Of Course, Not Only "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" Has Rough Days. For Example...

Yesterday was a rough day for Reilly when some pizza burned in the oven (and everyone knows how Reilly likes when the oven has any smoke emitting from it), and "Momma" had to (try to) soothe her with scritches and belly rubs (which at least somewhat worked, even though she widely-eyed shook and panted for a bit). Reilly also had to deal with Camille being a little aggressive in the pre-walk excitement earlier. This isn't to say that there weren't points at which Reilly was entirely innocent in everything or that Camille didn't suffer anything rough during the day, though.

In fact, Reilly scared Camille away from her own crate because of the treats in it; and Camille absolutely refused to get into her crate during naptime (She ended up napping by exhausted "Auntie Nicole".). To make things even worse for Camille, Reilly decided to take her treats out of her crate once naptime was over for both—notwithstanding that "Momma" guessed that Reilly might want to be out of her crate to join Camille and her "Mama" imperfecta—and she got aggressive with Camille when Camille's turn to get treats after being brushed came, and "Momma" had to try to roll her over.

By the way, "Momma" will not be changing Reilly's name (or any related name for that matter), despite that, that might be rough for Reilly if she could understand why having "Reilly" might be rough for a while*.

*Long before a certain ex newsman became an ex newsman for a reason, "Reilly" was named "Reilly" because of family history and other factors, notwithstanding that a human "Reilly" became a shame among the Roghallach clan—then again, "Momma" and Reilly don't have to worry about that (at least as much) because Reilly's a MaltiJewish Reilly, mainly through her "Pop-Pop"'s side (and Camille, e.g., is named partly after "Auntie Nicole"'s and "Mimi"'s great-four-times-grandmother Dominika Wierzbinska Czerniecka).

#ThursdayThoughts: Shelby Is Definitely Camille's Sister & Tootsie's Daughter—And A Sister Whom Camille Absolutely Adores!

Reilly and Camille had an opportunity to visit Shelby today, since Reilly's "Momma"/Camille's "Auntie Nicole" got to check in on Shelby during the day—part of which included checking in on her for the second time when her cousin and her sister were on their evening walk. Needlessly to say, the brats—especially Camille—were quite excited to see her, as she was excited—and overwhelmed—to see them!

While Reilly actually even made herself comfortable enough to try to steal Shelby's food (and "Mom-Mom" kiboshed Reilly's attempt), Camille as usual became really excited and fawned over her little sister—thus why the little sister in question even shook because she was overwhelmed, although she surely didn't mind barking when she saw them out the window and didn't mind sniffing where they had walked once they left! This isn't to mention that Shelby is quite like Camille in that respect, except for that Camille sniffs and claims places—such as chairs—once others (humans and fellow puppies of hers and Reilly's) leave because she can't close to them while her dread of jealous Reilly keeps her from even approaching them!

She's also like Camille in other ways, including in that she pretends to not know how to do certain tricks—such as "paw"—in order to try to get away with not doing the tricks and to still get the treats. She even shares other mannerisms with her bigger sister, with facial expressions being among them—and that is part of how Camille's "Auntie Nicole" can definitely tell that Camille and Shelby are sisters, and would certainly be able to at least tell that they're somehow related if she didn't know that they are maternal sisters. For that reason, she can ascertain that they get most of their common traits—as well as probably some of their different traits—from Tootsie, even though she's never seen Tootsie—though she can imagine what Tootsie looks like based on how her two aforementioned daughters look, plus the fact that "[her] grandmother is Apple's[—i.e., Reilly's mom's] sister" (as Joyce told her when she asked if Reilly and Camille are related. Besides, she did get to see Apple—as well as Reilly's dad, Oobie-Won, and Camille's dad, Poppie—when she went up to Ole Field Farm with "Mom-Mom" and Camille's then-future " Mimi" to meet Camille. So, י״יℵ , maybe she'll get to meet Tootsie the next time that she's, י״יℵ, up at Ole Field.)

Highlights Of MLK Eve, Courtesy Of Two Maltipoos

  1. To clean Reilly's teeth and have Reilly and Camille do a few tricks, "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" employed treats. "Paw" for Camille meant "paw Camille on the head" for Reilly, and "other paw" meant "try to reach the treat with my paw"—this despite that Reilly already had her treat!
  2. When "Auntie Michelle" was sick and lying in bed, this did not stop sickbed-visiting Reilly from jealously...er...dominating "Auntie Michelle"'s sheets a few times—she could smell Camille's scent on them—and it certainly did not stop Reilly from trying to dominate Camille—even though, at that point, "Auntie Michelle" was laying on the couch and they were laying on her stomach!
  3. When "Mom-Mom" sent down Reilly and Camille for sick and couch-bound "Auntie Michelle"/"Mimi", Camille made her presence known by doing an audible puppy shake. Both Reilly and Camille enthusiastically greeted "Auntie Michelle"/"Mimi" as well.
Reilly and Camille were also certainly empaths in regards to "Auntie Michelle"/"Mimi"—thus why they were on the couch with her, as they wanted to be with their sick family member. Meanwhile, Reilly is certainly being an empath—although certainly and understandably not a sympath—as she waits for "Momma" (whom's, incidentally, waiting for an in-life-overall highlight for both herself and Reilly) as she wraps up for the day (and thinks about that highlight, especially since she and Reilly may need that highlight especially soon).

#WoofWednesday & a Belated #TuesdayTroubles: No More Treats With A Few Exceptions For A While, Barky Reilly, Etc..

  1. Reilly and Camille currently need their weights watched. Each of them gained about a pound, so their vet wants them to lose some weight. This means that for "Momma"'s/"Auntie Nicole"'s part, she won't be giving either of them treats except for after they "peedy" and/or "pooty" as well as for when Reilly needs a dentastick to clean her teeth. Reilly, though, will be getting broken-in-half dentasticks whenever she gets dentasticks.
  2. "Momnma"/"Auntie Nicole" is working on obedience-without-treats training. Reilly seems to be more acquiescent to, for example, not getting a treat every time that she does tricks or gets in her crate. Camille on the other hand has met the possibility of the reward alternative quite a few times: a certain friend of hers known as the spraybottle, which "Auntie Nicole" had to threaten to use when, for example, she went upstairs without permission and refused to come down without a treat.
  3. Myclonus flareup + spilled oatmeal with milk on the floor = effects of Reilly's and Camille's inappropriate barking, about which "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" was far from happy. She was also far from happy when, for instance, Reilly refused to follow her on multiple instances of the "Follow me" (and variant) commands (By the way, "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole"—forgive the language—got absolutely pissed when "Auntie Michelle"/"Mimi" said that she did not care about the myoclonus flareups when she mentioned them, albe that "Auntie Michelle"/"Mimi" did apologize when "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" corrected her.
  4. Not a Tuesday trouble: Reilly and Camille again had an impromptu playdate with Shelby, "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" heard, and Camille even gave Reilly a few "She's my sister; let me play with her!" pawslaps despite that Reilly was being held back anyway because of her vaccine at the vet's and because she was throwing up from eating "nasties"! Shelby wasn't so afraid to play with Camille after that, as she gets a little afraid of jealous Reilly!
  5. Reilly still has to wear the bark collar at present.
  6.  Not a Tuesday trouble: "Momma" is (Yehovah willing) posting an early Flag Day card later today since she is working the polls on Flag Day (and the next day) for Early Voting. (Reilly won't like that, though, since "Momma" won't be home ☹️.). By the way, she isn't sure if she'll give Reilly a treat for allowing her to take pictures yet, though she may give her a low-calorie treat.
  7. Speaking of #TuesdayTroubles, maybe "Momma" should be include #WednesdayWorries and #WaitingWednesday hashtags since she's still waiting for a certain answer for her and Reilly's sakes—and dangerously slipping (meaning slipping) into extreme night-owl and failing-Reilly territory (i.e., sometimes going "night nights" with an albe-patient Reilly as late as 2:00 to 3:00 AM) again for that reason (among other reasons), as well as getting more gray hairs due to it (and other reasons)—¡pobrecita Reilicita!

A Contrast Between Reilly & Camille That "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" Will Never Understand

Even tonight, Reilly was very disobedient about going "peedy" before her evening nap—and now "Mom-Mom" had to take her potty for "Auntie Michelle"—and Reilly's disobedience is a frequent occurrence for "Momma" during the day, and it was similar today to how it was yesterday.

In contrast to Reilly, Camille (generally) goes "peedy" when she goes outside—whether she rings the bell on the backyard-door handle or is taken outside to "go potty" before she goes "night nights", takes a nap, etc.—she doesn't take up to at least half an hour when she goes to go potty, and she (generally) finds her "potty spot" within seconds to a minute or two minutes. She also does not get distracted and tries to stay within the radius that "Auntie Nicole" gives her—unlike Reilly, whom tries to go to "Mom-Mom"'s garden, near the holly bushes, etc. even when "Momma" gives her leeway with the extendable leash to find a "potty" spot closer to the backyard fence.

At least Reilly goes into her crate (for the most part) when she's supposed to do so—unlike Camille, except for when "Auntie Nicole" goes on walks, and "Auntie Nicole" has given up on trying to get Camille in her crate (for the most part). Even "Mimi" and "Mom-Mom" have a hard time getting Camille in her crate when she's supposed to be in her crate—not to mention that Camille tries to pull stunts in trying to get food when, for example, "Auntie Nicole" is eating her lunch and can't help but laugh as Camille tilts her head to her right side and persistently and beggingly looks at her to try to get some of her food.

At least Camille does eventually try to hang out by "Auntie Nicole" and Reilly during their afternoon nap (Incidentally, for "Auntie Nicole"/"Momma" to have hypothyroidism—of which she has a family history—would be great in a way, as that would explain a lot about—for example—her Depression flareups—meanwhile, let's see if Camille obeys "Mom-Mom" and gets into her crate before "Mom-Mom" has to drive "Auntie Nicole" to her doctor's appointment.).

Meanwhile, the only explanation that "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" has for Reilly's and Camille's "going potty" and cratetime contrasts is their overall-contrasting personalities.

Ying & Yang—i.e., Reilly and Camille. For Example...

  1. Both are indeed color contrasts—Reilly is an Offwhite Apricot Maltipoo with angel-wing markings, and Camille is a Apricot Maltipoo with fox-like markings and some white hairs.
  2. Reilly is the balance of introverted "Momma", and Camille is the balance of extroverted "Mimi".
  3. Reilly is a "Polar Bear Face", and Camille is a "Teddy Bear Face".
  4. Cam is more of a foodie and water drinker than Ri.
  5. Reilly is bigger than Camille, whom can jump higher due to her small size.
  6. Cam usually leads the trouble of going upstairs when she's not supposed to do so, and she won't stay on the bed during naptime. Reilly, on the other hand, usually leads the trouble of barking (as she did while I typed)  and bursting out the back door to eat mulch, poop, and sticks.
  7. Reilly is a Patrilineal Maltese (Patrilinealtese?) and a Matrilineal MaltiJew (and you can definitely see what I did there in terms of the talking about the Matrilineal Poo[dle]), whereas Camille is a Patrilineal Maltipoo and a Matrilineal Toy Poodle. Thus, she's a MaltiJew on her dad's side. Meanwhile, Reilly's "Momma" identifies more with her Jewish heritage (and Reilly was even named in a shiyum shel haminhag Ashkenazi), whereas Camille's "Mimi" identifies with her more-remote French heritage (Incidentally, at the reunion, I found that the DeBoys are of Jewish heritage, anyway—not to mention that "Mimi" inadvertently named Camille Dominique after Great-Great-Granddad's paternal grandmother!)
  8.  Cam dreads the sound of recycling and garbage trucks, whereas Reilly dreads the sound of a neighbor's macho Corvette.
By the way, blogging about Reilly and Camille provides useful writing practiceif only "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" could become a full-time writer and stay home with her "kalvbat" and maybe babysit Cam during the day as well as become an analyst-commentator in addition to an author!

La Tarde Del Día de Las Gracias de 2016 á La Casa De Santa Reilly

Last night, "Momma" discussed a noche normal ȧ la casa. On this Tarde Del Día de Las Gracias, partly in memory of one of "ancestors" of Reilly, "Momma" will discuss Thanksgiving Eve 2016 (which has the somber overture of the 42nd anniversary of Reilly's "ancestor"'s passing. Surprisingly, though, that wasn't brought up or recalled—though "Momma" is pretty sure that "Mom-Mom" is thinking about it, and supposes that "Mom-Mom" might be okay with "Momma" calling Reilly's "ancestor" "Pop-Pop Allen" or "Great-Granddaddy Allen" when she mentions him to Reilly.).

So far, Thanksgiving Eve has gone like the following:

Camille knows that she's cute and can get away with a lot.

  • Camille also treated "Mimi" much better than she treated Reilly—she showed "Mimi" that she is thankful to be "Camille Dominique Allen-Czarnecki" (or if "Mimi" wants to get into touch with far-less-remote heritage, Camilia Dominica Charnetski y Alen—or really "Alan", since "ll" would be pronounced as "y" en español, and "Allen" was "Allan" beforehand.)
Camille is an undyingly-devoted "dogter".

  • Reilly tolerated as "Momma" positioned her Maltipoo ear in a perked-up position.

  • She also reacted, including with a big yawn, as "Auntie Michelle" was doing some kind of tapdance or something.
A sleepy Reilly yawned to tiredness and excitement.

Bug-eyed Reilly made "Momma" laugh: "It was funny to see Ri bug eyed."

By the way:

  1. Reilly and "Momma", and Camille and her "Mimi" wish everybody a Happy Thanksgiving (and "Momma" and Reilly particularly wish "Momma"'s to-be helpmate Reilly's future "Daddy" a Happy Thanksgiving, and "Momma" would still like to know about that early Christmukkah honor).
  2. Since the "ancestor" in question was likely Sephardic through his maternal grandmother (whose father was likely un converso), to the mourners:

"Mimi"/"Auntie Michelle" Had To Give Up Camille?, and Reilly Has a "Daddy"!?

April Fools! In all seriousness, though:

  1. The subject of the above video has been recommended by "Mom-Mom" to stay with Reilly should "Mimi"/"Auntie Michelle" ever move out since Reilly and Camille "are a bonded pair", and it would apparently be cruel to separate them. This is also part of why "Mom-Mom" would not necessarily get her own puppy while Reilly and Camille are still living in the same house: that is, Reilly and Camille are bonded enough to possibly exclude any subsequent puppy from the pack. She would actually buy "Mimi"/"Auntie Michelle" another puppy to take with her in order for Camille to stay with Reilly. While "Mimi"/"Auntie Michelle" is heartbrokenly and heartbreakingly tempted by that logic, "Auntie Nicole"/"Momma" absolutely put her foot down on that one: that is, "Auntie Nicole"/"Momma" reminded "Mom-Mom" that Camille would be more heartbroken were she ever separated from "Mimi" than she would from Reilly, especially if "Mimi" got her a companion and someone over whom she could be alphess for once. Of course, "Mom-Mom" wouldn't hear of it.
  2. "Mom-Mom" of course assumes that "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" and Reilly will never move out—wooo; what a way to further shatter (or at least try to shatter) any hopes for her and Reilly! 💔
  3. If "Momma" and Reilly ever do move out (which, Yehovah willing, they will somehow), "Momma" is taking Reilly with her regardless of what "Mom-Mom" thinks.
PS The above video is a video of Camille and "Santa Ducky", since "Auntie Nicole" has no recent pictures to post and wanted to still post something there (obviously in part to not give away whether "Mimi"/"Auntie Michelle" really did had to give up Camille), and "Momma" did record Reilly's reaction to it—and she'll post that reaction later today (א׳י׳י).

Reilly And Camille Always Provide Never-Dull Moments

For example, who could call Pooh Bear- and Piglet-faced, chew-toy and blanket chewers on a Saturday night dull?

Who can call Camille dull when she's taken the opportunity to turn a sofa cover into a blanket?

Also, who could call undyingly-devoted-to-her-"Mimi" Cam dull?

Whom could call a puppy whom sits up for a belly rub and turns away just as you're about to get her picture (and, in this case, somewhat resembles her "Great-Great-Grandma" Czarnecki, of blessed memory) dull?

Aw! She turned away just as "Auntie Michelle" was trying to get another picture.

After all, nobody could call a Reilly whom tolerated a perfect picture opportunity and a Camille whom added to the picture-perfect opportunity dull, could he or she?

Besides, nothing is dull about a Reilly and a Camille whom, e.g., insist on running out of the back door to eat mulch whenever they can—and despite that Reilly's "Momma" is not to blame for it, and despite that Reilly and Camille took the opportunity to run out when "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" was in the backyard to check on her plants after she successfully lifted the backyard-blocking chair out of the way and back to its right side up.

Of course, "Mom-Mom" blamed "Momma" for it; and meanwhile, "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" even had a hard time getting the chair back down on its side to reblock off the backyard, notwithstanding that she thought that she could maybe at least get the chair back down. By the way, Reilly and Camille do know that "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" is not as fast or strong as abler human beings for some reason, although they don't understand the reason (Cerebral Palsy with Scoliosis, and draining mental illnesses)—and like younger human children, they take advantage of that.

Nonetheless, they do help keep "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" in at least somewhat of a state of sanity—at least when they're behaving, or even when they're misbehaving and "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" laughs when she shouldn't laugh or even has her maternal instincts kick in, although the kicking in of the instincts certainly affects the mental-illness flareups (e.g., OCD/Anxiety) in a vicious cycle (e.g., with "Momma" once obsessively looking for a chocolate that she may have dropped because she saw Reilly going for something on the floor—or at least to the back-door window to bark at somethingknowing that she probably didn't drop a chocolate and Reilly probably didn't get a chocolatesince "Momma" ate it over the table and directly from a 16-ounce glass).

Incidentally, a friend did once tell "Momma" that she could be a good Orthodox Jewish mother, and others (as far as she remembers) have said that she could be a good mother—and yet, "Momma" has a hard time being a good Jewish Christian ima to her kalvbat* (i.e., "daughter dog", a contraction of "bat" and "kalvah", which comes out to also be a word for "affectionate" and "lovely". Awww. Reilly is כלבבה—after her "Momma"'s heart and the hearts of anyone else whom'll give her scritches and other attention, and jealously trying to keep Cam and other puppies from getting that same attention).

PS Reilly is waiting patiently as night-owl "Momma" is typing this entry with one finger on each hand and having a Bruxism flareup as well as aches and pains due to CP, OCD/Anxiety, etc..

*For a discussion on that, see why "Momma" needs a "Poppa" for Reilly—with the Cerebral Palsy and mental illnesses , of course, being part of why. After all, not being able to catch mulch-eating Reilly can be detrimental to her in the end, as Reilly's own vet explained as well. Reilly generally does not listen to admonitions such as "Get out of the mulch." or "Drop it!", by the way.

May, God willing, "Momma" find Reilly a "Poppa" and/or God send "Momma" a "Poppa" for Reilly soon—of course, "Momma" wants a "Poppa" whom'll love Reilly's "Momma", though that's another discussion.

Camille's Very Patient With "Auntie Nicole", Too

Just as much as Reilly as a "dogter" has been affected by "Momma"'s difficult times, Camille as a furniece has been affected. Nonetheless, Reilly and Camille still somehow love "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole". In fact, for example, Camille was napping across from "Auntie Nicole"'s feet the other day:

By the way, pets can teach people a few lessons. For example, one lesson is that you should tell someone that you love him or her—whether in familial, romantic, or other ways—if and when you can—after all, for instance, maybe Reilly's "Great-Great-Granddad" Czarnecki would've made it to 112 (on October 24th) had he felt more loved in his life (and hurt people do hurt people, as he hurt others during his lifetime. Incidentally, do Hillary and insidious RINO Trump want to ban cars, bridges, and lessons on how to jump while they advocate banning guns? After all, Reilly's "great-great-granddad" committed suicide by blocking traffic on Falls River Bridge and jumping off of the bridge 52 years ago on December 2, 2016).

For another example, pets can save lives of especially those with physical and mental disabilities—including mental illnesses. In fact, Reilly and Camille are honestly among the reasons that "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" has not tried suicide—for instance, what would happen to Reilly if "Momma" did succeed in a suicide attempt; and would Reilly even remember "Momma" if "Mom-Mom" gave Reilly to a shelter? What if "Momma" didn't succeed, on the other hand; and what if she ended up in a horrid condition like Reilly's "Grandaunt" Mary did? Besides, what if things do get better for "Momma" and maybe, for instance, Reilly will soon have a "Daddy"?

Nonetheless, "Momma" does think about how she and Reilly are getting older, anyway . Speaking of getting older, by the way, Reilly's cousin turns one years old tomorrow (Happy Birthday, Shelby!)—and Shelby is a bright spot in any day that Reilly's "Momma" gets to visit her, as well as a bright spot in any day that Reilly and Camille get to see and/or sniff her (not like Donald Trump sniffs, though. Incidentally, "Momma" wonders how Reilly would react to Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton if she ever met them.).

How Reilly Marked Her Gregorian Month Birthday—aka, Part Of Why "Momma"'d Like An Answer From Reilly's Possible "Daddy" One Or Another Way

Reilly's day on "Momma"'s Gregorian year birthday was fine enough for Reilly—cue the reverse, inverse, or whatever you want to call how bad "Momma"'s day on Reilly's Gregorian birthday was for "Momma". To be fair, Reilly promised to be a better girl tomorrow when she came downstairs and got scritches just now—nonetheless, Reilly marked her Gregorian month birthday similarly to how she marked her Hebrew month birthday. Here are some highlights:

  1. She decided to leave poor Camille inside by herself while she was going potty—and of course, Camille got a short end of one of Reilly's sticks just as she did on Reilly's Hebrew month birthday.
  2. Why Camille was left inside is as follows: when "Momma" accidentally did not hook the extendable leash through the other leash's hoop, Reilly decided to let a pupchase ensue—and that pupchase included no less than Reilly eating "nasties" (including mulch), getting into "Mom-Mom"'s garden, deliberately running away from "Momma", and not coming inside until she heard "Camille" bark at something.
  3. When Reilly seemed like she was going inside, she tried to run back out in the backyard.
Meanwhile, "Momma" isn't supposed to be frustrated? "Momma" is supposed to accept how Reilly takes advantage of her disability, even though Reilly doesn't know that that's why she can outmaneuver "Momma"? "Momma" is supposed to tolerate and endure the lectures from "Auntie Michelle" about she can do more than she thinks than she can, as if she doesn't know herself well enough?

Also, not having a helpmate for herself and "Daddy" for Reilly continues to exhaust her and Reilly—maybe that's part of Reilly stubbornly went back into "Momma"'s room, jumped up onto "Momma"'s bed, and refused to get off of the bed and downstairs until "Momma" got out of the bed.

Can't she at least get an explanation from Reilly's possible "Daddy" for her and Reilly's sakes? How long must she ask this of  Reilly's possible "Daddy" (since she knows that he wants something and can't figure out just what)—and ultimately יהוה—or she supposed to, for example, depend on "Auntie Michelle" and "Momma" for the rest of her and Reilly's lives?

By the way, it's 1:29 AM EST on January 26th as "Momma"'s finishing this blog entry, and she began writing this at the end of the 25th—and poor Reilly's waiting as patiently as usual.

A Planned Book On Camille, When "Mimi" Doesn't Spend Enough Time With Camille, Etc..

With the second edition of Reilly's book out, "Momma" gave away another copy (and as she's said, she really is working on trying to become an author)—and she polled to see if people would read a book on Camille (and "Auntie Nicole" made the giveaway a "no vote, no entry" one). The results are as follows:

If Nicole Czarnecki were to write a book on Camille, would you buy or try to win it?

Yes76%
No2%
More likely than not16%
More unlikely than likely5%

Incidentally, "Auntie Nicole" fails to understand why anyone who wouldn't read the book on Camille would enter the giveaway but for a few reasons such as:

  1. He or she likes trying to get free books, maybe even—in this case—to resell it offline if it's a paperback book, e.g.—and yes, there really are people whom hate "Auntie Nicole" that much (notwithstanding that, e.g., Reilly is currently napping by her "Momma"—at least some sentient creature loves "Momma" on a consistent basis, compared to even many fellow human sentient creatures in her life). If he or she also tried to get the book to resell it, or—on the other hand—get it just to make fun of it and/or have his friends make fun of it, that would not surprise Reilly's "Momma"—even "Mom-Mom" and "Auntie Michelle" made fun of it at first.
  2. He or she is a big fan of Reilly and not Camille—poor Camille. 🙁
  3. He or she wants to get a free book for a friend.
Meanwhile, "Auntie Nicole" can relate in filial and non-filial ways to Camille's filial pain—even "Mimi" doesn't spend enough time with Camille (Who shouldn't own a puppy, by the way "Mom-Mom"? Even "Mom-Mom" has acknowledged that "Mimi" doesn't prioritize Camille as much as she should, and how hurtful "Mom-Mom" can be only adds to when "Momma"'s Jirish temper can be affected.). As a result of "Mimi" not prioritizing Camille as much as she should, Camille can get sleepy and feel depressed—and as recently as Sunday, this happened—and Cam wakes, perks, and lights up when "Mimi" comes into the room to actually spend time with her and, e.g., puts that darn Kindle or laptop down for once—even under guilt of being teased that, e.g., "Auntie Nicole" will become Cam's "Momma" if "Mimi" doesn't come downstairs from a long-enough nap to spend time with Cam.

In a similar way, "Auntie Nicole"/"Momma"'s loneliness and confusion re what exactly Camille's possible "uncle" and Reilly's possible "Daddy" wants continues to affect una noche oscura del alma en parte de su vida—a dark night of the soul in part of her life—as she is trying to be patient and wait on God to have Reilly's possible "Daddy" reach out to her—and patience in general is all the harder for a person with OCD/Anxiety, Depression, and ADD to learn.

How fitting, by the way, that a converso coined that term!

Sobering Thoughts Re Reilly, Camille, Time, &c..

"Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" was thinking a few days ago and just thought again:

  1. That today is Reilly's fourth Little Christmas and Camille's third
  2. That Reilly will be four in March (not to mention four on the Hebrew calendar) and Camille will be three in March (and also three on the Hebrew calendar, regardless whether 5777 has one or two Adars—both Biblically and Gregorianly speaking, they're not that far away from each other in terms of birthdays. Besides, March 25, 2014 was 23-24 Adar II 5773 and March 27, 2015 was 6 Nisan 5775)
  3. That this year will be Reilly's fifth Passover year (counting 5774, 5775, 5776, and 5777 as the previous four years) and Camille's fourth.
  4. How when Reilly came home seems like only yesterday sometimes, and then when Camille came home seems like only yesterday sometimes—and now both Reilly and Camille are adult puppies!
  5. In canine years, Reilly will be 40.7 years old and Camille will be 32.3 years old (assuming the human life expectancy to be 120 at max).
  6. "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" will be 28 years old in human years this month on both calendars (Today is 18 Tevet 5777—since since January 23, 1990 was 25-26 Tevet 5759.). In canine years, then, she'll be well over 120 years!
  7. Time passes, and Reilly's getting older calendar wise while "Momma"'s getting old overall! (Not to mention that a painful anniversary for "Momma" compounds the fact that Reilly's getting older and "Momma"'s getting old!)

Symphony Of Lights Puppy Walk With Reilly and Camille Last Night

A few highlights:

  1. Reilly and Camille saw one of their neighbor friends, Hero.
  2. Reilly met matches Cullie (a Shitzu, from whom she even backed off once she sniffed her!) and Pippin.
  3. Camille had a positive car ride experience, although she was at first stubborn about even "Mimi" getting on sweater on her (as pictures below show)!
  4. Reilly and Camille walked for longer than they normally would, and they made new human and canine friends!

Reilly had also been excited the night before. ("Reilly, do you want to go see the Symphony of Lights?" got kisses as answers.)

"Mom-Mom" had to help "Mimi" get Camille's sweater on Camille.

To the disappointment of "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole", Reilly and Camille ran out of the time to see "Santa".

"Momma" uses this as a reminder to Reilly that "Santa's watching!"

This is actually an infamous fixture at the Symphony of Lights every year.

Reilly loved whatever attention she got!

Winston and Reilly are both sweet and jealous puppies.

"Momma" can hope for her and Reilly's sakes.
