St. Patrick's Day Card From Reilly

PS: 

1. It was also Shabbat.
2. The flash was on by accident when "Momma" took the picture in the corner. Reilly does also have prominently-green retinas or cones that show through her eyes for some reason.
3. Reilly was wearing the new tallit that "Momma" was able to make her, and she is the namesake of two Sefardish-Irish ancestors of "Momma".

#WoofWednesday and #WeirdWednesday: Wrapped Around "Auntie Nicole"'s Fingers...Or Arm. Whichever, Literally!

Camille has this weird habit regarding hands and arms. The habit is as follows: if Camille is licking one's hand or arm for whatever reason, the owner of the hand or arm will find Camille clinging to it for whatever reason once she or he pulls her or his hand or her arm away for whatever reason.

"Auntie Nicole" was reminded of this today when Camille was licking her arm and tried to clutch her hand as she was getting up. "Mimi" was also reminded of this a short time later.

A Special Card From Reilly And Camille....

PS:

1. "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" wanted to surprise everybody by not even hinting at how Reilly and Camille surprised her!
2. "Momma" wonders if Reilly had dreams such as ones about her Hebrew birthday and a certain person whom she has yet to meet.

Happy Fourth Hebrew Birthday, Reilly!

Of course, the (lovable) brat used looking to see what "Mom-Mom" was doing at the last moment to avoid one picture. With the next picture, though, she couldn't avoid it and wasn't happy about it—she was too sleepy to turn away from the camera!

(Translation: "For a Joyous and Blessed Birthday!" and "For Yehovah to grant to you your heart's desires on your birthday!")

The Belated Shabbat Purim Card

PS Reilly is going to be four years old on the Hebrew calendar either tomorrow or Monday at sunset! "Momma's" verklempt—and still an alteh moid waiting for an answer from a certain person¹ for her and Reilly's sakes (¡Pobrecita Reisilacita! And yes, "Reisilacita" is one of "Momma's" nicknames for Reilly!).

PS "Momma" is a Neoliberal Feminist (i.e., Neo-Classical-Liberal Feminist) and would never teach Reilly any kind of canine-equivalent radical values.

It is not going well.

Getting Reilly's Purim Costume Made Last Night, And High Wind Gusts That "Momma" Understands Scared Reilly For Good Reason

Getting the costume made for the card was hard last night. Trying to sew the patch for the costume on it and failing in her efforts, accidentally dropping the needle by accident and getting berated by "Mom-Mom" for it when she couldn't find it and "Mom-Mom" ended up finding it herself, not exactly getting "Auntie Michelle"s help to sew on the patch, having to cut fabric to readjust its size and fit Reilly for it (although at least Camille's smug look was funny to "Auntie Nicole" albe not exactly nice to her cousin), and having to adjust one of the straps for Reilly before going "night nights" was not fun fo "Momma". Having Reilly called "poor baby" and otherwise getting nonsupport from "Auntie Michelle" throughout pre-"night nights" time after having already gotten nonsupport from "Mom-Mom" was also not fun.

As for the high wind gusts, Reilly was understandably scared. So "Momma" stayed with her throughout the night instead of getting up to "go potty", despite that she really had to go—and she had to keep explaining that she wasn't going anywhere as she lifted up the "blankies" for Reilly to be able to get them on her, reached "Teddy" for Reilly when he had fallen off of the bed (and she does love snuggling with her teddy bear!), and moved to get comfortable on the bed

As for this morning, both Reilly's and Camille's tails are going to the left as they are presently watch and hear the wind gusts blowing everything that they can blow ☹. Reilly and Camille followed "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" to the kitchen when she went to get coffee and came over to snuggle with her when she came back into the family room. Meanwhile, "Momma" was to use some of the spare fabric to prepare to make a second tallit for Reilly and fit Reilly for it as she laid next to her and at least didn't growl and whimper at this time notwithstanding some noncooperation.

#WednesdayWisdom: Making A Purim Card With Reilly This Year, As "Momma" Should Have Done Last Year!

Since Purim isn't until Friday and Shabbat is a Shabbat Purim this year, "Momma" at least has time to make the card. She also was able to have costume materials for Reilly procured this year and will actually be able to try to make the costume (which is simple one and one that she can make this year). As for "Momma", she has a puppy mask that she actually was able to cut out of an Amazon box, and she'll wear that even if she won't appear in the card with Reilly.

PS Reilly received pumpkin as a treat for letting "Momma" take photos of her in her tallit and with her wearing her kippah!

Reilly Isn't Taking Camille's Futzing Around, Even (Or Perhaps Especially) On a Weekend

1. When Camille pawed Reilly in the head yesterday, Reilly growled at her.
2. As for today, according to "Mimi"/"Auntie Michelle, "Camille tried to engage in a dominance show/play with Reilly, and Reilly was not having it and promptly—dare I say—clomped her nose and mouth as if to say, 'Excuse me—Who's alpha?!' and left it at that. Camille, to her credit, backed off and acknowledged Reilly as alpha. They both went inside after that like nothing happened."

In other words, Camille tested Reilly's boundaries and learned that messing with Reilly in the mornings and after walks—perhaps especially on weekends—are not good ideas. 

PS L'Chodesh Adar Tov—and if there's no Second Adar this year, Reilly's going to be four on March 12 or 13 this year on the Hebrew calendar!

Year Of the Puppy ("Dog") Card From Reilly

PS Reilly definitely earned peanut butter for letting "Momma" take pictures of her for this card.

#FluffyFriday: Somewhat Offbeat: Why Reilly Deserved Some Peanut Butter Last Night

Again, Reilly was incredibly patient with "Momma" and even laid beside her for a while as she was wrapping up last night—and for some reason (a certain reason¹, as far as "Momma" can tell and as she again explained to Reilly last night), "Momma" keeps failing Reilly even though she promises to be a better "Momma" (Besides, once "Momma"'s night-owl and OCD/Anxiety-, ADD-, and Depression-affected mind gets going at night, it gets going at night and "Momma" suddenly decides to look up a lot of things while—for example—she's waiting for a certain answer for her and Reilly's sakes). Thus, "Momma" gave Reilly the peanut butter that she promised her—and Reilly of course very much enjoyed having a spoonful of peanut better.

Three Moments Of Sanity Or Shalom Or Something

Only just a few minutes ago did "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" fully grasp that the following were moments of reminders of sanity¹, shalom, or something:

1. In the first two pictures, Reilly is content just to lay by "Momma" and try to receive belly rubs from "Momma" and "Mom-Mom" (whom was off work). The pictures were taken after the shooting after the NSA Shooting occurred,
2. In the last three pictures, Camille is being her cute self and kind of trying to avoid when "Auntie Nicole" is taking a picture. Nonetheless, Camille doesn't mind that "Auntie Nicole" gave her "Bucky", her favorite of toy of late, with which to pose. These were taken as the fallout of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Shooting unfolded and was being covered in the news cycle, and they were taken quite a bit after Reilly and Camille were perhaps consoling a whom-they-could-sense-was-distressed "Momma/Auntie Nicole" as they gave kisses, asked for belly rubs, etc.
3. The following video shows Camille "Klutzmille" Dominique Czarnecki going on a ball-playing spree which confuses her cousin Reilly, and it was recorded shortly after midnight in the EST Time Zone:

These pictures and videos, not to mention the moments which they captured, also helped remind "Momma" of how loving and sweet her "dogter" was last night, as "Momma" once again had a lot on her mind. Of course, they also help remind "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" of two of her top reasons for living in this world anymore, as she honestly doesn't know if she could make it if she didn't have a "dogter" and a furniece to love and for whom to care as much as she can².

¹Though as "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" knows, one can't really call moments that simply involve evil and not mental illness "moments of insanity".
² And not having someone to love, let alone an answer from a certain someone whom could be her someone to love, and help her be a "Momma" to Reilly is making her "die a little...everyday".

When Reilly and Camille Can Tell That Others Are Treating "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" Poorly

Without going into details, "Momma"/"Auntie Nicole" will say that she's seen when Reilly and Camille have sensed that others are treating her poorly. She might've mentioned before that Reilly's sensed that, though she's not sure if she's mentioned that Camille can sense that. Nonetheless, it's worth (re)mentioning about Reilly and worth mentioning about Camille because of how recently it's happened.

Even tonight, for example, Camille ran away from someone whom was not being nice to "Auntie Nicole" when the someone in question wanted to give scritches to Camille after the situation that occurred devolved. As for Reilly, she's given "Momma" kisses when she's sensed that "Momma"'s not been treated well and has even had some hopeless thinking as a result.
