a rapist, as was Lewis Powell?

"Rape is without doubt deserving of serious punishment; but in terms of moral depravity and of the injury to the person and to the public, it does not compare with murder, which does involve the unjustified taking of human life. Although it may be accompanied by another crime, rape, by definition, does not include the death of or even the serious injury to another person. [n13] The murderer kills; the rapist, if no more than that, does not. Life is over for the victim of the murderer; for the rape victim, life may not be nearly so happy as it was, but it is not over, and normally is not beyond repair. We have the abiding conviction that the death penalty, which "is unique in its severity and irrevocability," Gregg v. Georgia, 428 U.S. at 187, is an excessive penalty for the rapist who, as such, does not take human life."

[As if rape isn't all but physical murder, even though victims are often directly physically murdered by their rapists or indirectly physically murdered via suicide. Ok then 🙄.]

"MR. JUSTICE POWELL concluded that death is disproportionate punishment for the crime of raping an adult woman where, as here, the crime was not committed with excessive brutality and the victim [16-year-old Elnita Carter] did not sustain serious or lasting injury. P. 601"

By the way, White and Powell set the precedent for the horrid and racist conclusion in "Kennedy v. Louisiana". Also by the way, Carter was White and thus was evidence against Patrick Kennedy's argument.

"Minimal Brain Damage" & "A Touch Of OCD": aka, Some Ridiculous Statements That Mom Made This Morning

  1. "Everyone has MBD—"Minimal Brain Damage."
  2. "Everyone has a touch of OCD."
  3. "Nobody comes out with a perfect brain."
"They say..."

Who's "they", by the way? I think that I asked Mom, and she didn't tell me. Statistically, meanwhile, she can't even back up her argument:

"Prevalence Of Mental Illness

  • Approximately 1 in 5 adults in the U.S.—43.8 million, or 18.5%—experiences mental illness in a given year.
  • Approximately 1 in 25 adults in the U.S.—9.8 million, or 4.0%—experiences a serious mental illness in a given year that substantially interferes with or limits one or more major life activities.2
  • Approximately 1 in 5 youth aged 13–18 (21.4%) experiences a severe mental disorder at some point during their life. For children aged 8–15, the estimate is 13%.3
  • 1.1% of adults in the U.S. live with schizophrenia.4
  • 2.6% of adults in the U.S. live with bipolar disorder.5
  • 6.9% of adults in the U.S.—16 million—had at least one major depressive episode in the past year.6
  • 18.1% of adults in the U.S. experienced an anxiety disorder such as posttraumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and specific phobias.7
  • Among the 20.2 million adults in the U.S. who experienced a substance use disorder, 50.5%—10.2 million adults—had a co-occurring mental illness.8"

Incidentally, I think that Mom has OCD to which she won't admit—which entails a long explanation and might explain why she makes the kinds of statements that she made this morning.

Originally on LinkedIn: Re Joe "JoJo" Dixon: Plenty Of People Weren't Doing Their Jobs, And JoJo Is Likely Deceased As a Result

  1. Darren Dixon as a father didn't do his job. If he had married JoJo's mother, JoJo might still be alive and might be in an in-tact home instead of the vulnerable home in which he lived. After all, homes without good fathers are vulnerable homes.
  2. JoJo's grandparents didn't do their job. JoJo's grandmother even knew that "was concerned his mother was planning to take him out of the country'", and she did nothing about it. Why didn't she call the UK's department of child protective services?
  3. The UK and the US governments didn't do their jobs to at least give JoJo's mother a chance to turn in herself to British authorities. If for no other reason than to let her turn in herself and bring home JoJo, take a plea deal and have prosecutorial immunity, and help the UK and the US fight against Daesh, the UK and the US should've let her surrender to the UK and US governments at the either the British and American embassies in Iraq or the the British and American consulates there. "CIA officials told their UK counterparts that a US Air Force Predator killed 50-year-old Jones in June as she tried to flee the group's stronghold in Raqqa," and "[i]n July a friend described Jones as being desperate to return to the UK, but she was apparently being forced to stay by her husband's comrades."
  4. Whoever continues to call Daesh "ISIS" or "ISIL" is not doing his or her job to not recognize a terror group as a state. When countries like Egypt are calling Daesh "Da'ish" (the Arabic equivalent of the name that Daesh absolutely hates) while the UK and the US somehow think that they're being as politically correct as one can be, I have to wonder where British and American exceptionalism went, by the way.
There are also others whom didn't and don't do their jobs. For example, where was L'Oreal in noticing when their employee was acting unusually, and where are individuals and other communities making sure that other single-parent homes and fatherless children aren't as vulnerable as JoJo's home and JoJo were?

One My Age, At Least One Slightly Older, At Least One Slightly Younger, And One A Decade Younger Than My Mother: aka, the Mary Kay LeTourneaus Of Today

As someone once asked, "What is wrong with them?" Just on the Fox News website today, one can read about (among others) a 27-year-old ex teacher (whom's my age), two 29-year-old ex teachers (whom are the age which I'm going to be in two Januarys from now), a 25-year-old ex teacher (whom's as old as at least one of my cousins), and a 51-year-old ex teacher (whom's only a decade younger than my mother)!

If for no other reason, not misrepresenting my generation and the Late Baby Boomers is enough of a reason for these four women (among others) not to be raping students (all of whom should be charged with first-degree rape, since one can guarantee that authority figures like them would not have taken "No" for answers—especially given that compatriots of theirs have not taken "No" for answers, with those compatriots threatening their victims academically and in other ways).

By the way, one of the ex teachers claimed that she's in a sexless marriage in order to justify raping one of her students—and imagine how her husband feels either way, and especially if he is not withholding any marital rights for her or unable to fulfill certain marital duties due to a disability and/or another medical condition. As for her student, he could affect the prosecutor to bring first-degree attempted murder charges against her, since her rape of him effected him "to attempt suicide":

"The student allegedly told his mother and a nurse at the hospital that he loved his teacher and took the mixture of medicines to attempt suicide, Seacoast reported.
"Lamontagne told the student she hadn’t had a sexual relationship with anyone for two years. Court records reportedly indicate she is married and has children."

As for two of the other ex teachers, the 25-year-old raped two of her four victims in one given "visit" at her residence and the 51-year-old has grandchildren—for whom she clearly set a bad example!

Meanwhile, didn't these ex teachers learn lessons from the Mary Kay LeTourneau case—which ultimately ended up not going well for the soon-to-be-divorced-twice and soon-to-be-divorced-from-her-victim ex teacher? The Millennial ex teachers should've certainly learned, as they are peers of Vili Fualaau and were growing up during the time that he was being raped; and the Late Baby Boomer ex teacher should've learned how life works out for rapist teachers from her rapist peer and compatriot. To these ex teachers, though, never mind even that Millennials and Baby Boomers—let alone teachers whom are Millennials and Late Baby Boomers—generally followed the news about the Fualaau-LeTourneau case and learned from it.

Tr**p Trying To Cover His Own Trail...I Mean, Trace And Recover Ivanka's And Jared Emails

Once again, another "Can Congress remove Tr**p from office already?!" happening has occurred:

"The White House is investigating officials’ use of private email accounts to conduct government business, it has been reported.Of particular interest is a private email domain potentially used by Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, it is said....

"The White House probe could take several weeks or even months to complete as officials are searching for all emails sent or received about government business, Politico reported. "

With all due respect to Congress, how is removing Tr**p from office and having him prosecuted so hard?

A Historical Comparison By A Bat Anusim, And "Can Congress Actually Impeach A 'President'?"

No, and the continuing problem is that people are calling D*****d Tr**p "President". As a fourth-generation pogrom survivor, I can tell you that talk—e.g., about Congress removing Tr**p from officewithout action is—as the saying goes—empty words, or even words that are full of either irony, paradoxy, smooth-tongued malice, survivalism, or mystery and/or secrecy. My paternal family's words in regard to our heritage, for example, were and are full of mostly survivalism and secrecy, due to the ironic and maliciously-smooth words of the self-proclaimed Judeo-Christian United States.

They were full of survivalism and secrecy when my paternal grandfather's paternal family became Anusim and fled Lipsk for a United States that at best ended up doing relatively bupkis for especially other Jews in Russia (both in the Imperial Era and the Soviet Era, the former of which Great-Granddad Czarnecki and his parents fled). Along with Great-Granddad Czarnecki's family were other families (including other sides of my father's families), both of Anusim and of Non Anusim, whom fled Russia—not to mention Jewish families (including other families of my father) Austria Hungary and Imperial Germany, and not to mention Jewish families (including family members of my father) whom fled Post-Austrohungarian and Post-Kaiserreich states and localities—and for these Jews, the United States also did bupkis.

Where, for instance, was the United States during the pogroms and the Holocaust but for getting involved in wars and other matters only when they affected the United States directly? In one case—and probably one of the most infamous (if not the most infamous of the most infamous) ones—a president allowed Nazis into the United States, got involved in War World Two only Pearl Harbor was hit, and spurned a delegation of rabbis, even at the cost of Jewish-American civilians whom were somehow in Europe during the Holocaust in Germany. As for the Holocaust in Russia, especially after the Holodomor and Stalin's intent to implement his"Final Solution" plan, the United States also deliberately failed to get involved in that! (By the way, don't be fooled: Stalin darned well knew that Ukraine had long had a significant Jewish population, and the Russian Army surely wasn't quick to stop the Babi Yar Massacre!)

This time, especially those of us whom are descendants and/or otherwise relatives of direct pogrom and Holocaust survivors are as affected by an aspiring Neo ****** and Neo Stalin as our ancestors and/or relatives were affected in Imperial, Nazi, and Communist (including Soviet) Europe—direct pogrom and Holocaust survivors are being affected all over again. The most-significant factor in all of this is that anyone is calling D****d Tr**p the "President of the United States", and an illegitimately-elected "President" is not a "President". Meanwhile, are especially direct and indirect pogrom and Holocaust survivors not to be at least a little scared of a man whom, for example:

  1. Targeted especially Jews from the beginning? After all and for starters, according to him, "the only kind of people [whom he wanted] counting [his] money are little, short guys that wear yarmulkes every day," yet "[we weren't] going to support [him] because [he didn't] want [our] money".
  2. Has used Anti-Semitic and otherwise-bigoted revisionists like Julian Assange (a known bigot) and Vladimir Putin (a goes-without-saying bigot) to get him illegitimately elected and continue to be in the White House? Julian Assange even went as far as to deliberately decontextualize emails about pool parties and other subjects to make the bad-enough-as-is Hillary Clinton look worse than she is—and to decontextualize emails like that might be hilariously pathetic if it didn't affect a base whom was looking for an "anyone but Hillary" excuse. Putin, meanwhile, helped Tr**p with the hacking of voting machines and continues to help him try to obstruct the Russiagate investigation?
  3. Also targeted other groups from the beginning, and used proxies besides Assange and Putin—even ones whom volunteered to be proxies after the fact? Ask, for instance, a certain proxy from ReddIt
  4. Either does nothing when a person receives threat from Tr**pites (and I've received at least three) or even blames the victim of death threats (whether he directly makes those threats or blames someone whom received a threat from at least one Tr**pite? By the way, I'm—so to speak—small potatoes, at least for the most part. Reporters for media such as Politico, "GQ", and "The Atlantic" are not. Incidentally, regardless of whether someone's Jewish or gentile, that's akin to when the Nazis and Soviets were targeting those whom they assumed to be Jewish, isn't it?)?
Then the least that others (including and especially Jews who call D****d Tr**p "President") can do is stop calling D****d Tr**p "President", and Congress will finally remove an illegitimately-elected "President" from an office that he isn't supposed to have.

PS I stated "Communist (including Soviet) Europe" because I had forgotten that Yugoslavia under Iosip Tito was independent of Soviet Russia. Post-Austrohungarian states such as Czechoslovakia (1968-1991) and Hungary (1956-1991, after the failed resistance against the Soviets), and localities in Poland (July 5, 1945-December 25, 1991—at Augustów—or thereabouts—if July 5, 1945 did not seal Poland's fate) were not.

Guest Post By Rachel Wheeler: Immigration Court Trends for the USA in 2016

(Note: In light of the issues surrounding DACA and the travel ban, this post—which Rachel Wheeler wrote on July 20, 2017—is very significant and timely. Although Rachel wrote the post regarding 2016 immigration trends, the 2016 immigration trends and the then-to-be-affected 2017 immigration trends played a key role in the 2016 Election.

(Of course, the legitimacy of the 2016 Election results is another discussion—and I've made clear my positions regarding the 2016 Election results, DACA and the travel ban, and other matters regarding the fallout of the 2016 Election.)

Immigration Court Trends for the USA in 2016

Each year the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) publishes a statistical year-end review on immigration court matters. Released last month, the FY 2016 Yearbook highlights several significant trends that appeared over the past 12 months.
An Increase in Matters Received
Last year, 14% more matters were received by the Immigration Courts compared to 2015. ‘Matters received’ covers a range of violations and applications pertaining to immigration law: Bonds that require payment, formal requests from deportation, and motions to reopen, reconsider, or re-calendar various applications and appeals.
More than 200,000 Matters Completed
A 4% increase in matters completed shows that the courts are effectively handling the matters presented to them. It also proves that they are processing at a faster rate than the previous year. Of all matters received, those completed fell into four main categories:

Granted some form of relief – This pertains to an immigration judge’s decision to grant relief or protection from removal to an immigrant otherwise vulnerable to forced expulsion. Roughly 17,000 individuals received such grants throughout 2016 and therefore are able to remain in the USA.

Order of deportation – After the decision to expel an immigrant has been passed, the DHS becomes responsible for their physical removal. Deportation cases generally arise when the Immigration Naturalization Service (INS) finds the country was entered illegally, or alternately entered legally yet in violation of one or more visa terms. Over 96,000 deportation and removal decisions were made last year.

Terminated Cases – Terminated cases arise for a variety of reasons. Often, they occur if the immigration judge finds that the DHS is lacking evidence for the removal of an immigrant. As a result, the decision to terminate a case is made. More than 23,000 cases were terminated by immigration judges in 2016.

Officially Closed Matters – This remaining category covers Administrative Closure of immigration cases, Failures to Prosecute, Other Administrative Completions, and Temporary Protected Statuses. The total of these occurrences in 2016 came to slightly over 48,500 cases.
Skilled Workers Choose the United States

Interestingly, inventors chose the United States as their priority destination over all other first world nations between 2000 and 2010. Recent research shows that 190,000 migrants holding global patents for a wide range of products moved to the USA. In the same period, only 10,000 brought their futures (and inventions) elsewhere.

Furthermore, 47% of the increase in the United States workforce in the past decade can be attributed to immigrants. 22% of healthcare and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) occupations were taken up by immigrants. This proves a strong tendency for people to move to the United States not only to pursue the ‘American Dream’, but also to further their career in skilled areas. In doing so, they also strengthen the domestic economy.
The Language of Immigration

Of all the completed matters presented in immigration courts in 2016, 91% came from just five of the 258 languages spoken in these courts. The highest of these was Spanish, accounting for 76% of all completions, followed by English (10%), Mandarin (4%), Punjabi (1%) and Arabic (0.6%).

Recent trends in both general immigration figures from the EOIR and Migration Policy Debate papers show the importance of the immigration vetting process. Additionally, they attest to the need for professional translation services for immigration courts and patent processing.

With All Due Respect To Rabbis Hier and Cooper...

Do they not get that, for instance:

  1. Nobody is making the comparison of Tr**p to ****** in any "casual" way?
  2. Tr**p has gone out of his way to express disdain and contempt for those for whom the Nazis also expressed disdain and contempt—among whom are Jews (including myself and Rabbis Hier and Cooper), those (including myself) whom have disabilities (including pre-exisiting conditions), and LGBTQ people (despite that, e.g., one's military service has nothing to do with whether one thinks of and/or attempts to make himself or herself to be of the opposite gender?)?
  3. Tr**p has garnered the support of those such as racist and xenophobic Joe Arpaio?
  4. Holocaust survivors—including immediate/First-Generation Holocaust survivors such as Eva Schloss—have spoken out and continue to speak out against Tr**p?
  5. Pogrom survivors—including Fourth-Generations one like myself—speak out against Tr**p? Even more so, a Second-Generation Pogrom Survivor whose been threatened by Tr**pites once tweeted the following:

In conclusion, then, Rabbis Hier and Cooper need to understand that nothing "casual" or otherwise flippant or unfair exists in comparing Tr**p to ******.

No Wonder Nixon Admired Tr**p

With Tr**p basically being Nixon's—among others'—prodigy, Tr**p has more than acted like Nixon himself at the very least—and ****** and Stalin at most (In fact, Tr**p would probably be a reincarnation of ****** were reincarnation real—keep in mind that Tr**p was born in 1946 and Stalin died in 1953.).

Generously comparing Tr**p to Nixon, I can point out—or, since the media and others have pointed it out, I don't even need to point out—that, for example:

  1. Tr**p has tried to circumvent the law and lie about it—"There was no collusion with Russia," similarly to "I am not a crook."
  2. Tr**p has attempted to make everyone whom calls him out his enemy—by the way, Robbie Wilson (@RobbieWilson45 on Twitter) recently confirmed that I and other Never Trumpers are on a hit list—and Nixon had his own hit list, whom those such as Brit "Eggnog" Hume had a place. (See the tweet below. I blocked Robbie Wilson on Twitter, by the way.)
  3. Tr**p has tried to keep tapes secret, just as Nixon did.
  4. Tr**p is Anti Semitic, just as Nixon was—and no wonder my grandfather hated him!—and both Tr**p and Nixon tried to get away with tax fraud—as my grandfather and two other IRS Agents could've told you (Pop-Pop died 40 years later, by the way.).
  5. Tr**p favors China for his purposes, as Nixon favored China for his own purposes.
  6. Tr**p wants to destroy the U.S. economy, as did Nixon—whom took the U.S. off of the Gold Standard.
  7. Tr**p has refused to resign, just as Nixon tried to hold out and not resign until the end. At least Nixon resigned, though.
In conclusion, then, I am very generously comparing Tr**p to one of his mentors and inspirations, Richard Nixon, instead of his inspirations ****** and Stalin.

The Good, The Bad, And The Kevin Myerses And Reverend Kellys

Eerily enough, we were just talking about my dad's childhood Irish-American priest and his Anti Semitism. Sadly, there is a lot of Anti Semitism within quite a few pockets of some Irish Catholic circles....and you know what? Maybe that's another part of why his father's parents did not want his uncle marrying an Irish-American woman.

(By the way, I've done a lot of family and other research as well as lived quite a life for being 27 years old: I can thus deduct, read between the lines, and otherwise have ways to figure out what I'm not exactly or at all being told.)

Long story short, Dad's from a family of Anusim Ashkenazim and B'nei Anusim Ashkenazim, and Pop-Pop's parents themselves were sort of intermarried: Great-Grandma believed in Jesus (and Great-Great-Grandma was not thrilled about this, as I deducted); and Great-Granddad did not (To him, shidduch shmidduch in any case, though: he wasn't in the Old Country, anyway.). Both of them, however, were not happy when Granduncle Tony wanted to marry a daughter of one of the Sugar Notch Lenahans (Her mother was the Lenahan.): "She's Irish!"

Pop-Pop himself married a daughter of a Rusnak whose father was somehow a relative of Yehoshua Rusnak (though I'm not sure that Grandma knew this at the time). Not that the family prominences figured into the marriage decisions, anyway; and even if they had, Great-Granddad had prominent-enough family himself, anyway, thanks (His cousin Katherine, e.g., married a Chokola; and long story short, the Chokolas are somehow Jewish). The point was that a Jew was a Jew, irrespective of belief; an Irisher was a Irisher, and you could bet that he or she grew up Catholic.

As if my great-grandparents were prescient about things that would turn out in the most-ironic way possible, it actually ended up going well for Granduncle Tony and (sadly) his widow (He died just after her 70th birthday and after they'd been married for 46 years.), and Pop-Pop got stuck with a certain Reverend Kelly as his family's pastor when he moved his family down to Glen Burnie and attended The Good Shepherd: he himself would fall asleep in the back of the church while everyone else attended services.

Only later, meanwhile, did I figure out that Reverend Kelly had a clear Anti-Semitic bias against us: according to my mother, whom is herself mostly from Irish-Catholic stock, my sister and I actually held out our hands correctly for Catholics—and not Episcopalian wise—after all when we attended a Christmas service at the Good Shepherd, including with begrudging Dad (and that Dad had to deal with Father Kelly helps one to understand why he turned out how he turned out—you deal with people in authority whom want to think that they know better than even God Himself, you might also turn out how Dad turned out. By the way, some are skeptical that Reverend Kelly was solely at fault—one good thing about attending what's now NDMU is that I know how many Roman Catholic teachers, laymen and clergy alike, think that they know better than God and try to teach their students to be robots instead of students).
Had I known that we're Jewish back then and that we did hold out our hands correctly after all, I would have realized that the same pastor whom hated my dad as his student back then picked on his now-grown former student's Jewish-looking children—as I've found out, we couldn't pass back then or now even if nobody would say anything—and years later, I am not surprised.

At least I (can be at least fairly certain that I) know that Reverend Kelly will have to (if he hasn't already had to) face a Jewish Jesus someday, and hearing "I never knew you!" will be (or was) painful: after all, as Corrie ten Boom stated, "You can't love God without loving the Jewish people," and she was paraphrasing the Paul of Tarsus whom reminded the gentiles at Rome that gentiles are grafted-in branches of the Tree of Life and Jews are the regrafted-in branches.

Update: After doing some quick Googling:

  1. Reverend Kelly is out of The Good Shepherd. God hath given each according to his or her works, I see. Nonetheless, he his sycophants
  2. I see nothing to indicate that he's died. Since he's still alive, then, he has had some time to reflect on what he's done throughout his life.

Why I Won't Change The Name Of My Blog

  1. If I change the name of my blog, I'm engaging in an ex-post-facto action. Besides, keeping "The Nicole Factor" isn't like—for example and perhaps using an extreme example—if people were to name their children certain names nowadays or, in some cases, keep names that they had prior to certain events. Incidentally, to see that some parents did name and have named their children names such as "_____o" is incredibly disappointing; and I cringe when I see people with that name on Facebook.
  2. I thought that those allegations were hit jobs against Bill O'Reilly.
  3. I've called for the overturning of "Coker v. Georgia" (1977) and "Kennedy v. Louisiana", pointed out that "sexual assault" is really sexual battery—I've also not shied away from the sad reality that I'm somehow related to Natalie Wood's rapist and Jean Spangler's murderer, and I've talked about how rape did not escape our side of the family: in fact, I was surprised that rape seemed to escape our family and should not have been surprised when I found out that one of Great-Granddad Czarnecki's second cousins was involved in a gang rape (Somehow, the Chernetskis and Daniloviches are related in more ways than one, and both have roots that go back to Chavusy; and every single generation has had to live with whatever started with some Danilovich.).
Point being, then, I'm not going to change the name of "The Nicole Factor" just because the now-ex host of "The O'Reilly Factor" became the worst factor in his and others' lives, since I had nothing to do with what Bill O'Reilly did and I've spoken out against sexual exploitation (including that of the would've-probably-been-raped-anyway Jean Spangler) even within my own family history (and since Natalie Wood's rapist murdered Jean Spangler after she exposed their affair via a note to him, he would've raped Jean Spangler and any other women whom'd've said "No"—that's sadly a pattern among Daniloviches whom continue the family dynamics on any side, sexual and non-sexual dynamics alike.).

Future Article: "Pioneering Infinity Pool Not So Infinite After All: Glass Break, Water Spill Bring Pool's End And Infinite Costs, Including Fatalities"

Patrons of the Sky Pool at Houston's Market Square Tower died when the pool's plexiglass floor could not hold steadily, despite its thickness of eight inches. Investigators say that at least two patrons were horseplaying, somehow causing the floor to break—and they were among those whom fell to their deaths from 42 floors above the Market Square Tower entrance and 10 feet into Houston.

On condition of anonymity, a Houston Police Department official and one of the HPD's contacts at the Houston's Coroner's Office stated the following:

"We know that none of the swimmers survived—and you'd have to imagine that they wouldn't have survived, given that they fell from half-a-thousand feet and away from anything onto which they could've grabbed, used to break their falls, or what have. They also fell from 42 floors which make up 40 stories of the Market Square Tower—so, they fell from a height of 10.5 floors per story—no way were they going to survive that, even if the pool had been just on the first story."

As for other decedents, they had this to say:

"We are investigating to see whether anyone fell from the balcony itself—if, for example, anyone was hanging on to one of the pool walls, walking over to the pool to see what was happening, or even about to get into the pool—and either fell with the pool or fell when it was longer joined the balcony."

They also talked about whether anyone died on the ground below:

"We haven't heard, though we're looking into that—as glass and water rained down, and some glass and water rained down together as if rain and ice rained down during a winter storm, we have to see whether anyone was even just hurt as a result of anything such as an instant rush of glass and water falling on them. At a rate of 10.5 floors per story, though, the fall speed would've made likely that nobody who was hit by any glass or water would've survived—especially with so much glass and water rushing."

They additionally noted, "Some of the decedents may have died by drowning as they were falling, as if they were being rushed away in a current or down a waterfall."

The Houston Housing Authority and Houston Permitting Center, meanwhile, are looking into whether the Market Square Tower builders, maintenance personnel, and owners violated any structural-integrity or other building-code ordinances, thus causing the pool to be unsafe and unable to hold up from 10 feet out into

The Houston DA's Office will run its own investigation and will work with the police department, Housing Authority, Permitting Center, and possibly even the mayor's office and Texas gubernatorial staff.

In the meantime, the mayor's office and the governor's office have been notified, and the release of the names of the decedents is pending confirmation of their identities and notification of their deaths to their loved ones—and the impending release hinges especially on, per a rumor that is going around in Austin circles, whether one of the decedents is a loved one of the governor.

"Accident[al]" "Kill" Lists, Etc.: The Trumpian Paradigm

Threatening to leave NATO, murder journalists and silence other journalists whom cover Russiagate, and otherwise destroy republicanism in the U.S.—as well as republicanism and democracy elsewhere—means one thing: the Trump Dictatorship has escalated its Bowling Green Massacre, as if bowling over our stomachs and making us biliously green by attempting to massacre freedom and liberty everywhere wasn't enough.

Also increasing, of course, is attempted and actual mental, emotional, and other non-physical murderousness of the cyberbullying and offline-bullying Trumpites continue to target professionals and even laypeople like me (though I'm an aspiring professional, might I add, and they're seeking to destroy me and others whom are aspiring professionals—especially if we're Jews). That murderous cyberbullying and offline bullying includes ramped-up racism, xenophobia, ableism, sexism, and Anti Semitism (a special kind of racism) and Muslimophobia (and as I've said before, notice that I didn't say "Islamophobia"—contrary to what Trumpites, including narcissistic Trump, and others say, most Muslims (at least in the Western and Westernized world) do not follow the Islam of Mohammed, an Arabian equivalent to White supremacist Trump—after all, Mohammed proselytized to especially Jews and Christians (including Jewish Christians) by sharing his faith unsolicitedly and even after other people asked him to stop sharing it with them, taxing them, or murdering them—and think about whom Trump targets and uses frequently.

The Trumpian Paradigm, then, is this (or at least this): a syncretic paradigm that borrows from the paradigms of Nazism, Sovietism, and Medinan-Meccan Islam—by the way, Mohammed had no patience with or tolerance those with whom he considered heretics and apostates, since freedom of conscience and religion were anathema to Mohammed.

Most Of My Commentary Will Have To Be On Twitter, My Blog, &c..

A couple of reasons for this are:

  1. YouTube's continued kiboshing of webcam-upload technology.
  2. Cerebral Palsy and mental illnesses—part of the reason that YouTube's kiboshing of webcam-upload technology is abysmally detrimental to me (and others with disabilities)—don't allow me to have the wherewithal—physically, mentally, or otherwise—to be able to write, type, hold a camera, etc. 17-15/7. There are even days on which I can't write about Reilly of late.
  3. I'm working on becoming an author and I have other things to do as well—I don't have the luxury to write, type, etc.. at least 8/7.
Thus, most of my commentary will have to be on Twitter, Blogger, etc. to save me strength energy, time.
