When You Tell Reilly And Camille That Camille's "Mimi" Will Be Coming Home From a Driving Test...

You can get them to at least somewhat cooperate for pictures for "Mimi"/"Auntie Michelle".

Labor Day And Memory Monday: Just How Did Reilly's Human Family (Including "Momma") Fall In Love With Their First "Fur"-mily Member?

"Saint Reilly Rosalita Of Jerusalem" (as I jokingly call her, although Reilly really is a kalvah kedoshah l'Yehovah, and) is the puppy whom chose us. After a tired Reilly was done playing with her siblings and resting in the house after a long play session, Joyce brought her and her sister out to one of the outside playpen-and-show areas when Reilly's to-be "Mom-Mom" asked if we could see any female Maltipoos—and that's when a tired-and-docile Reilly stayed in the front-right (and from our view, front-left) corner of the playpen and let "Mom-Mom" approach her and pick her up.

"Are you Reilly?" Mom asked Reilly this and fell in love with her firstborn "granddogter" immediately, and (as she later told me) understood why Reilly's to-be "Grandaunt" Frannie loved her own "fur"-mily (including her own "Momma's girl", Abby) so much—she'd never gotten why people love their dogs so much before, as she'd never had a dog when she was a kid and our own first dog—a family dog named "Angelina"—heartbreakingly came from a puppy miller whom disguised herself as a legitimate breeder and gives legitimate breeders like Joyce bad names, since "Angelina" (and her brother Teddy, whom Aunt Frannie owned) died within a week or so of coming home.

To answer "Mom-Mom"'s question and assuage her dreads, Reilly ended up licking the ring on "Momma"'s right ring finger! To confirm her answer when they went into Joyce's house to get to know Reilly better, etc., she crawled up from "Momma"'s lap to her face and licked her face.

Joyce let me take a cell-phone picture of then six-week-old Reilly as she held her.

Fast forward to today, and have a good rest of the Happy Labor Day that Reilly and "Momma" wish you to have*.

*PS "Momma" does still wish that Reilly'd have a "Daddy" with whom to spend Labor Day as another family member—not to mention that "Momma" would like to dance with someone to "Great-Mom-Mom"'s and "Great-Granddaddy"'s favorite dancing song and have him dance with his "dogter". Besides, Reilly's seen what "Momma"'s constant heartbreak and suffering—both romantically and non romantically—is like (Incidentally, Reilly's "Great-Granddad" Czarnecki did say "I don't like music" during a conversation in which "Great-Grandma", I, and others were talking about a tribute to Willie Nelson or something like that—and that's a reminder of an example of non-romantic heartbreak in "Momma"'s life, because "Great-Granddad" was a person that Reilly would not have liked were she a daughter of man and were she living at the time. But since Reilly is a puppyalbe an adult one—she likes everyone—or at least most people.).

Offbeat: Part Of Why Reilly Is My Main Blog Subject Of Late

For one matter, I run Reilly's Facebook page and am her "Momma". For another matter, to do the commentary-and-analysis videos that I do is now basically impossible because of YouTube's phasing out of its webcam-upload technology and failure to replace it with new webcam-upload technology—and while I do record some videos, including videos of Reilly and Camille, on my camera and on my phone, to do so is much harder for me (and others whom are in my type of position). Besides, I don't have all of the fancy equipment to become a professional commentator and to be unable to do anything as even a layperson commentator is frustrating me (and many others are in positions that are similar to mine)—by the way, we can talk when you try being a single, unemployed, and living-at-home Millennial because you're a Millennial with debilitating and draining mental illnesses that are comorbid with Cerebral Palsy and capable of rendering you incapable even of being what kind of pet parent you could be to your nonetheless-as-patient-and-understanding-as-possible puppy, not to mention incapable of typing (among other kind of writings) long commentary-and-analysis (and other types of) blog entries (especially when you type with only one finger on each hand, which takes enough energy to do).

A Biography Of A Living Saint As Written By Her "Momma": Saint Reilly Rosalita of Jerusalem, Order of the Companion Puppies

With Saint Teresa of Kolkota being canonized today, I figured that I'd write about a living saint whom could be canonized were she human and Roman Catholic: Saint Reilly Rosalita of Jerusalem, Order Of the Companion Puppies (I'd say "Order Of the Companion Dogs", though I have OCD and think that the Roman Catholic Church needs to correct "Order Of the Carmelite Discalced" as much as they need to correct "Sacred Theology Doctor" and other such unfortunate names of orders.).

Reilly fits the definition of an adult puppy (a dog) who's a companion to both humans and her fellow canines, even when the humans have unbelievable flaws and thorns in the flesh. But like all saints—and like all other creatures affected by the Fall—Reilly has her own flaws, although (like all animals) Reilly goes by instinct and not reason—and thus cannot intentionally sin (and Jesus' death on the cross covered unintentional sin. Besides, puppies—both baby puppies and adult puppiesare like human kids, whom like to test boundaries.). For example, Reilly will sometimes lead Camille into barking and eating mulch—and she'll otherwise bark when she's not supposed to bark (like right now as I type).

For all of Reilly's flaws, though, Reilly Rosalita of Jeusalem, O.C.P., is a living saint—and, God willing, Reilly (who, incidentally, came over for a scritch as I titled her biography) and I will make aliyah as soon as possible.

In the picture above, by the way, Reilly is tending to her cousin and best friend by cleaning her armpit.

Especially When Nobody Else Loves "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole"...

Reilly and Cam are there to remind Reilly's "Momma" that there are loving creatures in the world, including creatures whom are best friends:

And pets who love their human parents, even when they try to avoid having their pictures taken or have to deal with their parents taking those "one last" pictures before "night nights" time:

And pets who can both sit outside on an Autumn-like day and begin misadventures like barking and eating mulch on that otherwise-languid End of Summer day.

Natural Disasters And Other Crises, And Worries About Two Puppies

Just the other night, Cam was resting on Ri's blanket while she was waiting for "Mimi" to get ready for bed.

Meanwhile, Hermine made landfall in Florida yesterday; Davao City experienced a terror attack; and every day, even in our homeland, Jews—including "Momma"—face the threat of Anti Semitism—and part of the threat in the Diaspora is a Donald Trump presidency (Just a few days ago, for example, Donald Trump's namesake son retweeted Holocaust denier Kevin MacDonaldand this despite that remains of Holocaust victims were found at the once-Nazi-overtaken Max Planck Institute.).

Thus, "Momma" wonders how she's going to get Reilly to safety in any event—let alone if she has to flee to Canada or risk dying while she tries  to make aliyah. Getting Camille to cooperate during a tornado warning last time was hard—and she hated getting her harness and leash on for a while after that, let alone being tricked to go into the crate every time that she was tricked—and she also hated when I had to block the entrance to the crate and the entrance to the crate area to get her to stay.

Therefore, and even though Reilly cooperated during the tornado warning, how is "Momma" going to get can-be-just-as-stubborn Reilly to cooperate if she and Reilly have to flee from a terror attack, the United States, and even the Jewish Diaspora altogether? Besides, to cope with how Reilly will be living away from her best friend might be hard.

In Any Case, "Momma" Worries About Reilly In Light Of November 9, 2016

"Momma" has made quite clear what she thinks about the whole Trump-Clinton debacle. Either way, she worries about Reilly—and herself!—and as far as she knows, even the Reilly who saved her "Momma"'s life cannot save "Momma" from the worst-case scenario unless God pulls off a miracle!

As for whether "Momma" can save Reilly, "Momma" can't even lift her Reilly's cousin up on a table to watch the rainhow, then, is she going to be able to help ReillyBesides, "Momma" could use help being a better "Momma" to Reilly in any case, let alone if she ever has a chance to give Reilly human siblings in the future—after all, Reilly would be a good "sister" (and she even picked up Camille by the scruff once, although she got into trouble for being like a mother to Camille!).

By the way, "Momma" will—if God wills—tell Reilly who she thinks, or at least hopes, that Reilly's "Daddy" eventually may be—and she'll see how Reilly reacts, though what ultimately happens is up to God. Also, she won't share Reilly's reaction unless anyone whom "Momma" mentions to Reilly ends up being Reilly's "Daddy"!
