Meanwhile, for valid reasons, one side of my Lehr family "were not allowed to speak German" during World War Two—per a cousin in Baltimore. The same went for an off-color joke that my grandmother—whom we call "Mom-Mom"—made, whether she knew or didn't know that she is Jewish—and Pop-Pop Pundt, one of Dora Lehr Pundt's grandsons, understandably chased her with a belt around the kitchen when she jokingly called Granduncle Jack (of blessed memory) "just like Hitler".

Also, incidentally, some of the DeBoys were indeed Jews—as a DeBoy cousin told me when I asked, and I'm pretty sure that Catherine Peltz DeBoy was one of them (Rosina Braun DeBoy may've been one, too, though I can't be sure.). By our time, the majority of DeBoys ended up in Germany—though we liked to pretend that it was Alsace-Lorraine (which our branch left in about 1630—perhaps we were far from thrilled that Anti Semitism was creeping into every echelon of German society, including Prussian society, at the same time that the Haskalah was occurring)—and, as my cousin explained, some DeBoys did marry Jews—and perhaps that's why Nana Pundt slapped Mom-Mom on the face during this exchange (not to mention that she was Roman Catholic at the time, though the DeBoys had actually been Lutheran for quite a while at that point—even her father's uncle for whom her father was a namesake was Lutheran. I'm not exactly sure where being Catholic reentered for the DeBoys—maybe Catherine Peltz was a Jewish Catholic.).

While I grant that I was not even born until well after this exchange, I understand that Jewish-Italian relations have often been as fraught as Irish-Italian relations. Besides, the Romans breached our walls, later tried to make Vatican Hill the New Zion, and exalted one of their bishops as basically the New Kohen HaGadol.

Besides, the first good Pope in a long time—with few exceptions here and there, if any real exceptions—was John Paul II, a Matrilineal Jew with a Polish father. Also, a good Pope was actually Cardinal Ratzinger, whom is actually Jewish and whom actually resisted the Nazis. (Being a bat-Anusim, I understand the danger of identifying as Jewish once you find out and/or decide to reveal that you are Jewish. As for when you trace back to days from the Reformation to the Renaissance, you will find that the German and other Anti Semites—including that, for a lack of more-polite terminology, piece-of-crap Pseudo Reformer known as Martin Luther—had Roman Catholicism—not Evangelical Roman Catholicism—as their worldview (not that Eastern Roman Catholicism—aka, "Byzantine Catholicism"—was better—in fact, Constantinople was in the Eastern Roman-turned-Byzantine Empire).

My point being, "Lugenpresse!" is rooted in the Ancient Anti Semitism that has its roots in German Paganism and Pseudo Christianity along with Normative—not Evangelical—Roman Catholicism. One can see, then, why Luther-inspired Nazism and Roman-inspired Anti Semitism interweave to form Trumpism.

Either way, I can say that the NTSB, FAA, and FBI prevented another 9/11. If this kid (who was 12-14 when 9/11 happened) had that much of a grudge against his instructor, imagine what he'd've done had he survived or even gotten angry with somebody else—after all, the investigation panned out details such as the following:

Being a peer of the for-all-intents-and-purposes suicide bomber, I can ascertain that the aerocidal student remembered—just as much as the rest of the Millennials remember—how details about how the 9/11 unfolded. After all, that the authorities allowed that the 9/11 hijackers overstayed their visas, were in flight schools, etc. never leaves one's memory.

At least this time, the authorities brought to their fronts of their minds what they allowed to occur and prevented it from occurring again—and they'll be keeping an eye on anyone like this apparent aspiring pilot, since for them to screw up 15 years later would effect a repeat in history & the "Not if, but when" that nobody wants to happen.

I'd like to see if someone will undertake a study on whether the increasing backlash against Columbus Day correlates with the recent increase in Anti Semitism—whether the Anti Semitism is intentional or unintentional, and whether it is subtle or brazen—after all, Cristoforo Colombo was an Anusi (Crypto Jew; "marrano"); and increasing exposure of evidence demonstrates this (not to mention that Anti Semites are also picking up on it outside of any context of Columbus Day, as hate-speech websites like Jew Watch show). Of course (and as I'm applying what I learned in my Political Research Methods class here), the following hypotheses would have to be considered:

1. H1: The increase in the backlash against Columbus Day correlates with the recent increase in Anti Semitism, and the Anti Semitism is intentional and subtle.
2. H2: The increase in the backlash against Columbus Day correlates with the recent increase in Anti Semitism, and the Anti Semitism is intentional and brazen.
3. H3: The increase in the backlash against Columbus Day correlates with the recent increase in Anti Semitism, and the Anti Semitism is unintentional and subtle.

3. Interviewing scholars whom study the Inquisition, Christopher Columbus, the Age of Exploration and Colonialism, Native Central Americans (such as the Tainos), and Jewish history and genealogy (including Crypto-Jewish history and genealogy)
4. Interviewing Anti-Columbus Day activists, Pro-Columbus Day activists, and employees and volunteers of organizations regarding Jewish history and gemealogy—including Crypto Jews (e.g., JewishGen—whose database I, I mention for the sake of disclosure, use to research my own family history, since I am a descendant of both Ashkenazi and Sephardic Anusim—and the Society For Crypto-Judaic Studies).

The sample groups, of course, would have to be as randomly formed and equal in number as possible; and the study would be a mixed-type—that is, a quantitative-and-qualitative—study. As for the literature review, it would have to include scholarly and non-scholarly literature on:

1. The Inquisition
2. Christopher Columbus
3. The Age of Exploration and Colonialism
4. Native Central Americans
5. Jewish history and genealogy
6. Anti-Columbus Day activism and activists
7. Pro-Columbus Day activists and activism

Of course, I wouldn't be undertaking the study because I have an inherit bias in the subject and a hard time with both Excel and advanced statistical math (as my "C" grade in my Political Research Methods and my necessity of taking Statistics twice demonstrates), as well as a hard time with Literature Reviews (as I type with only finger on each hand due to Cerebral Palsy and have OCD/Anxiety-related angst over the already-angst-inducing pedantry of the MLA, the late Kate Turabian, and other citation zealots). My inherit bias, meanwhile, is demonstrated in this hypothesis:

"I stand by what I stated re Columbus, Caribeaños Nativos, and the Holocaust—also, I don't recall Jews mitigating, making light of, or denying the horrors of what Columbus did. In fact, a ben Anusim by the name of Bartolomé de las Casas worked to help and pursue justice for mistreated Americanos Nativos in his own day, which followed the day of Columbus."

Therefore, I've set up as much of the study as possible—may a professional researcher undertake the rest of the study, even if he or she gives me no mention concerning or other credit concerning the study.

Offbeat: Part Of Why Reilly Is My Main Blog Subject Of Late

For one matter, I run Reilly's Facebook page and am her "Momma". For another matter, to do the commentary-and-analysis videos that I do is now basically impossible because of YouTube's phasing out of its webcam-upload technology and failure to replace it with new webcam-upload technology—and while I do record some videos, including videos of Reilly and Camille, on my camera and on my phone, to do so is much harder for me (and others whom are in my type of position). Besides, I don't have all of the fancy equipment to become a professional commentator and to be unable to do anything as even a layperson commentator is frustrating me (and many others are in positions that are similar to mine)—by the way, we can talk when you try being a single, unemployed, and living-at-home Millennial because you're a Millennial with debilitating and draining mental illnesses that are comorbid with Cerebral Palsy and capable of rendering you incapable even of being what kind of pet parent you could be to your nonetheless-as-patient-and-understanding-as-possible puppy, not to mention incapable of typing (among other kind of writings) long commentary-and-analysis (and other types of) blog entries (especially when you type with only one finger on each hand, which takes enough energy to do).

By the way, Reilly—as I've written before—really has been a lifesaver of late.

You couldn't be more wrong. If no other factor highlights that Donald Trump is not a Christian, that Donald Trump is Anti Semitic highlights that he can't even be a Christian. Trump openly attacked Jews such asJon Stewart and Mort Zuckerman, stereotyped Jews as moneycounters whom are "little short guys that wear yarmulkes every day" (and continued to stereotype Jews as fixated with money at the Republican Jewish Coalition forum), keeps a copy of "My New Order" by his bedside, and had a supporter whom openly gave a Nazi salute and threatened a Hispanic man in Chicago.

How can a man like that love a Jewish man named ישוע (in English, "Jesus")? As Corrie Ten Boom noted, loving God without loving Jews is entirely impossible. As I told a professor whom caused me to see part of why my paternal family (and some of my maternal family) became Anusim, "When you affront the Word of God, you affront the Jewish people." (Needlessly to say, I eventually left that college after that.)

Speaking of Anusim, meanwhile, why would Mexicans and Muslims be on on Donald Trump's hit list? Anusim anyone? That's what's scary: among Mexicans are many conversos, and among Muslims are quite a few "Jadid al-Islam". Don't think that Donald Trump is not knowledgable about this: he knows exactly what he's doing.

In fact, I had to warn an in-law cousin's grandnephew about this; and two of my Anusi ancestors are technically responsible for my cousin's branch's murders in the Holocaust—and I told him that I wish that I wasn't right about Donald Trump when he conceded that Donald Trump is dangerous.

Given that I had to warn my cousin's in-law grandnephew whom was more directly connected to my cousin and what happened (since he thought that thinking of Trump was a stretch, although he also disliked Trump), I can see that even Non Christians are and were being fooled by Trump (and, incidentally, I should mention that the Nazis' claims of being Christians and what my Anusi ancestors did is likely to affect him to not become a Christian.).

Thus, I—as a Jewish Christian whom is a bat Anusim and has ancestors whom used the name of ישוע to hurt one of their openly-Jewish family's branches—warn you: do not vote for Donald Trump, a man whom I and others see as really having "[n]ever asked God for forgiveness". Moreso, might I add, Donald Trump has made the sacrifice of ישוע useless for himself.

John Kasich, Women, and Kitchens: Unless You Don't Know History...

You know that John Kasich is right. Each of my parents grew up with a stay-at-home mom, as was common for people in their generation. The 1960s to 1970s are really when women started getting out of the home and politically involved because of the changes in the perception re what women could and should do.

Where I've Been, And Why I've Been So Busy Lately—At Least In Short, Anyway

With my sister having graduated college and gotten Camille (who, by the way, is almost seven months old now), I have hardly had much space to myself of late. Thankfully, though, she finally got a job and will be around a lot less during the day—nonetheless, that does not spare me from, e.g., her random outbursts (and she does not have Tourette's Syndrome—she just likes to vocalize essentially every thought that she can vocalize. In fact, I have no peace right now—as I type, she is pestering me with a lack of peace and quiet; and I, thus, have a lack of focus).

In any case, making commentary-and-analysis—and other—videos has essentially become impossible. Any abstract forcefield of time, space, and other conducive factors that I have to make those videos is virtually gone—penetrated like a bubble that is popped with a needle. 

The same goes regarding my mother, at least because of the fact that her homecoming time and my waking-up time are less distant than they used to be. Hardly being able to sleep at night, I've sometimes slept well into the afternoon—and woken up just hours before she comes home. In the small space between those times is a lot on which a tired-and-frustrated me has to catch up.

Add that these two hardly give me space and time for and to myself, I can't drive, etc.—then you'll see why I can do hardly anything to maintain a conducive forcefield of peace and productivity, and why I'm even unable (read "forbidden") to deal with certain subjects (despite that, e.g., my and others' warnings about certain kinds of individuals and groups on all sides are becoming "I told you so" and "Who hath believed our report?" statements right before many eyes. If you need a hint, I'll remind you about the 20th Anniversary of the Million-Man March on one side, and Netanyahu and revisionism about the Holocaust on another side.).

I've also written and published a book that was written and published because of a God-sent opportunity, and I'm working on another one. Needlessly to say, the book is not yet selling—and I get that the international shipping prices are a part of it—and I'm working on another book in the meantime—and that writing has involved setbacks.

I'm also dealing with flareups of my OCD/Anxiety, Depression, ADD, and IBS—and I have Acute Otitis Media which was just diagnosed yesterday (and while the AOM should, Yehovah willing, go away soon, the OCD/Anxiety et. al. will not). The flareups affected and exacerbated the AOM, too, I bet. Meanwhile, the flareups have been affected by the writing setbacks and other issues—and it's been a vicious cycle. 

Nonetheless, people (at the very least) wonder why I persist in asking for prayer (and at the very most, they ditch me and/or even'd like to have me dead if they could have their way.).

Why I Do What I Do As A (Hopefully-To-Be-More-Than-Aspiring) Commentator, Etc.

I saw that (who I think is) a relative liked one of my posts on my public Facebook page. See; that's part of why I do what I do, too—to bring my families and families like mine back into the fold of Israel​. Mind you, I am not asking anyone to convert back to Rabbinical Judaism—whether you're Messianic or not is your schtick.

Frankly (and I've said this before), I wouldn't care about my Jewish heritage if Jesus (Yeshua) weren't in my life—or, on the other hand, I'd, with all due respect, end up Reform Jewish—and I myself cannot abide by a doctrine that states:

"[T]he texts are certainly divinely inspired and reflect our ancestors' best understanding of God and their covenant with God, as well as their view of God's will, but that is not the same as being divinely-authored."

I've even said that my own father would be Reform were he honest with himself (and he would; trust me), and other relatives (e.g., certain Daniloviches) have gone this way (and they weren't even among the kevorim whom were Anusim).

(By the way, I can assure that the URJ's position does not reflect the position of all Jews in the city in which I was raised; and I apologize for Rabbi Scheinerman on behalf of Columbia-born and -raised. Whatever any of us think of the Talmud, quite a few of us believe in the Torah m'Sinai.)

I don't want especially anyone in hamishpachot b'mispachah Yisra'el sheli to think that:

1. We ought to disown Yeshua just because we're Jewish and b'nei-Anusim.
2. We ought to disregard our Jewish heritage because of Yeshua.
3. We have no obligation to the rest of Beit Ya'akov. 
4. We have to assimilate.
5. We have any obligation to keep Torah, since it was fulfilled. 

There do not need to be any false mutual exclusions, let alone false dichotomies. As I said, then, part of why I do what I do, too is to bring my families and families like mine back into the fold of Israel​ without forcing them to give up or to accept Yeshua.

I Knew That The World Views Christianity, Especially Jewish Christianity, As Criminal

With all due respect to Gretchen Carlson​, I had to cringe at the headline when I saw it (Skimming the article made me cringe more.). If she didn't know that the world considers Christianity to be criminal, I don't know what Bible she's reading. The Bible that I've read unequivocally states that the world will hate Christians, especially Jewish Christians. e.g.:

"9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. 10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. 11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come."

"16 “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. 17 But beware of men, for they will deliver you up to councils and scourge you in their synagogues. 18 You will be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles. 19 But when they deliver you up, do not worry about how or what you should speak. For it will be given to you in that hour what you should speak; 20 for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you."

Now, are there exceptions among those of the world? Yes:

Gamali'el was an exception; and despite that a myth that he became a Jewish Christian persists, he was tolerant of Jewish Christians (Sadly, the myth comes from a misinterpretation of his tolerance.):

"33 When they heard this, they were furious and plotted to kill them. 34 Then one in the council stood up, a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law held in respect by all the people, and commanded them to put the apostles outside for a little while. 35 And he said to them: “Men of Israel, take heed to yourselves what you intend to do regarding these men. 36 For some time ago Theudas rose up, claiming to be somebody. A number of men, about four hundred, joined him. By the way, one of the blessings of finding about my Jewish heritage is that I've had my eyes open to just how much the world really does hate Christianity, and that hate stems back to when Pilate maliciously blamed the murder of Jesus on Jews—read the Jewish Virtual Library​ article on Pontius Pilate to see what Pontius Pilate's talk about Jesus being innocent really meant, and you will find that Pilate was sarcastic and Anti Semitic. What should have been obvious to me and others a long time ago, by the way, is that Pilate would not have crucified a man whom he really believed to be innocent. Besides, his reaction after "Ein lanu melekh aval Qeisar [We have no king but Caesar]" was a way of saying, "Oh, ****. I can't get them riled up enough. Besides, they're reminding me that Caesar is my boss. ****; I wanted to cause a riot and make those Jews look bad, though (****) they outsmarted me."^

Remember, too, that we did not know. We thought that Jesus fit Deuteronomy 13, and Paul told Timothy as much for his part in his first letter to him:

"And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry, 13 although I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man; but I obtained mercy because I did it ignorantly in unbelief. 14 And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus."

My point being, Christianity has been criminal since the time that Pilate scapegoated Jews—and really, ever since Anti Semitism has existed.

The Night Owl: aka, An Explanation Of My Writing and Commentating-Analyzing Processes

I write, and I do commentary and analysis—of that fact, I've made no secret. I'm also a night owl, and my being a night owl explains—and, in turn, is explained by—my writing, commentating, and analyzing. On that point:

"I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, they shall never hold their peace day nor night: 'Ye that are the LORD'S remembrancers, take ye no rest, And give Him no rest, till He establish, and till He make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.'"

I suppose that I'm one of those night watch(wo)men:

Someone has to know what's going on during the night. Besides, being single and unable to get out much, I have to have some way to contribute somehow to the world and stay in the loop—if I'm not going to help make history and try to affect the world for the better, I might as well stay out of the course of history altogether.

Also, I can hopefully use my own histories—personal, familial, and other histories—to help others discover and/or understand their own histories, and thus help make history and affect the world for the better—it's a cycle in some respects, really.

BTW, he also died of Myelodysplasia that turned into Leukemia), and I can imagine that Bladder Cancer is exacerbated by conditions such as IBS (which I have) and, of course, Colon Cancer.  By the way, when I talked to Natalie, I learned that Bladder Cancer is the most-diagnosed cancer in the United States, despite that it hardly gets awareness raised for it (compared to, e.g., Breast Cancer. Great-Granddad's cousin Katarzyna Czerniecka Czokola, as I found out, did die of Breast Cancer, by the way.).
2. Why Russia and the Middle East are, quite frankly, their own continents, despite their current classification. Technically, Central America could be its own continent, too.
3. What "few in number" for Israel might actually mean (i.e., depending on who is considered Jewish ethnically and/or spiritually Biblically and amongst Jews. Either way, we're "few in number" from at least an ethnic standpoint.)

Then people swear that attitudes toward people with disabilities has changed...actually, it has gotten worse. Then they want me to represent people with disabilities when they act like I, a person who lives with a disability, don't know what I'm talking about....no kidding, as one Haggadah reads (with my emphasis and bracketed additions), that :

How A Skewed Taglit-Birthright Study Endangers Both the Jewish Community At Large And Will Taglit-Birthright's Reputation

I see plenty of issues with this study:

1) "Saxe and research associates Michelle Shain and Shahar Hecht collected data from August 6-11 via an online questionnaire, which included versions of the Pew survey questions. It was sent to eligible US Birthright Israel-Taglit candidates who had applied for a trip between summer 2011 and winter 2013/14."

There is no real "control" group. There are only Birthright applicants.

2) "Encouraged through an an opportunity to win one of two $100 Amazon.com gift cards, 1,756 young Jewish adults filled out the survey. The respondents included 1,122 who actually did go to Israel on a Birthright trip, and 634 nonparticipants."

The one group that there was, was pooled and divided unevenly. There should've been a total of either:

1.  878 Birthright travelers and 878 non travelers (still 1,756 people total, and and bringing in a control subgroup of 878 people—because, again, there was no control group; and a control group within a group does not count as a separate control group), or 
2. 1,122 travelers and 1,122 non travelers (keeping the 1,122 travelers who filled out the survey and bringing in a control subgroup). 

Either way, the surveyed ("treatment")-to-control group ratio is completely absent, let alone lacking.

3) "For the study, the Birthright applicants’ results were compared to a recent Pew survey and a Gallup poll, both of which were completed at the end of July."

The same problem regarding the subject pool and control groups is here, and data collection is also a problem here. Data from June 21, 2011-December 21, 2013 is older and more plentiful than data from July 2014, for example. Thus, there is no adequate amount of recency and amount of data to compare. In other words, the study would have been less skewed if both sets of data were from June 21, 2011-December 21, 2013; June 21, 2011-July 31, 2014; or July 31, 2014.


4) "Saxe feels the young Jews polled are a representative cross-section of young American Jews for several reasons. Primarily, bluntly, “because Birthright is free — and fun,” said Saxe, meaning the trip doesn’t only draw those who think it’s worth spending money on  a trip to Israel."

Any "representative cross-section of young American Jews" would include Messianic Jews (who are banned from applying to [and even specifically targeted for persecution by] Taglit) and others who Taglit bans .

In fact, the specific wording is in part:

"Eligible individuals are those who identify as Jewish and are recognized as such by their local community or by one of the recognized denominations of Judaism. Applicants must also have at least one Jewish birth parent, or have completed Jewish conversion through a recognized Jewish denomination. 

"*Those applying for trips leaving from the Former Soviet Union are eligible if they have at least one Jewish birth grandparent. The accuracy of information pertaining to the heritage of an applicant for a trip leaving from the Former Soviet Union is also verified by a local Consul before an applicant is considered eligible."

This on an international level alone would single out Karaites (who Rabbinate Judaism often slanders) and many other Jews, including Lemba Jews (who go by Patrilineal Descent and are mostly Messianic— despite that most sources try to separate them from the Jewish community at large because they "are Christian" [as if Christianity is not Jewish], etc..). Therefore, this certainly would not allow for just a "representative cross-section of young American Jews".

5) "Saxe said his team has analyzed the backgrounds of those who responded and the profiling is in context with last year’s massive Pew survey study of American Jews. The years of Jewish education, day school all look just about the same, he said, noting one slight difference — Birthright draws a lower proportion of children from intermarriages."

This skews the study as well. The "cross-section" are mostly Rabbinically-Jewish Rabbinical Jews (with a Rabbincally-Jewish Rabbincal Jew being a Jew who has at least one Matrilineally-Jewish parent "[and/]or have completed Jewish conversion through a recognized Jewish denomination".

([Do not kid yourself; Taglit would not look twice at Jews whose family was raised outside of a Rabbinate shul for two or more generations. In other words, for instance, Isaac Kaganowicz would not be considered a Rabbincally-Jewish Rabbincal Jew if both of his parents were Atheistically-raised Jews who were raising Issac in the same way that their parents raised them.)

"Since Taglit was founded in December 1999, annually some 20-25% of candidates have had no prior involvement in Jewish life, said Saxe. “The great piece of Taglit is that it levels the playing field,” said Saxe."

They do go to shul, though. In fact, I had a peer at UMBC who is an Atheist and whose family goes to a Reform shul. So, the "20-25% of candidates" have either parents and/or grandparents who at least go to shul.

6) "Pew doesn’t consider many of the people who went on Taglit to be Jewish because they don’t call themselves Jewish by religion, rather by parentage. “They might not count themselves as Jews until they go on Birthright,” added Saxe."

The Pew data also skews the study.

In other words, the Taglit study (which is called a "Brandeis University" study) is flawed and both dangerous to the Jewish community at large (who, for example, loses numbers according to Taglit-Pew-Saxe standards) and Taglit Birthright itself (and Taglit Birthright has had trouble in the past).

Student Critique of “Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Students’ Prior

Sexual Abuse Victimization”

Abstract

            This article attempts to summarize, assess, and analyze Michelle T. Gore’s and Pamela J. Black’s study which is titled “Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Students’ Prior Sexual Abuse Victimization”. Published by Gore and Black (both of whom are affiliated with Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky) in Journal of Teaching In Social Work, the study stands for scrutiny insofar as it employed its chosen type of research and methodology, and insofar as it came to the conclusions to which it came. The scrutiny is the work of Nicole V. Czarnecki, who was then a student in the SOWK 240 (Information Technology in Social Work) class of Dr. Jessica Guzman-Rea at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Czarnecki was a Political Science (as opposed to a Social Work) major and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in December of 2013 (The time of Czarnecki’s critique of Gore’s and Black’s study was October 19, 2013, when Czarnecki was a to-be-graduating senior and Political Science major at UMBC.). Therefore, Czarnecki could not comprehensively assess and analyze the study of Gore and Black, both of whom are in the Social Work field (whereas Czarnecki is in the Political Science field).

Introduction

            Michelle T. Gore and Pamela J. Black of Eastern Kentucky University conducted and published a study which they titled ““Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Students’ Prior Sexual Abuse Victimization”. Gore and Black published their study in Journal of Teaching In Social Work in 2009, and they described their 2009 publication as a study which “reports findings of an exploratory study surveying 61 students about their prior child sexual abuse victimization.” (Abstract From the Authors) They utilized quantitative work to attempt to answer the query of “What percentage of [Bachelor of Social Work] students [“at a south central U.S. regional university”] has been sexually abused (as defined by [the 2001 Kentucky Cabinet for Families and Children] statute) during childhood?” (“RESEARCH QUESTION” &“METHODOLOGY”)

            Gore and Black extensively laid out their 2009 study’s methodology. In sum, the methodology “consisted of 61 BSW students [who were] attending the university during the academic years of 2001 and 2002” and “taking a required course on child abuse”. The students each received “[a] confidential five-itemed questionnaire” (“SAMPLE” & “METHODOLOGY”). The questionnaires effected the researchers to find “that taking a child abuse course may increase BSW students’ self-awareness regarding prior victimization” and “social work students [indeed] report a higher occurrence of prior childhood abuse than the general population” (Abstract From the Authors & “DISCUSSION”).

Assessment and Analysis

            As Gore and Black concede in their study’s “LIMITATIONS OF STUDY” section, “There were several limitations to this study.” One significant limitation is that Gore and Black used a highly-flawed methodology in that they defined “sexual abuse” in the terms of “[t]he state’s current definition of child sexual abuse” (“METHODOLOGY”), which in of itself is highly flawed. The definition, according to Gore and Black, is as follows (ibid.):

“‘‘Abused or neglected child’’ means a child whose health or welfare is harmed or threatened with harm when his parent, guardian, or other person exercising custodial control or supervision of the child:

(e) Commits or allows to be committed an act of sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or prostitution will be committed upon a child;

(f) Creates or allows to be created a risk that an act of sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or prostitution will be committed upon a child.

(Cabinet for Families and Children, 2001, p. 4)”

            The flaw in the definition is that it “addresses abuse by a parent, guardian, or

others [who was or who were] acting in a caretaking capacity. It does not pertain to sexual abuse from non-custodians, peers, or abuse from strangers. For example, incidents of sibling sexual abuse would not be included unless the perpetrator was acting in a caretaking role with the alleged victim.” The flaw specifically is that the definition does not cover “sexual abuse from non-custodians, peers, or abuse from strangers” or “sibling sexual abuse” as “sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or prostitution” which a “parent, guardian, or other person exercising custodial control or supervision of the child… allows to be committed…[and/or] [c]reates or allows to be created.”

            Given that the definition is as highly flawed as it is, therefore, it alone nullifies and voids the study. After all, a “parent, guardian, or other person exercising custodial control or supervision of the child… allows to be committed…[and/or] [c]reates or allows to be created…sexual abuse from non-custodians, peers, or abuse from strangers” or “sibling sexual abuse”. Whether the custodian mandates, encourages, enables, or fails to act to stop and/or punish any “sexual abuse from non-custodians, peers, or abuse from strangers” or “sibling sexual abuse”, the custodian allows to be committed…[and/or] [c]reates or allows to be created…sexual abuse from non-custodians, peers, or abuse from strangers” or “sibling sexual abuse”. Therefore, Gore and Black must redo their study and base it on a definition that covers any and all custodian-mandated, -encouraged, -enabled, and –commended or –condoned sexual abuse.

            As far as the study’s other limitations, Gore and Black adequately speak to those limitations. Therefore, this critique needs to not comment on those limitations. As this critique aforestated, the study must go through a reworking process and base itself on a definition of any and all sexual abuse that anyone commits against a child.

            In conclusion, this critique assessed and analyzed Michelle T. Gore’s and Patricia J. Black’s 2009 annullable, voidable, and reworkable study which was published in Journal of Teaching In Social Work. This critique explicitly stated that Gore and Black must rework their study because of how they measured their concept of sexual abuse by the standards of the 2001 Kentucky Cabinet for Families and Children law, which  inadequately and illogically does not count “sexual abuse from non-custodians, peers, or abuse from strangers” or “sibling sexual abuse” as “sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or prostitution” which a “parent, guardian, or other person exercising custodial control or supervision of the child… allows to be committed…[and/or] [c]reates or allows to be created.”

One Thought That Occurred To Me After Engaging With Marianne Theresa Johnson-Reddick's Obituary

The first time that this has really turned over in my mind, much less even occurred as a thought: every day that Joan Gaydos Czarnecki had to deal with her mother, she probably had her questioned what her mother could do to her. She never has even visited her mother's grave. This is part of why the horror that Mary Rusnak Gaydos committed cannot be covered up--that is, not just for Vilmosz's et. al.'s sakes (though they will never come back in this lifetime and age--and do I believe that Yeshua was with them in their final moments at Auschwitz, so I'm willing to bet that we will see them with others who are asleep in Yeshua and will rise at the Rapture).

Tell me how that Grandma still won't even admit the indirect abuse that she received is okay. Tell me how that her mother ultimately turned relatives over to the Nazis is a form of abuse that she, then a six-to-eight-year-old child, should get over--especially when her older sister is holding back those supposedly-innocuous letters that were exchanged. Tell me how she can even speak about the abuse when Dr. MaryAnn Gaydos, who wields quite a bit of power in the family, won't speak about it and even once told me that she didn't want to be part of the family tree that I made--and she knows as much as I know that she said that because I found out that we are Jewish.

Keep in mind that if Dr. Gaydos tried to kibosh me from piecing together and telling our real story, she's making sure that younger sister Joan shuts up (and that others shut up) about Joan's and her mother refusing to help Vilmosz, Zoli, et. al. when they literally risked their necks and reached out to the Anusi branch for the sake of piku'ach nefesh (After all, we were minim, koferim, v'meshumadim to them; yet they somehow took a chance at trusting us and asking us for help.).

Again, and to sum up, let's just say that the fact that Great-Grandma Gaydos ultimately turned relatives over to the Nazis is a form of abuse that Grandma, then a six-to-eight-year-old child, rightly could never get over and probably had her questioning every day what her mother could do to her. She never has even visited her mother's grave.

By the way, Iwan Rusnak was murdered in 1942; Vilmosz, Zoli, et. al. in 1944.

I Don't Hope That Nehemia Gordon's Happy With Himself, And...

Why should he be? After all, he took what I said--that "Rashi" ("Rabbi' Shlomo Yitzchaki) was Anti Messianic--and twisted it into some horrid and perverted rhetoric that I would never say. After I exposed him for doing that with a certain video, I got this strike on my YouTube account and had to later repost the video with the disclaimer that Nehemia is a public figure:

Unreal! And there's no chance to appeal it! As I've said, "My life is driven by being informed and informing others about what I know. After all, 'Tzedek, tzedek tirdof--Justice, justice, you shall pursue.'" and "Pursuing justice, therefore, begins with pursuing justice for my people and within my family--and that includes talking about....subjects which are to my mom's chagrin for me to talk about." And, of course, Mom and Michelle wouldn't want me talking about Nehemia--they'd just want me to let the whole situation go!

But as the situation stands, my moving forward as a commentator and pundit is hampered by him; and I'm also quite sure that he's still out there verbally abusing others and trying to wreck their lives all the more while abusing them! From what I understand, the guy still has a career--and that he does is rotten!

He also still has sleep at night! And how does he? That's part of why I get pretty riled up in my latest video--that is, I get riled up when I reflect on the fact that abusers and otherwise-jerky people like Nehemia Gordon can hamper and even destroy aspirations, careers, and lives of the very people who used or even put aside their own careers to support them. Remember that, for example, I would constantly refer and link to Karaite Korner on this blog, in my YouTube videos, etc.--and I had my defense of one of Nehemia's arguments twisted into horrid, perverted, Anti-Semitic rhetoric that Nehemia tried to put into my mouth!

And, again, that's part of why I'm moving forward with my aspirations and career as a commentator and pundit--so that people like Nehemia Gordon don't have careers and can't destroy the careers and lives of others (let alone of others who used or forewent their careers to help them).
