An Early Valentine's Day Card From Reilly? Or...

A tribute for Friends Day and World Cancer Day (February 4, 2019. PS Reilly's fine, thanks be to Yehovah. "Momma" factored in World Cancer Day for another reason related to Reilly):

Ode To a Gregarious Rose Of a Fur-riend (and Her "Momma"'s Little Valentine)

"Reilly"—"gregarious"

"Rosalita"—"little rose"

Reilly Rosalita, with gorgeous

Fur, colors and markings, and eyes

And cute ears and a cute little nose, 

The latter of which she uses for all of her tries

To find whatever "nasties" she can sniff out and eat

Even though she knows that a "nasty" is not a treat, 

And despite that all of her human loved ones have explained

That they don't want her to end up getting any "nasty" that's really dangerous!

If anything ever did happen to Reilly, all of them would be pained—

That's even part of why Reilly got spayed and doesn't get conventional food, treats, or toys

—And Yehovah forbid that she would ever get a "nasty" with carcinogens!—

What would "Momma" alone do if her "dogter", who brings her a lot of joy,

Ever had mammary and/or other types of cancers?

May her prayer for Reilly to live at least 120 healthy canine years 

Be a prayer that Yehovah answers

In her favor, and preferably

Until she herself's lived at least 256 canine years and is near

Her own time to cross the Rainbow Bridge and—as she

Always tells Reilly, anyone who leaves this world is going—"to see

"Jesus", to Whose throne they believe that the Rainbow Bridge leads

A Special Belated Card From Reilly, And One That Includes A Pun (Language Warning)

1. Reilly actually begged her "Momma", not her "Auntie Michelle", for cake when this picture was taken.
2. When "Momma" saw this picture, she laughed and thought that the pun fit.
3. Reilly can have quite the attitude! 
4. A family friend made the cake (sans the Brushscript-font words superimposed on it); so, Reilly wanted to try some homemade cake that a friend made, although she did not and will not get any chocolate from any family and friends (Chocolate is not for puppies—no matter what age, size, or breed they are)!

Almost Three Years Since...

Reilly's second Christmas and Camille's first Christmas happened! Can you believe it? How time passes...and "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" might be getting just a little verklempt by thinking about Christmas 2018 will be Reilly's fifth Christmas and Camille's fourth!

PS: 1) "Momma" and Reilly get an extra day of Hanukkah, since Hanukkah begins this evening. 2) This card affected OCD/Anxiety, too—thus, part of why it's late.

#FlashbackFriday & #FluffyFriday: The Furmily Reunion

From time to time, as "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" has previously mentioned, Reilly and Camille have little family reunions—or furmily reunions—with Shelby when they go on walks (Remember that Reilly and Camille live in the same neighborhood as Shelby, and they thus get to see her quite often.). During the last furmily reunion at which "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" ended up being, a friend of Reilly and Camille by the name of Penny Lane wanted to come join her friends and Reilly's cousin/Camille's sister. The cousin of Reilly and sister of Camille—that is, Shelby—did not want to even want to go over to Penny Lane to meet her even despite the encouragement of Reilly's "Momma"/Camille's "Auntie Nicole" as well as her own human family, and Penny Lane therefore did not get to be a guest at the furmily reunion in question.

(So To Speak) Two Birds With One Paw (Doesn't Especially Camille Literally Wish?!)

PS Camille even scratched "Auntie Nicole" to try to get one of the treats without getting a picture taken, and she also jumped back up onto the clothespile when it was Reilly's turn to do so—and Reilly didn't want to get on the clothespile, anyway, despite that "Momma" encouraged her to do so.

A Bit Of A Belated #FluffyFriday....and Perhaps a #ShamingonShabbat Post (Say What?!)

(Before Shabbat)

"I tried to help Cam avoid a pep talk after she bit Momma over a treat and left a tooth mark on each side of her finger...and I tried to avoid a picture." 

(On Shabbat)

"I am still trying to avoid a pup-shaming picture, and after leaving a tooth mark on each side of Auntie Nicole's finger. This isn't to mention the death grip that I had on it and intensified the more that she tried to take my undeserved treat. 'Roll over all the way'? I don't roll over for anybody, and I want my treat when I want it! That's part of why I tried to bite Auntie Nicole three times in a row when she tried to get me down from looking out of the window because I barked--that's what she gets for trying to take my treat earlier, and even though I took it from her when I didn't earn it!" 

(1. It was "Auntie Nicole's pointer finger. 2. The mark consisted of a circle on each side.)

(Part Two--One Example From Just Within the Same Hour) "I stole Hippo from Reilly's crate, wouldn't sit--so I got Auntie Nicole to cowtow & command 'Stay'; hardly played with Hippo when she threw him and chased him, and tried to get another toy from the toy basket. Then I whined when I couldn't get it and had Mimi get it, and whined to get her to throw me it--am I stubborn or what?! 😏"

PS Elaborate cards take work—although "elaborate" doesn't necessarily mean "well made" (You be the judge.), although the subjects of the card's photos were perfectly made (and judging the card and its maker is one matter; judging Reilly's and Camille's Maker is another.).

 Not that Camille doesn't have a penchant for "nasties", though hair, dirt, dust, grass, "bunny beans", and even "nasties" such as squirrel bones(! ) are frequent treats for Reilly in spite of the fact that Reilly knows better! 

Since "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" Is Lefthanded, Anyway...

PS Reilly very patiently waited for the treat—and especially because she was so patient, she probably would've that something else to be peanut butter...or yogurt...or pumpkin...or any of the other millions of treats that hi ohevet! By the way, Tu B'Av actually begins tomorrow, since the New Moon was sighted on the 14th of July.

So occurred the event that led to a #dogshaming photo. Incidentally, "Momma" couldn't help but tear up thinking about the albe-defiant gesture that Reilly made—especially since so much time has passed and "Momma"'s puppy has long been an adult puppy now (though she'll always be "Momma"'s baby puppy—and this "Momma" types with tears on her cheeks, as she thinks about how time passes over four years later. She also couldn't help but laugh as she thinks about how cute Reilly was and still is.).
