Is Fox News Getting The Courage To Confront ***** And Take Back Control Of Itself?

My response to the following tweet would have been an RT and a thread that followed it, though I figured it would fit better as a commentary than a Twitter thread.

Fox News actually did? Now, if only Lachlan Murdoch would finally get the ko'ach to tell Trump, "You don't run Fox News. The news is the news, not your propaganda medium. Fox News reports the news; and by the way, as even you acknowledge isn't 'fake news', "You're under investigation by Special Counselor Mueller. I have asked, then, that every reporter (including every anchor), commentator, and analyst at Fox and every other News Corp journalism organization cooperate with Special Counselor Mueller's probe; and "I will be testifying in the probe and requesting that those such as Sean Hannity be brought forth as witnesses to testify."

So, to summarize today's ad action: @CNN, @NBC, @FoxNews and @Facebook have all rejected an ad by the *President of the United States* because they consider it racist. Amazing.

PS Didn't I tell you that many at Fox News are afraid of ***** and the *****ites there? If you didn't believe me (and, I'm sure, others whom had noted that), you should believe Gabriel Sherman (and I was asking that "Didn't I tell you?" question as I was reading his recent article.

(I will say, though, that I was surprised that even Roger Ailes of all people was a #NeverTrump type, and he was cut from the same cloth as ***** in many respects

(PPS I wish that I could censor *****'s name in the "Never *****" hashtag.).

The Next Hurdle For Congress To Clear Before The Government Reopens—And It's Still Their Fault If It Doesn't Reopen—And Then Some Related Observations

Because Congress has not voted to remove ***** from office, they and the rest of the United States are stuck with a Non POTUS whom illegitimately remains in office and has veto power that he should not have. Thus, the Non-#SchumerShutdown Shutdown, which even Fox News conceded that the shutdown is,  may not end tonight or tomorrow.

By the way, and with much of the following being what I've stated before:

1. I was going to use the other hashtag to describe the shutdown, though you're not going to get me to write or type out that man's name unless I absolutely have to do so (and I deleted the other hashtag after I decided that I was not going to type a certain name out). I therefore ended up using "Non-#SchumerShutdown". 
2. Twitter needs hashtags in which one can censor another person's name—e.g., "#*****Shutdown"
3. I'm pretty sure that calling the shutdown the "Schumer Shutdown" has an Anti-Semitic undercurrent. 
4. To see the  *****ite elements still dominate Fox News saddens me. When are Non *****ites at Fox News going to stand up to *****ite elements and at least say to the ones whom dread Clinton more than fear God, "Oh, for God's sake, look at yourselves—you're like Pavlov's dog, except for that you freak out every time someone says 'Clinton'!" Of course, *****ite elements such as the ones who dread Clinton more than fear God have willingly self conditioned—or "self Pavloved"(?) or "Pavloved themselves"(?).

 (Incidentally, I would sadly be unsurprised if I did not coin those terms—I found out that I didn't coin "PWD". At least I can thank Urban Dictionary for publishing my definition, not to mention God for letting me recall that awesome Michael Steele tweet in which he gave Mitch McConnell a taste of his own medicine—and you'll see why when you see the end phrase in the example! PS I did not bracket any of the words in the example—Urban Dictionary did.).

Why I Won't Change The Name Of My Blog

1. If I change the name of my blog, I'm engaging in an ex-post-facto action. Besides, keeping "The Nicole Factor" isn't like—for example and perhaps using an extreme example—if people were to name their children certain names nowadays or, in some cases, keep names that they had prior to certain events. Incidentally, to see that some parents did name and have named their children names such as "_____o" is incredibly disappointing; and I cringe when I see people with that name on Facebook.
2. I thought that those allegations were hit jobs against Bill O'Reilly.
3. I've called for the overturning of "Coker v. Georgia" (1977) and "Kennedy v. Louisiana", pointed out that "sexual assault" is really sexual battery—I've also not shied away from the sad reality that I'm somehow related to Natalie Wood's rapist and Jean Spangler's murderer, and I've talked about how rape did not escape our side of the family: in fact, I was surprised that rape seemed to escape our family and should not have been surprised when I found out that one of Great-Granddad Czarnecki's second cousins was involved in a gang rape (Somehow, the Chernetskis and Daniloviches are related in more ways than one, and both have roots that go back to Chavusy; and every single generation has had to live with whatever started with some Danilovich.).

Point being, then, I'm not going to change the name of "The Nicole Factor" just because the now-ex host of "The O'Reilly Factor" became the worst factor in his and others' lives, since I had nothing to do with what Bill O'Reilly did and I've spoken out against sexual exploitation (including that of the would've-probably-been-raped-anyway Jean Spangler) even within my own family history (and since Natalie Wood's rapist murdered Jean Spangler after she exposed their affair via a note to him, he would've raped Jean Spangler and any other women whom'd've said "No"—that's sadly a pattern among Daniloviches whom continue the family dynamics on any side, sexual and non-sexual dynamics alike.).

Let's face that Roger Ailes sexually harassed Gretchen Carlson, and even an intellectually-honest layperson—including an intellectually-honest aspiring professional—can see that—and at least aspiring professionals can learn from this tragedy while they look to enter the workforce, which may sadly hold incidents of harassment in their futures.

Everyone needs to note, for example, that:

1. Gretchen Carlson filed the lawsuit after she was terminated, and she finally felt free to speak up.
2. Roger Ailes has not pressed criminal-libel and fraud charges. He, however, did try to get the case moved from a New Jersey state court—neutral territory—to federal court—and he, having worked for Richard Nixon, has connections in the federal government.
3. Given that Gretchen Carlson wrote those notes asking for more airtime, one can bet that her contract was breached against her multiple times—e.g., that she was not getting the airtime that her contract stipulated.
4. One can also bet that praise for Ailes that she wrote in her 2015 book was blackmailed out of her.
5. Not only has Gretchen Carlson reached a point—so have six colleagues whom spoke to "The Blaze", with two publicly identifying themselves.
6. Only three ex colleagues have vocally spoken in favor of Roger Ailes and against Gretchen Carlson.
7. One has to now wonder why Alisyn Camerota really left Fox News—what did "more opportunity" really mean?

The victim shaming that Gretchen Carlson has endured, by the way, goes to prove that sexual harassment and other abuse against women is indeed still rampant in the workplace, and inexcusably rampant. In other words, is abuse against women in the workplace excusable since "it happens all the time"?

Good luck to the likes of Roger Ailes, though—Roger Ailes and his ilk will need luck when their careers are ended because of their mistreatments of women and their subsequent inabilities to recruit women as employees.

Please note that I made unequivocally and absolutely clear, "I'm a fan of Geraldo. I'm just seeing that Geraldo's glory days could possibly be coming to a sad end. He will be 71 on July 4th, though; and his dad did sadly die at the age of 72 on Thanksgiving Day of 1987. So, Geraldo could be slowing down professionally in (God forbid) his final years. Also, he did eerily say that he has four more years left in him professionally speaking a while back."

Please especially take careful notes of the phrase "I'm a fan", "sad end", "sadly", "God forbid", and "eerily". I also did not vote on the poll myself. I hope that Geraldo lives to be 120 years old and has 50 more professional years, and even makes a comeback that I would envy—e.g., 504 "likes" on a picture during the Superbowl is good enough; and imagine how many likes he'd get if he made a full comeback!

One voter (not to mention that my sister has) even asked (as my sister has several times), "Who gives a crap?" (As my sister has asked it, "Who cares?") My response is, "I cares." or "I care. Aren't I somebody?" or "I care. Am I a nobody?" Besides, as one person stated on Geraldo's photo, "Geraldo, you deserve major cheers for the reporting you did on Willowbrook and the mistreatment of the mentally challenged. That's what I always will remember you for."

As I've said myself (even though Mom and Michelle try to convince me of otherwise), Geraldo kept me out of Willowbrook—I would've been in there for having Cerebral Palsy alone. The OCD/Anxiety, Depression, and ADD would've just been the proverbial icing on the proverbial cake of excuses for someone who would've wanted to put me in Willowbrook (e.g., Dad or Pop-Pop, and they would have made sure that the divorce-case judge ordered Mom to do that or give custody to Dad so that he could do that).

So, at risk of getting into trouble and incurring disfavor, I ask whether you think that Geraldo Rivera will (in my opinion, sadly) retire this year.

I See That...

Mr. Covel's true colors are finally showing. Someone stated, "The establishment is against bringing in guns, yet the great Toby Keith is quoted in promoting concealed carry. I guess whatever sounds good with the people is what he is after." Toby Keith is definitely a "for me, but not for thee" kind of guy.

When I saw the article, I could not help but jump in to comment on his restaurant's Facebook page. I had it with him and his daughter making trouble for me (and she's probably still pretending to be different people doing different searches and/or directly frequenting my blog. I have 28 pages worth of her having done that from October 20-November 17, 2013—and in a 29-page document of evidence against her. At the end of the document, I just wrote, "Collection of evidence concluded on November 17, 2013—decision made November 19, 2013 at 10:07:09 PM. Endless pages would be in document if continuation of evidence collection occurred—the attempts at intimidation from Mrs. Sandubrae are ongoing on an almost-daily or even a daily basis."

(Meanwhile, UMPG Publishing is still holding a claim against my fair-use cover of "Should've Been a Cowboy.").

I can at least see that not only does "he probably [get] this all around [N]orman"—the hometown of his which he bought or something, since "he owns most of [it]"—but also that he "gets this" everywhere else. Indeed, Mr. Covel, what comes around goes around—as the converse to the old saying goes—, and it is going around. "He who sows iniquity will reap sorrow, [a]nd the rod of his anger will fail." (Proverbs 22:8) Whatever Mr. Covel's upset at God and/or others about, he's sure not helping himself with what he's doing about it in his anger. "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap." (Galatians 6:7)

President Barack Obama And His Executive Mandate: Is He Fulfilling The Tenets Of It? (Originally For Class)

So, is President Barack Obama fulfilling the tenets of his execute mandate—in this case, his mandate to be the United States head of state and head of government? The unabashed and clear answer is “No.” Even today, headlines such as “Second wave of health plan cancellations looms”[1] and “White House braces for doctor dump”[2] make clear that he cannot fulfill his self-proclaimed mandates regarding the Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”). Along with that come headlines such as “How low can it go? ObamaCare poll numbers drop—again”[3].

The headlines unpartisanly make clear that the popular-vote and electoral-vote winner of the 2012 Presidential Election and the then-incumbent President of the United States. Per the CBS-taken poll that was cited in “How low”, “While Republicans are united in their opposition to the health care law, the latest numbers reflect new skepticism among Democrats and independents.” The poll further reflects, “Obama has been facing criticism from his own party for both the failures of HealthCare.gov as well as cancellation notices that have gone out to those on the individual market whose policies did not make the cut under ObamaCare's new standards. The president last week gave insurance companies a one-year extension, allowing them to re-offer those out-of-compliance plans.”

What, then, is President Obama’s mandate? Obviously, it is to be an effective head of state and government, and chief executive who can win and keep the hearts and minds of his constituents and fellow public servants. According to Ansolabehere et. al., “Government touches the life of the ordinary citizen most directly in his or her interactions with bureaucratic agents-at the Department of Motor Vehicles when obtaining a driver's license; in filing one's income tax return with the Internal Revenue Service; at the recruiting center when enlisting in one of the armed services; at the Board of Elections when registering to vote.”[4] Furthermore, “The

bureaucracy is the administrative heart and soul of government. It is where the rubber meets the road-where the policies formulated, refined, and passed into law by elected officials are interpreted, implemented, and ultimately delivered to a nation's citizens. ”[5]

            With ObamaCare, President Obama clearly has not “ultimately delivered [his policy] to [his] nation [read: state]'s citizens”. Despite that Obamacare was indeed “formulated, refined, and passed into law by elected officials[;] interpreted, [and] implemented [to take full effect in 2014]”, it was immediately and has further become controversial and scandalous legislation. Therefore, the ObamaCare scandal (“ObamaGate”? “CareGate”? “Health-Care Gate”?) alone shows that Obama is not fulfilling his mandate as the chief United States state and government executive.

            This to say nothing of IRSGate, which involved the IRS that is supposed to “[touch] the life of the ordinary citizen most directly in his or her interactions with bureaucratic agents-at the [IRS when he or she files his or her] income tax return with [them]”. Instead, with President Obama’s allowance and/or command, the IRS busied themselves witchhunting non-Far-Left individuals and being the inquisitors regarding potential and established non-Far-Left 501(c)3s and 501(c)4s, and other non-Far-Left organizations that must be established or maintained with IRS permission or approval.

            This also says nothing of what happens “at the Department of Motor Vehicles when [one is] obtaining a driver's license [or attempting to do so]”. For one who follows the news, he or she may know that President Obama and Governor Martin O’Malley of Maryland are ideologically and partisanly aligned—since both are Far-Left Democrats. If President Obama is influenced by Governor O’Malley—who made sure that “Maryland became the 13th state to either issue or announce it will soon be issuing driver's licenses for undocumented immigrants”[6] —he may get ideas—and scary ideas. After all, he made RomneyCare’s core concept a national concept when he took it from a Massachusetts-state one—to give all citizens who were residing in the certain territory and could or did not have private insurance government-funded healthcare. He made take the ideas of Maryland, “Connecticut, Utah, California, North Carolina, Illinois, Oregon, Colorado, Rhode Island, Nevada, Washington State, Washington D.C., New Mexico and Vermont”[7], and make them a national idea—and without putting citizens and legal immigrants first.

            In conclusion, President Obama is failing miserably at fulfilling his mandate to be the United States head of state, head of government, and chief executive—even to the point at which he has gravely upset his constituents. “Now we are seeing the President's poll numbers plummet. His approval rating of 39% is evidence that Americans have turned sour on him. For a very long time, even when voters did not agree with his policies, his personal likeability remained strong. They viewed him apart from his policies; that is no longer the case. Now, Americans are not liking his policies and they are not liking him very much either.”[8]

What did Guy Adams do? He simply expressed the sentiment of millions of Americans and others, including Brits like himself:

Angry Olympic fans used the hashtag "nbcfail'' and even set up at least one parody account poking fun at the TV wait.

The network is streaming the events online, but that clearly isn't enough for some viewers who shelled out thousands of dollars for big-screen TVs and want their live coverage.

"If this Gary Zenkel doesn't want to hear from the many tens of thousands of customers he upset with his network's coverage, I think he's in the wrong job,'' Adams said in a telephone interview with The Associated Press.

When Twitter receives a complaint like the one against Adams, its support team does its own investigation before deciding whether to suspend the account.

Adams said he found Zenkel's email with a simple online search, but said he didn't grab it from an NBC website.

"His address is not a private email address,'' Adams said. "It's a corporate address. It's not his private email address. It's a corporate account. It's company information.''

I'm not watching the Olympics, anyway; and the only worth-it person this year on NBC at the Olympics is Bob Costas. Now I have one more reason not to give Anti-Semitic NBC any ratings: they're whiny. "If this Gary Zenkel doesn't want to hear from the many tens of thousands of customers he upset with his network's coverage, I think he's in the wrong job." 

By the way, unlike NBC, Fox News lets one contact them; and even the Fox News spouses who are public figures get involved--even if one doesn't like how they get involved. To be fair, for example, to Geraldo Rivera's wife, she did get involved when I had some complaints about her influence on Geraldo and her befriending Traci Lynn Johnson (Traci Lynn Barber by now, I suppose). She at least took my complaints seriously enough, even if she didn't find them legitimate, to respond to them. Furthermore, to be fair, she did--as I stated--influence a change a heart in me.


Back to the point, Twitter made the wrong call and gave an Anti-Semitic (with the exception of Bob Costas) and whiny network too much credence or kavod, or whatever you want to call it. Twitter, therefore, should give Guy Adams his Twitter account back (and so be if this blog entry gets me suspended from Twitter; I wouldn't support the Anti-Semitic NBC, who could've easily boycotted the IOC for refusing to remember the murder victims in Munich, anyway. Why Twitter did, I'll never know.).


Meanwhile and while I'm obviously calling for a boycott of all of NBC but for Bob Costas, I want to give one more plug to open and Philosemitic Fox News--and a shout-out for a happy seventh birthday to Sol Rivera (Geraldo's and Erica's daughter) and a happy ninth anniversary to Geraldo and Erica (Make this one last, Geraldo!).

When Twitter receives a complaint like the one against Adams, its support team does its own investigation before deciding whether to suspend the account.

Adams said he found Zenkel's email with a simple online search, but said he didn't grab it from an NBC website.

"His address is not a private email address,'' Adams said. "It's a corporate address. It's not his private email address. It's a corporate account. It's company information.''

I'm not watching the Olympics, anyway; and the only worth-it person this year on NBC at the Olympics is Bob Costas. Now I have one more reason not to give Anti-Semitic NBC any ratings: they're whiny. "If this Gary Zenkel doesn't want to hear from the many tens of thousands of customers he upset with his network's coverage, I think he's in the wrong job." 

By the way, unlike NBC, Fox News lets one contact them; and even the Fox News spouses who are public figures get involved--even if one doesn't like how they get involved. To be fair, for example, to Geraldo Rivera's wife, she did get involved when I had some complaints about her influence on Geraldo and her befriending Traci Lynn Johnson (Traci Lynn Barber by now, I suppose). She at least took my complaints seriously enough, even if she didn't find them legitimate, to respond to them. Furthermore, to be fair, she did--as I stated--influence a change a heart in me.


Back to the point, Twitter made the wrong call and gave an Anti-Semitic (with the exception of Bob Costas) and whiny network too much credence or kavod, or whatever you want to call it. Twitter, therefore, should give Guy Adams his Twitter account back (and so be if this blog entry gets me suspended from Twitter; I wouldn't support the Anti-Semitic NBC, who could've easily boycotted the IOC for refusing to remember the murder victims in Munich, anyway. Why Twitter did, I'll never know.). 


Meanwhile and while I'm obviously calling for a boycott of all of NBC but for Bob Costas, I want to give one more plug to open and Philosemitic Fox News--and a shout-out for a happy seventh birthday to Sol Rivera (Geraldo's and Erica's daughter) and a happy ninth anniversary to Geraldo and Erica (Make this one last, Geraldo!).

What Nudniks the Martin Family Are!

I read this article--how disgusting of the Martins!

Martin's mother and father watched the interview and appeared on "Fox & Friends" Thursday morning. His mother and father both said Zimmerman's apology appeared insincere and were troubled that the man accused of killing their son considered it all "God’s plan."

"I don't understand what he was thinking by saying it was God's plan that he murdered our child," Tracy Martin, the teen’s father said. "I really don’t understand what God he worships because it’s not the same God that I worship."

Sabrina Fulton, Martin’s mother, also appeared angered by the comment.

"Why would God have him kill an unarmed teenager?" she asked. "It makes no sense."

How can the Martins live with themselves--twisting what a man meant? Sabrina, you're right, by the way: you worship a way different G-d than George Zimmerman worships. Your G-d is probably who you and your race-baiting buddies call "Yashahrali" or whatever you call him. George Zimmerman's, my, and quite a few others' G-d had George Zimmerman save his own life from your pothead, nudnik son who didn't have the decency or common courtesy to identify himself to and ask for directions from George Zimmerman when he was wandering around the neighborhood during a rainstorm, and with the neighborhood being one that wasn't his normal residence--if you're lost, you ask for directions and identify yourself if need be. 

My Take On the George Zimmerman Case...

So we know and/or can infer from the "Hannity" interview (and other reports) that, among a plethora of other things:

1. Trayvon Martin was indeed on top of and beating up George Zimmerman.
2. George Zimmerman's lie detector and other tests indicated "No Deception Indicated".
3. Witness #9 claimed both racism and molestation.
4. Trayvon Martin, again being on top of George Zimmerman, was reaching for his belt. So, he was either going to beat George with his own belt or even rape him (and criminals, perhaps especially if and when they're drugged--e.g., on pot--will do things like that. Remember the pothead who stripped himself and ate the homeless man's face off?).
5. Trayvon, at 17, was out shopping alone in the first place (and didn't ask his dad or his dad's girlfriend, or someone else with a car to take him); would not even ask George Zimmerman for directions or even take his hood off for a minute to identify himself, and tried to pick a fight with George Zimmerman.
6. George Zimmerman was going to Target when he noticed Trayvon.
7. Trayvon was reasonably profiled among other Black men, and among White and Hispanic men--many of whom had been involved in (as I believe that George Zimmerman himself stated) "a string of burglaries".
8. George Zimmerman once helped, among the kids whom he tutored, a homeless Non-White man.
9. Trayvon Martin was suspended from school and (as I implicity brought up before) a pothead.
10. George Zimmerman didn't mean to follow Trayvon Martin--he was going in the same direction to get to his own house or the neighborhood club to meet the police.

In conclusion, the racist Martin Family and Benjamin Crump, "Reverend" Al Sharpton, the NAACP, and others have a hard, long look to take at the troublemaking 17-year-old that their beloved Trayvon Martin was.
