These are actually more pre-birthday portraits than they are inaugural portraits. Besides, Reilly could never be a president of any country—as she's proven at just shy of 2.83 years old—and she's quite a bit for "Momma" to handle, and "Momma" could use a little help from whomever Reilly's "Daddy" is (especially if he is who "Momma" thinks that he is).
