Does Someone Want Me To Die? It Looks Like They Do...

And there, ladies and gentleman, is part of why I can get and be quite ashamed of the city in which I was raised. There's also another person for whom I have to live to be a thorn in his or her side...what a shame. To live to spite those who claim that they care but really want you dead is not easy, but you have to stick around to expose their claims for what they are and be a thorn in their side.

My Former DateMySchool Profile

Meanwhile, I got invited here by "g" someone at UMBC (i.e., g**@umbc.edu)--I have no idea who he or she is, and I'm a little surprised that anyone would consider dating me--especially because I don't exactly fit anyone's mold, and I've already had two failed relationships (I've even had to call the police on both exes.).

Also, to be honest, I'm really not looking right now, and I'm fully and really waiting on G-d this time. I seriously believe 1 Corinthians 7:27--" Are you bound to a [spouse]? Do not seek to be loosed. Are you loosed from a [spouse]? Do not seek a [spouse]." Waiting purely on G-d and not taking every opportunity is rough, but I speak from experience because of my two exes (See above.).

By the way, my family history, my medical history, etc.--as Great-Grandma said, "I want to talk about it." I've little to hide. Also, to clarify, I speak very-little Hebrew. I'm a bat-Anusim, so you can imagine how much Hebrew and Yiddish (or lack thereof) was passed down to me. I also didn't get a handful of even my Diasporan languages--Slovakian, Hungarian, Polish, Belorussian, Lithuanian (not even Litvaker Yiddish), or Moldovan (perhaps). I was given a way-different history of my family than what actually happened--to my dad's and grandparents' credits, they're masterful at creating fiction (If only they would use their gifts l'avodot tovot!).

My mom's Diasporan languages include English (with the family from England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland), Irish (Apparently, the Farrells spoke it.), German and Yiddish (the German from the German DeBoys and others, the Yiddish from the Siedenburg Muellers), French (the Wallonian and French DeBoys), Dutch (the Dutch and Flemish family), and Portuguese (maybe Ladino--we don't really know who Pop-Pop "McCoy" was. He fled Portugal during the Peninsular War, and he was a baby who fled to Northern Ireland with his parents. Whether "McCoy" was his adopted name or his wife's name, we don't know.).

The Welsh and Italian stuff is family legend, but Edgar Allan Poe really was adopted by some great-granduncle of mine (Our original spelling was "Allan", and he picked up our difficulties with parent-child relationships and alcoholism--those aren't facts about which to brag, by the way.). As for Dad's family history, it's a lot more mixed--for good and sordid--than I can go into or already have gone into here--at the close of this sentence, I have only 9 characters left.

Things I like such as movies, books, music, etc.

1)The Bible (I wish that I could list "Jewish/Messianic" or "Christian/Jewish Christian" as my faith.)
2) My culture (Ashkenazi Jewish. I was born in Baltimore, but consider Jerusalem [Yerusahalayim] my hometown.)

Things I DON'T like such as politicians, assignments, etc.

Anti Messianics ("Antimissionaries", "Countermissionaries"). You can't get any worse than to compare people like me to self haters like Hitler and George Soros, and the pogromists and other Anti Semites who proselytized my ancestors into converting. Besides, I had enough to deal with UMBC Hillel (and don't tell me that you're welcoming of all, including all Jews, if you can't stand Messianic or Patrilineal Jews). I also dislike political extremists (When G-d says to turn neither to the left nor to the right, He means it.). By the way, don't tell me that I have to keep all 613 mitzvot, either--I'm under the New Covenant, and the self righteous and political extremists (usually on the Far Right) are the ones telling me that I have to keep what Yeshua came to fulfill.

I (clearly) also dislike Self-Hating Jews and Anti Semites besides the ones who I mentioned above. Don't you dare, e.g., call me a "Khazar" or tell me that the Lemba, Bene Israel, Kaifeng Jews, and other Non Ashkenazim and Non Sephardim aren't Jews (One way to wrangle me is to pull that Ashkenazi and Sephardi Supremacism stuff--and I'd be remiss to not speak up for other Jews, especially because I'm also one of the kinds of Jews that PM Netanyahu, Ex-MK Avigdor Lieberman, Ovadiah Yosef, and their kind--as well as their Leftist and more-secularist counterparts--dislike.).

I further dislike other kinds of abusers (If you don't think that Anti Messianics and Anti Semites fall into one or more categories of abusive people, I suggest that you read "The Verbally Abusive Relationship".), racists and ethnocentrists (because, e.g., my mom is--as far as we know--mostly gentile [She is of Jewish descent, but she's still gentile.], so I'd be absolutely remiss to hold Jews above gentiles or vice versa), and people who are against disabled people (There has to be a separate category of abusive people for those who dislike the disabled.).

I also further dislike anyone who's here and already has a significant other. You're putting a temptation into your purview and risking your relationship (whatever kind of relationship it is--i.e., dating, engagement, or marriage). By the way, I was invited here and am not looking for a significant other, so you're ultimately only kidding yourself if you call me "a hypocrite"--as I stated, I seriously believe 1 Corinthians 7:27.

Let's look at the following Scripture:

"24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was alarmed, and rose up in haste; he spoke and said unto his ministers: 'Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire?' Who is the Angel of the Lord?

"20 Behold, I send an angel before thee, to keep thee by the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. 21 Take heed of him, and hearken unto his voice; be not rebellious against him; for he will not pardon your transgression; for My name is in him. 22 But if thou shalt indeed hearken unto his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries. 23 For Mine angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Canaanite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite; and I will cut them off."

We know, then, that the Angel of the Lord IS the Lord (thus, why He is Yehovah-Tzva'ot--Yehovah of Hosts). Thus, Yeshua was with the Holocaust victims as much as He was with Daniel's friends--even if he did not save them from physical death. For what has Yehovah stated? "Behold, they may gather together, but not by Me; whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall because of thee."

Sometimes, evil happens; and even if Yehovah does not rescue us from every consequence of it, He is with us in it--just like He was with the Holocaust victims.

This Is What I Get When...

I have family that doesn't even know that I exist, let alone what's going on in my life. The Chicagoite, I'm guessing, is a Rusnak or Petak (I'm beat--who else is in Illinois, let alone Chicago)? Levittown or Monroe Township (Jamesburg?) has got to be the Czarneckis--this includes the Guhanicks and Dobroskys (People don't think that I don't do the research--well, they couldn't be more wrong.).

I get it: Great-Grandma cut off Great-Granddad's side when he committed suicide. I didn't know that Great-Granddad was the Jewish son of Crypto-Jewish immigrants who may be kohanim--well, the Chernetskis may be. Was telling that potential relative that we unfortunately converted a mistake? Maybe. But at least I was honest; and to be fair, to be proselytized--even though later generations of us became genuinely saved because G-d used evil for good--was unfortunate. No Jew should ever have to convert to survive and avoid Pseudo-Christian Anti Semitism. So, in the end, "unfortunately" was a honest word to describe it--albeit that it was used to bring later generations salvation--, and being honest about our conversion was better than lying by omission. Besides, it helps explain why we didn't know that we chose more than Lipsk and Warszawa as our Diasporan homes--we chose [apparently] Kobryn, among other places, as well.

By other places, I mean, for example, "Mogilev". To be a Danilovich who's related to Kirk Douglas? Do I look happy about it? Lo! But life is what it is. By the way, all I know is that we're Daniloviches (Danilowiczes) related to Kirk Douglas--I don't know exactly how, but he has the "Czarnecki" (really, the Danilovich") look (including "our" chin--nice. We're related to the guy who raped Natalie Wood. Zeh mishpateinu l'atam. Besides, someone did ask me once, and I said, "No"--I was unwittingly wrong!

Anyway, I could go on. Kvetching done l'ha'yom.
