Why Sexual "Assault" Isn't Really Assault—It's Worse!

"Sexual assault" is actually sexual battery. When I read the news about Abigal Breslin having spoken about being "sexually assaulted", I thought back to my days in criminal-justice college classes—and if only she had been assaulted as opposed to be both assaulted and battered!

Sexual assault—threatening any form of sexual harassment, including any form of sexual battery—is bad enough. Sexual battery is worse, and intentionally or unintentionally calling sexual battery "sexual assault" is mitigating what sexual battery, which is often to almost always preceded by little to no sexual assault whatsoever, is—and sexual battery (which I myself almost mistakenly just called "sexual assault" just now) can happen in the smallest amount of time and totally unexpectedly on the part of the victim.

For example, a woman who's walking up to her apartment complex may not see her rapist assault her as he stalks her—especially as he swiftly and forcibly grabs her, batters her, and physically batters her separately from having physically battered her when he sexually battered her. Similarly, the middle-school student at her locker may not see her perverse male classmate assaultingly hover behind her and reach his hands out to commit battery against her. Jennifer Christie had the first kind of case happen to her (except for that she was in a hotel and battered prior to being grabbed); and too many a female student has the second kind of case happen to her in real life, which is why "Malcolm In the Middle" demonstrated another art-borrows-from-life episode.

By the way, as I recall, I had an experience in which a middle-school classmate put his hand on my backside without my permission or before-it-happened knowledge; although I don't know who he was, and I just frankly nervous-laughed it off, as he did so when quite a few people were walking in the middle-school halls. With a crowded hall and the school being (at the time) Owen Brown...I'm lucky that it wasn't worse, as some forms of sexual battery are worse in degree and form than, notwithstanding that no form of sexual battery is lucky—and I was walking with a walker, so I wasn't exactly going to have time to fully deal with it.

In conclusion, then, let's stop being incorrect about what sexual assault and sexual battery are, since the only way that calling sexual battery "sexual assault" is correct is that it's politically correct—or at least what's thought to be correct in a politicultural or culturopolitical sense.

After the News About Chechen Persecution Camps & Sean Spicer's Comment Re the Holocaust And Assad...

YOU OWN IT IF YOU VOTED FOR TRUMP!

By the way, the "conspiracy theory" that Tr**p colluded with Putin and Assad—which Sean Spicer pretty much just confirmed with his comment re ****** and the gas chambers in the murder camps—is not a leftist one—it is a non-partisan "conspiracy theory" that Sean Spicer just proved!

Also by the way, ****** unfortunately did murder mainly his own people—and we wish that he wasn't one of ours!—one affair during a trade fair in Graz, and all of us (past, present, and future) get murderously blamed for it by a self-hating descendant of the paramours whom acts like nobody else in the world ever had or will ever again have affairs. Similarly hateful, by the way, was a certain Castilian-Aragonese king—and gentiles like Sean Spicer want to emulate self-hating Jews instead of lights unto the nations 🙁.

I, Too, Suspected That Tr**p Knew...

Remember that I said that Putin was either saving face, facing his Ribbentrop-Molotov moment, or helping Trump divert?

Putin and Assad may indeed have collaborated with Tr**p (which I wondered about, although I knew some would think that I was no better than the 9/11 "truthers"). After all, Tr**p draws parallels to, besides ******, FDR as Putin does to Stalin and Assad to, perhaps, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem at the time of the Holocaust in Germany:

  1. Neither FDR nor Stalin cared about the Jews.
  2. Stalin had his own "Final Solution", just like Haman had his gallows and Pharaoh had his plans to enslave us and commit ethnocide via Anti-Semitic androcide and Egyptocentric patrilinealist natalism.
  3. Assad is clearly an Alawite Islamist who works with Sunni Islamists, and the Grand Mufti was a Sunni Islamist.
  4. The "S.S. St. Louis" incident happened under FDR, as happened the turning away of a rabbinic delegation in October 1943.
  5. FDR's VP-turned-POTUS, Harry "'I am Cyrus'" Truman, hired "former" Nazis to work against the Soviets (PS WADR, no, Mr. Truman; you were not Cyrus—and you were neither any type of Nebuchadnezzar nor Artaxerxes—neither Cyrus nor Artaxerxes hired Nazi equivalents whom wanted to go after us and do what they considered to be, as the slur and threat goes nowadays, "finish[ing] the job"—slurs and threats of which I have received equivalents. You were perhaps some Pseudo-Cyrus Pharaoh whose evil got used for good—you got many of us to be able to make aliyah to a refounded Israel, and your plan to hire Nazis and not really participate in the capture of justice-evading Nazis in speedy Nuremburg trials is seen only as another thwarted-by-God plan to get us all into one place and then murder us—nice, or perhaps not-so-nice, try, though.)

By the way, where was Trump offering aid to El-Sisi after the Palm Sunday bombings committed by Da'esh instead of just having "confidence that [El-Sisi] will handle [the] situation properly"?

Since Da'esh Murdered 49 Egyptians & Wounded Others Today, What About Assad?

In other words, was Assad involved? Even though he's an Alawite, he colludes with Sunni groups such as Da'esh to commit murder. Besides, look at how close enough Syria is to Egypt if Assad wanted to get weapons there within a day:

Meanwhile, the remnant of Egypt (and Egyptian Jews) certainly did not need this during the seasons Passover and Easter, especially after the very-real pain that Egyptians were responsible for the enslavement of Jews—including ancestors of Jesus* and the ancestors of Jews (including Jewish Christians) in Egypt— in Egypt resurfaces at especially this time of year—after all, how would you like to remember that your people (and, if you're a Jew in Egypt, you are among the descendants of those) whom engaged in acts of the kind Anti Semitism that are similar to the kind of acts Da'esh and Assad today?

*Notwithstanding whatever you make of him re whether he was Mashiach.

There's Really No Kind Of Brain Tumor—Or, As My Family Should Know, Any Other Brain Or Cranium Damage—That Is Benign

Ask "Eli", for example:

"The father said he son has undergone three surgeries to remove tumors after being exposed to harmful chemicals at his job, and that his son also has a benign tumor in his head. At a court hearing last week, the teen’s attorney presented photographs and medical imaging of a non-malignant brain tumor that the defense says affects his behavior."
Besides, any kind of brain and cranial damage can mess one up. As I've said, I thought that the autism excuse was a poor one until I remembered my great-granduncle Bernie. Remember that Great-Granduncle Bernie had a botched surgery to remove shrapnel from his head and also had the Schizophrenia that would eventually kill him during a Schizophrenia flareup that effected a coronary occlusion. Being childlike and very gullible due to the brain damage that he sustained, he was additionally vulnerable and, thus, exploited by Great-Granduncle John ("Jankie"") and especially Great-Granduncle Joe ("Susi") to sign off his Social Security benefits, which were supposed to go to the sister whom set up the Social Security account, to them.

There are evil people whom will use the vulnerable for their own ends, and only God knows who's ablelistically and Anti Semitically exploiting "Eli" as much as those two kapos exploited Great-Granduncle Bernie—and exploiting a fellow Jewish World War Two veteran and a younger sibling took a special kind of chutzpah that Great-Granduncle Susi (and I'd call him an SOB as Granduncle Tony understandably did, though—since I know that Great-Great-Grandma had Schizophrenia—that would not be fair to Great-Great-Grandma—and to be fair, Granduncle Tony did not know that she had Schizophrenia; and I didn't know until I saw Great-Granduncle Bernie's death certificate and recalled the accounts regarding her.).

Re Paid Access To Read "The Nicole Factor" Or Any Other Blogger Blog

A fellow tweeter alerted me to that, and that should not be happening. I don't know whether Blogger was hacked recently, at least two suspicious visits from Russia that registered on Feedjit and not Clustrmaps or Revolver, or anything else had to do with it. Nonetheless, Blogger never makes anyone pay for access to any blog whatsoever.

Meanwhile, I would not be surprised if the suspicious Russian visits had anything to do with it—I have been one of the more vocal laywomen against Trump (not to mention a more-exhausted one for various reasons, including the effects of cyberbullying by Trumpites).  BTW, keep an eye out if you suspect suspicious Russian or any other visits on your blog—given that, for example, I lost a cousin in the Sho'ah around this time 43 years ago (since he was kidnapped on March 31, 1944; in Suwałki as a hostage, and murdered by hanging in June 1944), I myself would be remiss to not speak up, especially since the Russians treated other cousins on that side no better afterwards (and even in being Anusim and b'nei-Anusim, my family did not escape the effects of either the Holocaust in Germany or the Holocaust in Russia—since the Holocaust actually began in Anti-Semitic Stalin in 1922 and did not end until the gulags closed in 1960, 12 years after Stalin implemented a "Final Solution" plan).

Why Is Kirk Douglas Still Not Admitting What He Did To Natalie Wood?

As I said, it's called being a Danilovich. That I could tell you what my paternal grandfather (of not-exactly-blessed memory) was like; and I will never forget what Granduncle Tony (of blessed memory) replied when I wrote something about my father and grandfather, and Pop-Pop's and Granduncle's father (the paternal grandson of a Danilovich). "Like father like son".
Lana Wood & Robert Downey, Jr. have experienced from outside of the familyat a much-more extreme level than most outside of the family do what dealing with the...eh...non remnant of the Daniloviches is like. Insofar as I know, those of us who are the remnant of that familyat least on our sideeither from the beginning or at least at some pointeven if it's at the endstop tolerating the ******** (Before I knew who exactly I am, I stopped tolerating the Danilovich ********—not that our other families didn't have issues, though something was in that Danilovich water—and I didn't even know that I'm a Jew, let alone a Danilovich through my paternal grandfather father's paternal grandfather, until I was 18.).

Even my Great-Granduncle Stanley (of blessed memory)as his grandson told mehad stopped dealing with the Danilovich ******** as much as he could for not having the Gospel, and he been cold to the Gospel all of his lifeunderstandably so as, though his grandson didn't know at the time that, our family were Anusim, and the Danilovich ******** from Great-Great-Granddad Czerniecki far from helped. When his grandson did share the Gospel with him and ask if he wanted to pray to receive Jesus into heart, he nodded his head as tears were in his eyes—and that helped him to begin to dispel and heal from the ******** like never before, and he saw that Jesus was neither the real motivation for so-called Christians to persecute his family nor the Jesus in which his family pretended to believe (that is, the Roman Catholic—and, by extension, the Polish Catholic—Church's version of Jesus).

Meanwhile, I'm guessing Great-Granduncle Stanley and others had and have stood in a position in which is now filled by—among othersperhaps one of the Danilovich-Douglas family members who's still living (in contrast to, e.g., Eric Douglas, who was—as someone who knows enough of any of the Danilovich history can seea victim partly of the Danilovich ******** that passed down through his line).

In conclusion, then, one can imagine what Lana Wood & Robert Downey, Jr. have dealt with as Non Daniloviches if he or she s a Danilovich has both dealt with and seen as others have dealt with Danilovich ********—and as I've said, you don't need to be on the Douglas side of the family to see it.

You Don't Know If You Have The Next Moment, Let Alone Tomorrow—So...

As much as Kirk Douglas' turning 100 looks like it's going to happen, one can't assume that it will—please stop making a big deal of it unless and until he does. For all that you know, he could die tonight or within the early hours of tomorrow.

Besides, consider Lana Wood, any survivors of Jean Spangler and her baby (whom happens to be a cousin of mine), and even layperson sides of the Danilovich family (the **** that one can't make up—many of us are unhappy with how Kirk Douglas wreaked more Danilovich havoc on other people. As I say—and with a hypocritical lack of better wording than "crazy"—Daniloviches either are crazy, attract crazy, or both are and attract crazy—although some of us end up relatively unscathed by the craziness and end up not scathing others).

Do you think that they and those like me really like watching as Kirk Douglas gets away with hurting others as he may live to be 100, and that three of his victims took what he did to them to the grave—and that he directly took two to the grave? The Kirk Douglas behind the fame and wealth of Kirk Douglas is one whom has used fame and wealth to hurt others (not that other stereotypical Daniloviches don't use what they have to hurt others, anyway).

Besides, these quotes (and ones which—trust me—capture that something that's in the Danilovich water) should disturb you (and I don't know who started the **** in the shtetl where we got the Danilovich name, though some common ancestor in Dunilavičy did start it. By the way, the qoutes aren't always in their original order.):

Virtue is not photogenic. What is it to be a nice guy? To be nothing, that's what. A big fat zero with a smile for everybody.
I've made a career of playing sons of bitches.
Making movies is a form of narcissism.
I've always believed virtue is not photogenic, and I think I've always been attracted to a part, uh, I'd rather play the *evil* character, most of the time, than the nice fella. And I think it really *bothered* my mother, because she would tell people, "You know, my son's not like that, he's really a nice boy!"
I can't tell you how many times someone has said, "I've heard you're such an S.O.B.I'll say, 'Who said that?' Ninety percent of the time, it;s [sic.] someone with whom I've never worked. [Note: 10% of the time, it's someone with whom he has.]
When you become a star, you don't change. Everyone else does.
[2011, on Anne Hathaway] She's gorgeous! Wow! Where were you when I was making pictures?  [Note: IMDB brackets original. Really nice to know that he thinks that when he has a wife!]
[Per IMDB's biography on him]: Hedda Hopper told him after he became a star with Champion (1949), "Now that you're a big hit, you've become a real S.O.B." Douglas replied," You're wrong. I was always an S.O.B. You just never noticed before.".

By the way, I'll give my father—whom resembles his paternal grandfather's cousin—this: he has, as far as I know, never raped or murdered anyone.

Before you even assume, then, that Kirk Douglas will make 100, think about who'll cringingly watch as he's done nothing but hurt others in the end—and as a descendant of "Katarzyna" Daniłowiczówna Czerniecka and Abram "Wojciech" Daniłowicz, I implore you to think about especially what Natalie Wood, Jean Spangler, and my cousin by Jean Spangler suffered—and I ask you to think about what Lana Wood suffers because one of my Danilovich relatives once again wreaked havoc on the world, and others whom suffer as we leave them in our wake because of Daniloviches like Kirk Douglas.

Pro Tip: Don't Post Bigotry On Which You Don't Want To Be Called Out

Two examples of Anti-Semitic bigotry this week include those from Bill Roper—whose WriterBeat post was shared on LinkedIn in the name of freedom of speech—and Felicity Jane Lowde—whom had the complete chutzpah to confront me on my Facebook page over my RT of @ElderofZiyon's response to her tweet.

By the way, another pro tip: never use your full name on Facebook. Giving your full name like that could be extremely dangerous—after all, even Jessica Leeds, who gave out only her first and last names, received horrid attacks and threats because of Lou Dobbs' criminal tweeting of her personal information—even if you're a horrid Anti Semite or another kind of horrid bigot, you don't need to give the extremists any fodder. For instance, saying that "Israel was bombing little children"—as foolish as you are for accusing the IDF of infantocide and paedocide—will incur the dangerous wrath of Kahanists whom don't know to leave well enough alone—Meir Kahane was a violent extremist, and quite a few of his followers continue to incite and/or attempt violence against those with whom they disagree.

Bigotry on all sides—whether Kahanist or Anti Semitic, or other kinds of bigotry—is dangerous; posting bigotry on which you don't want to be called out is not a good idea, and bigots and other hateful people on all sides can and will use any information that they find on others—including other bigotsto harm them—as aforementioned, Lou Dobbs harmed Jessica Leeds by using only her name to find and share information on her.

Originally On LinkedIn:

One of the common sentiments that I read and hear people express is that the journalism field—from the "mainstream media" to the "right-wing blogs"—are increasingly becoming unprofessional and more driven by celebrity status and entertainment than actual journalism. I myself can see this, even when I read the conspiracy theories about—for example—Seth Rich and Justice Antonin Scalia being murdered by, respectively, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama operatives. There are also commentators and analysts whom are driven more by celebrity status and entertainment that professionalism, and even commentators and analysts have a responsibility to be as objective and driven by the truth as possible—and one example whom I (and others) see as preferring to be a celebrity and showmaster is Sean Hannity, whom would rather promote particularly-Anti-Semitic and criminal businessman Donald Trump than call out Donald Trump's instances of racism (including the racism directed at President Obama, whom he claims was born in Kenya), ableism (including at Sergei Kovaleski), xenophobia (including at Mexico-born-and-naturalized-American Jorge Ramos), misogyny (including at Megyn Kelly, and at his daughter Ivanka and ex wife Ivanka—one of whom he stated that he would date were she not his daughter, and the other one whom he raped and later extorted into retracting her testimony in "Trump v. Trump"), and Anti Semitism (including at Julia Ioffe, the Republican Jewish Coalition, and even his own in-law son, Jared Kushner).

Other fields are just as increasingly unprofessional as the journalism field—among them are the academia, medical, and even law-enforcement and criminal-justice fields, with those like notorious Anti Semites such as the took-a-long-time-to-fire Joy Karenga, nurses whom take sexually-explicit pictures of unconscious patients, and the late Lieutenant Joe Gliniewicz and the should-be-under-investigation-for-perjury-and-evidence-tampering Jose Baez.

The unprofessionalism in all fields, meanwhile, is sadly a symptom of the morally- and ethically-declining American culture—with comorbid symptoms such as a declining work ethic and abuses of LinkedIn, which will become a de-facto social-networking site unless Microsoft and LinkedIn work to restore LinkedIn to its original purpose in the same way that, for example, Fox News had to fire Roger Ailes and restructure the Fox News hierarchy in order to start rebalancing and rectifying the unfairness in which the "fair and balanced" news channel has increasingly engaged.

Incidentally, the same United States that is returning to the production and consumption of organic foods, a balance of modern and ancient medicine, and the use of natural and organic hygiene and house-cleaning products is more willing to restore and maintain its physical health than its moral, ethical, and professional health—as has been since in cases such as the class-action-lawsuit case against the "non-GMO" Naked Juice, which actually fraudulently marketed their GMO-laden products as never having had GMOS in them.

Originally On LinkedIn: Facebook, Its TOS, and Algorithms?

A while back, a Facebook friend told me that Facebook apparently enforces its TOS by using algorithms. Algorithms—a well-over-$1-Million company uses algorithms to enforce its TOS?

"I believe the maker of facebook is sexist and racist. Something should be done about it. I got in trouble for swearing at a racist but he didnt get in trouble for being racist. Something is so wrong with that"
I wish that I could've replied to her comment with the observation that its more that Facebook is evidently not hiring enough people to enforce its TOS—and while I grant that there are multiple TOS-violation reports a day, I also grant that there are:

  1. Many people looking for jobs.
  2. People like me whom'd be glad to have a job helping Facebook enforce its own TOS, especially since many of us have been affected by TOS violators. As for me, I live in Maryland and could help enforce Facebook's TOS virtually—I can't drive (since I have Cerebral Palsy) and, while I'm working on being an author and analyst-commentator, would love to be off of SSI benefits as well to help Facebook crack down the kind of, e.g., ableism and Anti Semitism by which I've been affected. Of course, I have to be prepared for the reality that Facebook will see me as nothing more than my Cerebral Palsy and what mental illnesses I have—after all, why would Facebook see me as any different since they often don't care when an individual with a disability is attacked by a TOS violator?
  3. TOS violations that are so egregious, they've had to be reported to the FBI since Facebook wouldn't deal with them—and I remember that the FBI emailed me back per one threat that I reported and told me that I needed to forward the threat report to the Secret Service.
  4. Too many instances in which Facebook even restores accounts and pages of TOS violators—and one page that they restored involved a threat against Hillary Clinton, while another on which someone reported content posted an obscene "**** Facebook" meme regarding when Facebook actually did enforce their TOS.
Since Facebook probably won't hire me, though (See Point Two and consider the case of Katie Shoener in a non-Facebook field.), they could at least consider what I've written here & hire others whom are looking for jobs.

Why Thomas Salbey Does Deserved To Get Charged, Though Not With "Detriment To the Dead" Charges

Thomas Salbey's possibility of getting charged in Munich angered a friend of mine. Unfortunately, I had to agree with Bavarian prosecutors that Thomas Salbey has to be charged. However, I noted that the charges should not be related to "detriment" to the decedent, the Munich Mall murderer. The charges, as I stated, should be:

  1. aggravated battery
  2. aggravated disturbance of the peace
  3. aggravated exacerbation of a deadly situation by way of aggravated provocation
  4. obstruction of justice by way of interfering with law-enforcement work.

I'm pretty sure that some (including my friend) will not be thrilled with my assessment, though it is what is. After all, Thomas Salbey worsened a bad-enough situation, especially by throwing a beer bottle at an already-dangerous-to-self-and-others individual.

Imagine If You Will...

The board of directors and shareholders in a given company go to elect a new CEO. The head of the board has his candidate in mind and helps his candidate to override the will of the majority of the board and of the shareholders, and he is complicit with the candidate in unethically and illegally getting the candidate elected to be the CEO.
Among the unethical and illegal means that he employs and/or encourages are intimidation of board members and shareholders—as well as of any employees whom are not on the board and still have a say, changes in the board-election rules, and forcibly giving all of the votes to his candidate in spite of the protests from those whose votes were forcibly given to a candidate for whom they not vote. The intimidation, by the way, includes violations of the Civil Rights and Equal Opportunity Employment Act—and those violations include death threats.
If only you only imagined that—that is, after all, akin to what happened with the nomination of Donald Trump as the Republican nominee for President of the United States. In this case, the CEO and the Head Of the Board Of Directors are, respectively, Donald Trump and Reince Priebus. As for the company in this case, it is the Republican Party—its board members, shareholders, and employees are the delegates at the GOP Convention, donors, and the voters.
Just as the FBI, DOJ, and others would investigate a company such as the one which was described above, the FBI, DOJ, and others will have to investigate Donald Trump and Reince Priebus, among others. By the way, I have received quite a few of the threats, and one fellow Twitter user even admitted to voting for Donald Trump in three states.

Originally On LinkedIn: Re Sexual Harassment In the Workplace As Manifested By Roger Ailes

Let's face that Roger Ailes sexually harassed Gretchen Carlson, and even an intellectually-honest layperson—including an intellectually-honest aspiring professional—can see that—and at least aspiring professionals can learn from this tragedy while they look to enter the workforce, which may sadly hold incidents of harassment in their futures.

Everyone needs to note, for example, that:

  1. Gretchen Carlson filed the lawsuit after she was terminated, and she finally felt free to speak up.
  2. Roger Ailes has not pressed criminal-libel and fraud charges. He, however, did try to get the case moved from a New Jersey state court—neutral territory—to federal court—and he, having worked for Richard Nixon, has connections in the federal government.
  3. Given that Gretchen Carlson wrote those notes asking for more airtime, one can bet that her contract was breached against her multiple times—e.g., that she was not getting the airtime that her contract stipulated.
  4. One can also bet that praise for Ailes that she wrote in her 2015 book was blackmailed out of her.
  5. Not only has Gretchen Carlson reached a point—so have six colleagues whom spoke to "The Blaze", with two publicly identifying themselves.
  6. Only three ex colleagues have vocally spoken in favor of Roger Ailes and against Gretchen Carlson.
  7. One has to now wonder why Alisyn Camerota really left Fox News—what did "more opportunity" really mean?

The victim shaming that Gretchen Carlson has endured, by the way, goes to prove that sexual harassment and other abuse against women is indeed still rampant in the workplace, and inexcusably rampant. In other words, is abuse against women in the workplace excusable since "it happens all the time"?

Good luck to the likes of Roger Ailes, though—Roger Ailes and his ilk will need luck when their careers are ended because of their mistreatments of women and their subsequent inabilities to recruit women as employees.

Originally On LinkedIn: Regarding Government And the Workforce

I will (at least try to) never forget when Former Pakistani Prime Minister Bhutto was murdered on December 27, 2007—and I will never forget the clip in which she highlighted her philosophy on government: "Where the madrassas won't get involved, the government will."
The equivalent of the late Bhutto's statement for Non-Muslim (or at least Non-Muslim-majority) countries: the government has to and will get involved when the churches, synagogues, mosques, etc. won't get involved. Taking the examples of my people in the Desert and churches in particular—since I'm a Jewish Christian—I highlight why OSHA had to be created and why legislation such as the Civil Rights Act had to be written (Incidentally, what a shame that Barry Goldwater did not support the Civil Rights Act.)
The first example comes when God spoke to Moses about when a house is being built:
“When you build a new house, then you shall make a parapet for your roof, that you may not bring guilt of bloodshed on your household if anyone falls from it.
So much for that being applied and happening in the Judeo-Christian United States! Thus came along the Occupational Health and Safety Administration, since its predecessors weren't adequate enough—and even after Upton Sinclair exposed the equivalent of "guilt of bloodshed...if anyone falls from [a being-built roof]" in the meat-packing industry! By the way, when I Googled to find out when OSHA was founded, I was surprised to see that it was not founded until 1971, long after "one nation under God" should have had an organization to hold the reckless employers and overseers accountable.
Also by the way, OSHA came too late for those such as coal miners in Northeastern Pennsylvania—with my great-great-grandfathers Michael Gajdos, Sr. and Julian Czarnecki among them—and groundskeepers such as Julian's son Anthony (whom, as I've written before, severed three of his toes and his leg up to his knee as he mowed a lawn at the apartment complex which hired him—and his work-related accident partly affected his suicide just months later).
Were their churches there to raise a voice for them and other workers, to hold their congregants' and community members' employers accountable for the employees' safeties. After all—as especially the Bible-literate ones, including my family whom needed someone to speak up for them as workers, would have known—"Justice, justice you shall pursue!" Yet, not even a layman or laywoman rose his or her voice enough to affect that an organization such as OSHA would be unnecessary.
The same laymen and laywomen also neglected to raise their voices enough when civil rights were an issue, even though "You shall love your neighbor as yourself" automatically implies that nobody should discriminate against anyone else. Because not enough men or women raised their voices until laywomen like Rosa Parks spoke up through their civilly-disobedient actions, and clergymen such as Drs. Martin Luther King and Abraham Joshua Heschel marched as they called for freedom for all Americans, the derogatory signs such as the horrid ones against Jewish and Irish men remained on business-owners' doors and windows, and Blacks and women were lucky if they were paid even remotely close to fairly. Never mind that a Jewish man whom wouldn't have been allowed to apply, James by name, admonished fellow followers of another Jew, Jesus of Nazareth:
Indeed the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, cry out; and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth." 5 You have lived on the earth in pleasure and luxury; you have fattened your hearts as in a day of slaughter. You have condemned, you have murdered the just; he does not resist you.
How many church-going businessmen "condemned...the just" such as the Jews (including church-going ones) and Irishmen whom they would not hire, despite that these Jews and Irishmen would have gladly "mowed [their fields]?" How many of these same church-going businessmen had "wages...which [they] kept back by fraud" from sharecroppers, shoeshiners, maids, nurses, and other laborers?
(Incidentally, I have questions for you if you wonder—or, if you knew, still wonder—why my paternal family remained Crypto Jews in even the United States—after all, "No Jews" still reeks of the albe-far-worse Anti Semitism that they escaped when they left Imperial Russia and Austria Hungary. If my family isn't enough of an example, look at the family of lucky-to-be-a-businessman, Austria-Hungary-born Fritz "Frederick Kerry" Kohn.)
Because apparently-pious, God-and-country, "Bless your heart" businessmen withheld wages from and otherwise discriminated against Blacks and women (even with intimidating maxims such as "It's a man's job" and "A woman's place is in the home."), and refused to hire Irishmen and Jews (all while slandering and libelling Jews as conspirators whom owned every business), the Civil Rights Act (including Titles VII and IX) had to be written and signed into law. By the way, in terms of Title IX: you try getting a decent job without some kind of college degree (whether you'd've gotten an Associate's Degree or a four-year-degree), let alone if you had to leave college because you faced horrid discrimination, and tell me when you get that job.
Even I have a B.A. in Political Science from UMBC, and—according to the National Association of Mental Illnesses' recent newsletter—I am statistically doomed because of mental illnesses, which make me three times more likely to be unemployable than someone with a physical disability—and here's the kicker: I have both mental illnesses and Cerebral Palsy. So, think again if you don't think that Title IX relates to the workforce as much as it relates to the educational system.
I also note that Titles VII and IX far from help me, and they also far from help others—since the government is made up of people whom should be getting involved in their communities both within and outside the government sector, Title VII and IX often fail to be enforced. After all, many of the people who are supposed to be enforcing the Civil Rights Act—not to mention the Americans With Disabilities Act—are the same kinds of people who look down on the kind of people on whom the oh-so-pious businessmen of back then looked down. Therefore, quite a bit of government involvement that's supposed to make up for the lack of community involvement actually becomes a Catch-22.
Nonetheless, the government has to be involved when the communities won't get involved—even when the government gets involved too late for those like Michael Gajdos, Julian and Anthony Czarnecki, and Frederick Kerry, not to mention the Irishpersons, Blacks, and women whom were in similar positions to the positions of the Gajdoses, the Czarneckis, and the Kohns.

Rejection Hurts. Even For-the-Best-Rejection Hurts.

Examples of hurtful, good and bad, rejections:

  1. Societal rejection, which effects mass-scale evils such as the Holocaust and the continuing rise of Donald Trump. For Jews, Blacks, Hispanics, and other peoples; women, people with disabilities, and immigrants to be told, "You don't count;" "you're not a part of America", etc. hurts—didn't Jews already suffer rejection during the Holocaust, including in the U.S. (when, e.g., Bernard Baruch was blamed for the "Jew Deal" and the "S.S. St. Louis" was turned away)? Didn't Blacks already suffer with Jim Crow and the Nadir? Didn't Hispanics already suffer with being stereotyped during "Operation Wetback"? Never mind that women suffered until even decades after Susan B. Anthony came along, and never mind that people with disabilities are still mistreated (by those such as Dana Stubblefield and TMZ, whom went after the rape victim and her "bizarre profile"—shame on TMZ for going after a person with intellectual disabilities, let alone a person with intellectual disabilities whom was trying to find a job and got raped at work!).
  2. Familial rejection—all one, e.g., has to do is read the headlines about how a mother murdered her four-year-old child whom had Cystic Fibrosis and how female middle- and high-school students throw away their newly-born children as if the children are disposable tampons or medical waste such as pushed-out kidney stones.
  3. Romantic rejection—especially for people whom've been abused and/or whom are disabled, both having to reject romantic prospects and being rejected as a romantic prospect hurts. I've been on both sides of the rejector-rejectee coin—I had to call the police on each ex after I broke up with him, and I'm a stigma in myself because of my disabilities and having been abused (verbally, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically) in the past. Also refer to the point about societal rejection—I'm not the only person with disabilities (including mental illnesses) who's been seen as a romantic liability and/or undesirable.
  4. Professional rejection—e.g., getting a book manuscript rejected (which just happened to me, and I'm trying to find out how I can improve and resubmit the manuscript), résumé rejections, and rejections that stem from societal rejections (e.g., Refer to the point about Dana Stubblefield's victim, whom was raped on the job that she finally found; and read some of Jeff Woodward's writings and writings that Jeff Woodward has shared—which prove my point that ableism is rampant in the workplace because it is rampant in society, despite that my family refuses to believe me).
  5. Rejection by friends—or at least whom you thought were friends—and mentors—or at least whom you thought were mentors. Rejection, of course, includes betrayal—and one example of betrayal is Dr. Ben Carson's betrayal of African Americans by his endorsement of Donald Trump and slamming of Harriet Tubman's being placed on the $20 bill.
Most of the rejection types and examples thereof are bad rejections, although even the bad rejections—as hurtful as they are—have at least some good in them. e.g.:

  1. Non Trumpites have found out just really how America's colors run or don't run—even if there's a silent majority whom won't speak against Donald Trump (and Donald Trump's friend Hillary Clinton).
  2. People whose families rejected them sometimes don't even have to live in an increasingly-cruel and -miserable world, let alone among cruel and miserable families.
  3. One finds out and/or is reminded of what true love is and what true love isn't.
  4. One is forced to either carry on and/or even improve if doing so is possible.
  5. If someone seems too good to be truly good, they may just be—e.g., Dr. Ben Carson has shown how much intelligence does not equal wisdom, and how the supposedly-outsider conservative and retired neurosurgeon-turned-aspiring-POTUS is really a Dixiecrat to the core—one can't be a true Republican and good role model for African-American young men and women if he supports Tammany-Hall Trump and Andrew Jackson over Harriet Tubman.

An Ethnocidal-Religiocidal 21-Year-Old & Nine Innocents: Why?

I am trying to understand how a man who's my age could be so hard-hearted and evil. What was his motive? Infamy? "Revenge" for the racism in this country of late--how does racist violence against innocents rectify any wrongs? Evil for evil?--maybe he had a grudge and racistly scapegoated? Trying to be cool and impress his fellow ex cons? Racism and crime are never cool. Suicide by cop and murder? Why didn't he take just himself in any case? Either way, he needs the death penalty--preferably by firing squad.

An Open Letter To Everyone Whom Has And/Or Could Harass And Bully Me For My Beliefs, Etc.

The non-underlined text is in regards to what prompted me to write this letter to a specific person. The underlined text is specific and general, as I have had others similarly harass and bully me in the past:

My belief in Yeshua is not relevant to the subject of homosexual acts as to how that the treated in the Torah, which is a common ground for both Messianic and Non-Messianic Jews. I even told a fellow Messianic that proselytizing is unacceptable and intolerable. Your attempt to embarrass me for my beliefs is a violation of the Facebook TOS as well as Torah.

Per the Facebook TOS alone:

1) "We respect other people's rights, and expect you to do the same.
You will not post content or take any action on Facebook that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.

"We can remove any content or information you post on Facebook if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies."

2) "Posting things that don't follow the Facebook Community Standards (ex: threats, hate speech, graphic violence).

Using Facebook to bully, impersonate or harass anyone.

Abusing Facebook features (ex: sending friend requests to a lot of people you don't know). Overusing features could make other people feel uncomfortable or unsafe. As a result, we have limits in place to restrict the rate at which you can use features. Learn more about these limits."

3) "We don’t tolerate bullying or harassment. We allow you to speak freely on matters and people of public interest, but remove content that appears to purposefully target private individuals with the intention of degrading or shaming them. This content includes, but is not limited to: "

4) "Content that attacks people based on their actual or perceived race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or disease is not allowed. We do, however, allow clear attempts at humor or satire that might otherwise be considered a possible threat or attack. This includes content that many people may find to be in bad taste (ex: jokes, stand-up comedy, popular song lyrics, etc.)." (What Facebook considers hate speech)

If you attempt to embarrass or shame me again, I will look into having charges for cyberbullying, hate crimes, and civil-rights violations pressed against you.

If Some Of You All Want To Keep Judging Ms. Dorvilier....

By the way, Google it, too. "Postpartum Depression violence". Some of you all need to grow up (at best) and/or get mental-health treatment (at "worst"/most). Also, do not buy that Postpartum Depression and violence have no link. Depression, let alone Postpartum Depression, can affect violence (including murder and murder-suicide). My father's paternal grandfather (not a Postpartum-Depressive man, let alone an untreated one, as far as I know) committed suicide because of Depression alone! How much more might a Postpartum-Depressive woman commit suicide and/or murder! In addition, I suggest that you keep silent if you have no clue about mental illness. After all, "Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding." (Proverbs 17:28, for Christians and so-called Christians—especially if you are Jewish. You well know that our fathers and mothers received all of Tanakh by the Second Temple Era). For everyone else, "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."

Let me add, too, that I know about mental illness. I already explained enough about my mother's maternal grandmother's mother, did I not? I also explained enough my father's grandfather. Well, guess what? I inherited his Depression! I also inherited my father's OCD/Anxiety and ADD (He will admit to the ADD. He has yet to admit that OCD/Anxiety and Depression; though I clearly inherited his mental illnesses, and I remember those pill bottles that I saw in his now-former apartment. Let me tell you, now I know that not all of them were Vitamin B12 pills. I also have other memories that I did not think about at the time that they were present events.).

I, thus, know what I am saying. Therefore, I can open my mouth. I forgot to mention as well, and let me add, that my mother's paternal grandfather's father ended up in Springfield State Hospital due to Alcoholism. I also ended up in Sheppard Pratt once, and that's where I was diagnosed with Depression. I can give other examples as well, and now I am really going to tell the "some of you all" to shut your mouths and not say a damned thing about me—and I know that at least one of you thought that I was the fool in this case. I did not say that I am wise, by the way; so, you word twisters can really stop now (Do not think that I am clueless, either.).

I even suspect that quite a few of the "some of you all" are sociopaths and/or otherwise lacking compassion, critical thinking skills, and discernment as well. According to Fox News (who published an Associated Press article), "Authorities believe the mother doused her baby with an accelerant then set her on fire, Bewley said. They do not have a motive. The woman was taken into custody Friday night." Yet, some of you all have the hutzpah to cite "innocent until proven guilty" even in cases in which the motive is clear.

Postpartum Psychosis, Crime, Etc.

BTW, my sister wants to clarify that her rude background laughter had nothing to do with the subjects at hand, despite that I asked that she would be quiet while I made the video to which this blog entry applies.

Anyway, here are the statistics on Postpartum Depression and Psychosis:

(Please note that Black and other Non-White, Non-Hispanic women are affected the most.).
