 This card was planned before the events on that particular Día de Los Tres Reyes, and "Momma" has consistently been a #NeverTrump Republican--even going so far as to explain to Reilly that Donald Trump is "a mean old man", "not nice", etc. To not let what happened on that certain day ruin everything, "Momma" is posting the card.

"Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" personally thinks that Tucker the Golden Retriever just actually wanted to see the baby and say "Hi" to him or her, just like when Reilly and Camille get (though especially Reilly) gets excited when she hears any human sounds (e.g., voices, footsteps). To be fair, nonetheless, Tucker's owners know Tucker better than she does (and she doesn't even know him at all, and they'll still know him better even if she did).

1. So "Momma" and Reilly ended up not going to Tail Lights after all, and not by their choice—after all, "Momma" wanted, e.g., to have Reilly enjoy herself and see some of her friends there while her human family who would be with her (i.e., "Momma" and "Mom-Mom") would enjoy the lights.
2. (Re)Training Reilly is a work in progress—and sometimes feels like how training a dragon would probably feel!
