To Especially "Momma"'s and Reilly's Loved Ones Whom Are Up North...

150 years (and a day for those whom are in the MDT and more eastward timezones) is a long time, and (in the case of Canada, two to three days short of) only 91 years less than the United States has been around.

(In other words, the card's not too late!)

Last Quick-Break-In-The-Promised-Post Cycle, Part One

On Wednesday, the last day of May 2017, the special anniversary that occurred was the third anniversary of a week since Reilly had been home:

On Saturday, meanwhile, the second anniversary of Camille's homecoming will occur.

Correction (June 10, 2017): Camille came home on June 6th—oh well; she still came home on a Saturday (Excuse "Auntie Nicole" for having an ADD-, etc.-addled brain and two years in between Cam's homecoming to remember!).

Preview Of the Last Quick-Break-In-The-Promised-Post Cycle

  1. A special anniversary happened yesterday, and another one will happen in nine days.
  2. Reilly was particularly mean to and aggressive toward Camille and "Auntie Michelle" last night—and all over treats.
  3. How Father's Day will be for "Momma" and Reilly is to be seen, especially since Reilly has never met her "Pop-Pop" ("Momma"'s dad) and she doesn't yet have a human "Daddy" of her own (let alone her possible "Daddy" in her life, and "Momma" could certainly use a helpmate to help her be able to help Reilly more)—all while Reilly will be 3.25 Gregorian years old on June 25th and"Momma" will be a month short of 27.5 Gregorian years old on June 23rd (Time passes!).
  4. Once again, barky and jealous Reilly has to have a nicer way of saying, "Hi!"

Part 2.3 Of the Previously-Promised Post: An Anecdote Regarding Reilly's Jealously & Loyalty

Reilly is loyal and jealous to a point that when "Auntie Michelle" was trying to help "Momma" get to the restroom last night (since "Momma" had a hard time getting up due to a horrid IBS flareup), Reilly thought that "Auntie Michelle" was hurting "Momma" and tried to defend her.

By the way, Happy Homecoming Day, Reilly!

She still hates pictures, especially when she's sleepy. "Momma" tried to see if she could get a picture and Reilly would give a stinkeye!

Happy Acquaintance Day, Reilly!

Short of one day a year before Reilly met Camille, Reilly's "Momma" and "Auntie Michelle" (Camille's "Mimi") met Reilly. "Auntie Michelle" got pictures and video—"Momma", on the other hand, was too busy meeting and greeting Reilly:

This is the only picture that "Momma" got, meanwhile:

Exactly three weeks later, Reilly came home (away from home, anyway: im yirtzeh Yehovah, "Momma" and Reilly plan to make aliyah and take "Momma"'s—at least for now, possible—helpmate and Reilly's—at least for now, possible—"Daddy"¹.)

¹ Although he's insisted that he's not Jewish—long story!

Happy Acquaintance Day, Camille!

On May 2, 2015—which was, by the way, the 70th Anniversary of VE Day!—Reilly met Camille. As on May 2, 2015, today's Acquaintance Day for Camille fell on an auspicious date: this time, the day was Israeli Independence Day (Yom Ha'Atzma'ut, which actually did fall on Iyar 5—not Iyar 6—of 5708).

For Camille the MaltiJew, this makes sense.

Incidentally, Camille seemed to like "Czardas" when "Auntie Nicole" listened to it one night. "Auntie Nicole" wonders, then, how Camille would react to this—especially partly since "Mimi" used to play the violin.

Happy Hebrew Birthday, Camille!

Now Camille is officially two years old! Today is Nisan 6, 5777 (April 3-4, 2017), and the inadvertently-named-for-a-matriarch-of-"Mimi" Camille is two years old on both the Gregorian (secondary) and Hebrew (primary) calendars. She seemed to like when "Auntie Nicole" explained this to her (since she was listening and understanding as a puppy can understand) and was licking "Auntie Nicole"'s hand (She was either indicating her approval of her explanation, tasting whatever was on her hand, or doing both.).

Today, Camille has become a second-year "bark mitzvah" (in human terms, two years old; in canine terms, 24 years old, assuming that one would hold Cam's "bark mitzvah" when she was 12 canine years old; and "Auntie Nicole" just now felt a little verklempt about Camille getting older)!

Cam's Learning To Lay Down ("Lie Down")! Other Notes As Well

On Camille's birthday, Camille is learning "lie down". If Cam can fully and succesfully "lie down" without having to be prompted by treats right in front of her first, "Mimi" will be impressed 🙂.

Meanwhile, on th not-so-good notes:

  1. Reilly "peedied" in the house twice today, and once in front of "Momma"—either Reilly is (as "Auntie Michelle" thinks) entering her "terrible threes" or (as "Momma" thinks) jealous of Cam and trying to reclaim alpha status (since she perceives that she lost it), has drunk more water than usual, or has a UTI (🙁).
  2. As Camille and Reilly get older, "Momma" is re-reminded that everyone else is (or at least quite a few others are) getting married, started on having families, promoted at work, living out other dreams that they've had, etc., while "Momma" and Reilly are not getting younger. Meanwhile, "Momma" just wishes that a certain person whom might be "Momma"'s helpmate and Reilly's "Daddy" would just give her answer as to whether he thinks that he is one or the other way. After all, for example, another case of trying to roll Reilly this morning failed again.

Guess Who (Sort-Of) Turns Two Tomorrow?

Happy Birthday, Camille! Meanwhile, her Hebrew birthday isn't until Nisan 6 or 7, 5777—so, she technically remains two for a little longer—either way, she got used to when we brought her home on June 7, 2015 to live with her match (aka, her twice-removed cousin Reilly. "Auntie Nicole" is verklempt with watching those old videos, meanwhile):

When "Momma" Saw 12:00 AM, 3/25/17 On Her Computer....

She shouted for joy—and definitely kvelled!—and gave Reilly scritches, etc.. Cam thus let out a jealous bark!—so "Auntie Nicole" gave her scritches as well, and Cam even let "Auntie Nicole" pick her up like a human picks up a human baby with "Wee!" (After a later second try, though, of course, Cam jumped off of the couch like, "Enough".)

PS "Auntie Michelle" was understandably verklempt when she realized that Reilly is now three years old according to both the Hebrew and Gregorian calendars.

National Puppy Day 2017, &c.

Remember that "Momma" wanted Reilly to have a more-obedient nature by her third birthday? That is apparently not happening—after all, what better way to mark National Puppy Day is there but to eat many "nasties", bark inappropriately, and even play roughly enough with Camille to the point at which Camille yelped as puppies do when other puppies are playing too roughly with them?

As "Momma" has said, she needs somebody to be a helpmate to her and a co-human parent to Reilly (and this admittedly is partly a "hint, hint" to whomever Reilly's "Daddy" is supposed to be, especially if he is who "Momma" thinks that he is). After all, for example and as "Momma" has also said, being 5'1.75" with Cerebral Palsy far from helps her, for instance, be able to try to roll Reilly over when she inappropriately barks.

More Of What "Momma" Wants For Reilly's Birthday & Camille's Hebrew Birthday

Besides what "Momma" already asked, and—for example—didn't quite get when Reilly ate "nasties" (as "Momma" heard from upstairs when "Auntie Michelle" and "Mom-Mom" confronted Reilly—and barked inappropriately this morning) "Momma" wants people to at least look at (if not buy) some copies of Reilly's books—re Reilly in general and as a "dogter", and re Reilly's "stella" snow day (for which "Momma" needs to finish the paperback copy). Also by the way, "Momma" was again exhausted yesterday and is having a ton of anxiety today partly because of not getting certain clear answers about a certain person (and one that Reilly'd want to meet, might "Momma" add)—especially as Reilly's getting older, and turned three yesterday at sunset (Adar 23, 5776), and "Momma"'s not far from 30 at all (and in "Momma"'s condition, 30 is old indeed).

By the way, Camille's Hebrew birthdate was Nisan 6 or Nisan 7, 5775—and "Auntie Nicole" is not sure of which, since she has no clue as to whether Camille was born before or after sunset)—so, Camille has a while before she is officially two (since the Hebrew calendar is what God created to overall all calendars, with a harsh caveat in Moses' time up until the Diaspora due to the Romans).

A Few Things That "Momma" Wants Reilly To Have For Her Birthday

Reilly will be three on March 25th by Gregorian dating (and by Hebrew dating, today at sunset, the 23rd of Adar! L'Yom Huledet Same'ach, Reilly!). As far as "Momma"'s birthday wish list for Reilly, it includes:

  1. A more-obedient nature, and an obedient nature that only enhances (not diminishes) what independence, individuality, etc. that she as a puppy can have. After all, for example, disobeying "Mom-Mom" by eating "nasties" to a point at which "Mom-Mom" had to give her another "Mom-Mom"-to-Reilly talk resulted a few hours ago.
  2. A less-jealous nature, and a less-jealous nature that only enhances her loyal and loving nature, since perhaps (for example) she'd be nicer to Camille were she less jealous!
  3. That a certain person would enter Reilly's life
  4. That "Momma" would be a better "Momma" to Reilly (which, especially as Reilly stares down "Momma" again, "Momma" knows that having a certain person in Reilly's life would help).

Countdowns To Birthdays, An Anniversary That Happened Re Writing About Reilly Two Weeks Ago, &c.

Reilly will be three years old in five days on the Gregorian calendar, and Camille will be two years old in a week. Meanwhile, "Momma" is also remembering another milestone: exactly two weeks ago, two years passed since "Momma" became a mentoree to the main person whom inspired her to write about Reilly and become an author in general; and three weeks and two years will have passed since "Auntie Nicole" became a mentoree on Camille's birthday.

Of course, Reilly has example after example of when she's spoiled, whether it's her birthday or any other given day. As for "Momma", not so much—in fact, "Momma" wonders if God loves Reilly more than He loves herapparently, for example, it's good for "Momma" to be alone while it's not good for anyone else, notwithstanding that "Momma" needs a helpmate and Reilly needs a "Daddy". Also, how will "Momma" surely know, for instance, whether the guy is a total stranger or even one of the guys among guys and gals whom inspired "Momma" to write about Reilly, no matter what "Momma" thinks in regards to who is or might be Reilly's "Daddy"?

La Tarde Del Día de Las Gracias de 2016 á La Casa De Santa Reilly

Last night, "Momma" discussed a noche normal ȧ la casa. On this Tarde Del Día de Las Gracias, partly in memory of one of "ancestors" of Reilly, "Momma" will discuss Thanksgiving Eve 2016 (which has the somber overture of the 42nd anniversary of Reilly's "ancestor"'s passing. Surprisingly, though, that wasn't brought up or recalled—though "Momma" is pretty sure that "Mom-Mom" is thinking about it, and supposes that "Mom-Mom" might be okay with "Momma" calling Reilly's "ancestor" "Pop-Pop Allen" or "Great-Granddaddy Allen" when she mentions him to Reilly.).

So far, Thanksgiving Eve has gone like the following:

Camille knows that she's cute and can get away with a lot.

  • Camille also treated "Mimi" much better than she treated Reilly—she showed "Mimi" that she is thankful to be "Camille Dominique Allen-Czarnecki" (or if "Mimi" wants to get into touch with far-less-remote heritage, Camilia Dominica Charnetski y Alen—or really "Alan", since "ll" would be pronounced as "y" en español, and "Allen" was "Allan" beforehand.)
Camille is an undyingly-devoted "dogter".

  • Reilly tolerated as "Momma" positioned her Maltipoo ear in a perked-up position.

  • She also reacted, including with a big yawn, as "Auntie Michelle" was doing some kind of tapdance or something.
A sleepy Reilly yawned to tiredness and excitement.

Bug-eyed Reilly made "Momma" laugh: "It was funny to see Ri bug eyed."

By the way:

  1. Reilly and "Momma", and Camille and her "Mimi" wish everybody a Happy Thanksgiving (and "Momma" and Reilly particularly wish "Momma"'s to-be helpmate Reilly's future "Daddy" a Happy Thanksgiving, and "Momma" would still like to know about that early Christmukkah honor).
  2. Since the "ancestor" in question was likely Sephardic through his maternal grandmother (whose father was likely un converso), to the mourners:

July 5, 1945: On This Day

  1. 71 years ago, the USSR murdered resistance fighters in Augustów. Among them were Andrulewicz cousins of mine, as well as a Margiewicz cousin. Because we were and are Anusim and bnei-Anusim, their sides were never recognized as Jews until now. Also, the Holocaust was never recognized as having been in Russia beyond 1945—until the gulags were closed in 1960, Stalin's attempt at a "Final Solution" continued. May all of the more than 6 Million Jews whom were murdered in the Holocaust be counted as Holocaust victims.
  2. Also on this day, Julia Fosko Rusnak blessedly died and did not have to see the horrid days coming. Granted that she died a horrible death, which involved surgical complications due to appendix-removal surgery. Still, she was taken from her own bed in the hospital:
"The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart, and godly men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come. He entereth into peace, they rest in their beds, each one that walketh in his uprightness."
By the way, I know that my family gets mad at me for having found out and acknowledged what Andrew Rusnak and Mary Rusnak Gaydos did. Nonetheless, I can and will not change the past, and I have already made clear that I will not blame the Foczkos.

Two Years Since...

My Reilly came home!

While Reilly is a dog now and can no longer fit under chair the green chair, she's a (as the breeder warned us) feisty one (We didn't believe it, though quiet and docile Reilly showed us! By the way, both Reilly and Camille are evidence that good, loving, competent, and knowledgeable breeders exist, despite the adopt-and-rescue zealots whom like to slander, libel, and give a bad name to breeders just because of puppy millers—and why don't those "adopt, don't shop" types go reform the human-adoption-and-foster system, confront the "baby designers" and other eugenicists [including abortionists], and encourage adoption over IVF first?

(By the way, a family friend [Diane Magruder of blessed memory] referred us to Joyce, and Diane got to meet Reilly during the last time that she saw us. She never got to meet Cam, though she will see Ri and Cam at the Resurrection Of the Dead and the beginning of the Millennial Kingdom.)
