Did Facebook Really Have To Wait Until The Murder Of Heather Heyer To Enforce Their Own TOS?

"Facebook does not allow hate speech or praise of terrorist acts or hate crimes, and we are actively removing any posts that glorify the horrendous act committed in Charlottesville."

Facebook surely has allowed other violations of their TOS for a long time, though:

"The company initially had allowed the page but decided as the event neared that it no longer met Facebook’s community standards because it was associated with “hate organizations.”

"The company said that it wants people to use Facebook to challenge ideas and organize peacefully, but draws the line when actions could put people in harm's way or involve hate groups."

How Facebook fails to enforce its own TOS and "draws the line when actions could put people in harm's way or involve hate groups" is beyond me. A mutual exclusivity exists between allowing "when actions could put people in harm's way or involve hate groups" and "draw[ing] the line when actions could put people in harm's way or involve hate groups.

Facebook has to either enforce its TOS to protect everybody against all hateful individuals and groups or not have a TOS at all. After all, Facebook shouldn't even have "allowed the page".

Originally On LinkedIn: Facebook, Its TOS, and Algorithms?

A while back, a Facebook friend told me that Facebook apparently enforces its TOS by using algorithms. Algorithms—a well-over-$1-Million company uses algorithms to enforce its TOS?

"I believe the maker of facebook is sexist and racist. Something should be done about it. I got in trouble for swearing at a racist but he didnt get in trouble for being racist. Something is so wrong with that"
I wish that I could've replied to her comment with the observation that its more that Facebook is evidently not hiring enough people to enforce its TOS—and while I grant that there are multiple TOS-violation reports a day, I also grant that there are:

  1. Many people looking for jobs.
  2. People like me whom'd be glad to have a job helping Facebook enforce its own TOS, especially since many of us have been affected by TOS violators. As for me, I live in Maryland and could help enforce Facebook's TOS virtually—I can't drive (since I have Cerebral Palsy) and, while I'm working on being an author and analyst-commentator, would love to be off of SSI benefits as well to help Facebook crack down the kind of, e.g., ableism and Anti Semitism by which I've been affected. Of course, I have to be prepared for the reality that Facebook will see me as nothing more than my Cerebral Palsy and what mental illnesses I have—after all, why would Facebook see me as any different since they often don't care when an individual with a disability is attacked by a TOS violator?
  3. TOS violations that are so egregious, they've had to be reported to the FBI since Facebook wouldn't deal with them—and I remember that the FBI emailed me back per one threat that I reported and told me that I needed to forward the threat report to the Secret Service.
  4. Too many instances in which Facebook even restores accounts and pages of TOS violators—and one page that they restored involved a threat against Hillary Clinton, while another on which someone reported content posted an obscene "**** Facebook" meme regarding when Facebook actually did enforce their TOS.
Since Facebook probably won't hire me, though (See Point Two and consider the case of Katie Shoener in a non-Facebook field.), they could at least consider what I've written here & hire others whom are looking for jobs.

Something To Make Your Own and Share

I saw this on a Facebook friend's status, and I decided to personalize it. This isn't stuff that I haven't talked about in some capacity before, by the way. Incidentally, Great-Granddad Czarnecki could have (if God willed) lived to be 111 this month (October 24th) had he not committed suicide (Trust me; he has a certain cousin whom is 98 and will, if God wills, be 99 this year. He could easily have had that longevity gene, and only God knows if he did.).

Do me a favor, then, and make the following your own in a Facebook status, note, or something:

Depression is real and relentless. I and others have been on that edge, and I myself ended up in Sheppard Pratt over it in April of 2006 (To hide that is useless, especially when why the Depression was exacerbated affected me to threaten myself.). I'm therefore asking everyone to stop hiding their own Depression or whatever mental illness(es) you have (I also have, e.g., OCD, by the way.).

On the other hand, you can continue to hide it as many in my family have hidden it and did hide it—and let's see how well that works for you. Let me give you a hint: it doesn't work—if, for example, my father's paternal grandfather (Anthony Czarnecki, RIP) and maternal great-granduncles Alexander and Frank Fosko (z"l) could come back, they'd tell you.

So would their father, Istvan Foczko (z"l)—he was in his 50s when he died, had six sons and one daughter, and has never had his cause of death mentioned. Statistically, there is no other possibility that he died in any other way than by suicide—whether 29% of a chance (since two of his seven children committed suicide, and if you round the percentage up) or 66% (since two of his six sons committed suicide) the chance is well above 10%, and even 25%. The average of 29 and 66 is 47.5—so, think about that: almost 50% of a chance that he committed suicide, and the other 50-53% (that he didn't commit suicide, and that he even would have lived past his 50s) may well have happened if he had talked about what he endured.

Meanwhile, I'm asking everyone to copy and paste this status—and personalize it. If only I was sharing a personal struggle with mental illness, it'd be a damned shame. Besides, you don't know whom you might help if you (in the words of my father's paternal grandmother, z"l) "talk about it" (When she broke down and told my aunt about many things before she died, those were her exact words after 90-plus years of life—"No; no, it's okay: I want to talk about it."). ♥

An Open Letter To Everyone Whom Has And/Or Could Harass And Bully Me For My Beliefs, Etc.

The non-underlined text is in regards to what prompted me to write this letter to a specific person. The underlined text is specific and general, as I have had others similarly harass and bully me in the past:

My belief in Yeshua is not relevant to the subject of homosexual acts as to how that the treated in the Torah, which is a common ground for both Messianic and Non-Messianic Jews. I even told a fellow Messianic that proselytizing is unacceptable and intolerable. Your attempt to embarrass me for my beliefs is a violation of the Facebook TOS as well as Torah.

Per the Facebook TOS alone:

1) "We respect other people's rights, and expect you to do the same.
You will not post content or take any action on Facebook that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.

"We can remove any content or information you post on Facebook if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies."

2) "Posting things that don't follow the Facebook Community Standards (ex: threats, hate speech, graphic violence).

Using Facebook to bully, impersonate or harass anyone.

Abusing Facebook features (ex: sending friend requests to a lot of people you don't know). Overusing features could make other people feel uncomfortable or unsafe. As a result, we have limits in place to restrict the rate at which you can use features. Learn more about these limits."

3) "We don’t tolerate bullying or harassment. We allow you to speak freely on matters and people of public interest, but remove content that appears to purposefully target private individuals with the intention of degrading or shaming them. This content includes, but is not limited to: "

4) "Content that attacks people based on their actual or perceived race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or disease is not allowed. We do, however, allow clear attempts at humor or satire that might otherwise be considered a possible threat or attack. This includes content that many people may find to be in bad taste (ex: jokes, stand-up comedy, popular song lyrics, etc.)." (What Facebook considers hate speech)

If you attempt to embarrass or shame me again, I will look into having charges for cyberbullying, hate crimes, and civil-rights violations pressed against you.

Out of all 2,672 people who have been reached, zero have gone to Represent.Us's website, and the majority are older middle-aged people and seniors. How disheartening that my generation (Gen Y, 1982-2000 or, Biblically, 1980-2000 for 20 years), does not want to be involved in fighting corruption in politics as much as the older middle agers (1954-1970) and seniors (before to during 1950-during 1953). What example, by the way, is Gen Y giving the younger generations (the oldest younger generation being 2001-2021, if 2021 carries us into a continuance of the present age)? Also, what example have the Baby Boomers (1950-1970 or 1940-1960, depending on how one factors in World War Two) and previous generations set for Gen X and younger generations?

A More-Thorough Answer To Questions Which A Fan Asked Me on My Facebook Page

  • "Shalom l'kulam" means "peace for all". You could reply "Shalom l'at[a]" (singular "Peace for you") or "Shalom l'ate[m/n]" (plural, "Peace for you").
[The original answer. Since he asked about "Shalom l'kulam" and I wasn't thinking of object forms of Hebrew pronouns, I didn't give correct answers. To be fair, though, my native language is not Hebrew (although it is my ethnic/national language). Also, as I note, I did not know that I am Jewish.

[I should've answered with the following:

  1. [L'shalom l'lekh.
  2. [L'shalom l'lakh.
  3. [L'shalom l'lakem.
  4. [L'shalom l'laken.
[PS I know that I should use my Rosetta Stone software more. Also, remember that "whenever you feel like criticizing any one, just remember that [not] all of the people in this world [have] had the privileges you've had." (I don't like the original wording by the way, since quite a few people had and have the privilege that Nick Carraway had.)]
  • I myself try not to eat pork, though some Jews (particularly Liberal [more-liberal Masorti/Conservative, Reform/Progressive, Reconstructionist, Alternative, etc.] and secular Non-Messianic Jews) do.
[I should have mentioned that I've been trying to go more kashrut since I've found out that I'm Jewish and have the classically-Jewish IBS  (By the way, I do not buy that IBS and Chron's are not related. IBS and Chron's, which increases the risk of Colon Cancer, are part of the same system.).

  • As for a bar mitzvah, he is a "son [of the] commandment". A bat mitzvah is a "daughter [of the] commandment". B'nai Mitzvah ("sons [of the] commandment") are found in all denominations (Messianic and Non Messianic); and so are Banot Mitzvah ("daughters [of the] commandment), although only in Messianic and Non-Messianic Liberal denominations do banot mitzvah have teqesim l'b'nai mitzvah (bar- and bat-mitzvah ceremonies). I myself, by the way, did not have a teqes l'bat mitzvah. This is because I did not know that I am Jewish until I was 18 years old.
[By the way, another wrong answer. Non-Liberal denominations do have teqesim l'banot mitzvah nowadays. Nonetheless, teqesim l'b'nai mitzvah are still considered more of teqesim l'yeladim.]

I hope that I answered your questions. Shabbat Shalom.

Please Help...

For all I know, this could be what I'm looking for! My great-granduncle Bernie (Pfc. Bernard S. Czarnecki, WW2) had five nieces: Alexandria "Sandy" Guhanick (now Horoschak), Charmaine Czarnecki (now Cline. Her dad, Joseph, also served.), Gloria Guhanick (now Pushman), Irene Czarnecki (m. Gavrish; d. 1993), and Jane Gladey (a stepniece or an adopted niece who kept the name "Gladey", now).
His sister Alexandria Alice Czarnecki Dombroski (a widow with a son named John, Jr.) took care of him because he was injured in WW2 and DOW in 1963. Their sister Cecelia "Celia" Czarnecki Guhanick died in 1994, and their brothers John (Jane's stepfather), Joseph, and Stanley (Irene's father) died (respectively) in 1995, 1978, and 1995 (Stanley was the last one to die and died shortly after John.).

I See That...

Mr. Covel's true colors are finally showing. Someone stated, "The establishment is against bringing in guns, yet the great Toby Keith is quoted in promoting concealed carry. I guess whatever sounds good with the people is what he is after." Toby Keith is definitely a "for me, but not for thee" kind of guy.

When I saw the article, I could not help but jump in to comment on his restaurant's Facebook page. I had it with him and his daughter making trouble for me (and she's probably still pretending to be different people doing different searches and/or directly frequenting my blog. I have 28 pages worth of her having done that from October 20-November 17, 2013—and in a 29-page document of evidence against her. At the end of the document, I just wrote, "Collection of evidence concluded on November 17, 2013—decision made November 19, 2013 at 10:07:09 PM. Endless pages would be in document if continuation of evidence collection occurred—the attempts at intimidation from Mrs. Sandubrae are ongoing on an almost-daily or even a daily basis."

(Meanwhile, UMPG Publishing is still holding a claim against my fair-use cover of "Should've Been a Cowboy.").

I can at least see that not only does "he probably [get] this all around [N]orman"—the hometown of his which he bought or something, since "he owns most of [it]"—but also that he "gets this" everywhere else. Indeed, Mr. Covel, what comes around goes around—as the converse to the old saying goes—, and it is going around. "He who sows iniquity will reap sorrow, [a]nd the rod of his anger will fail." (Proverbs 22:8) Whatever Mr. Covel's upset at God and/or others about, he's sure not helping himself with what he's doing about it in his anger. "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap." (Galatians 6:7)

That Whole Numbers Game (Hey; Today Is the Seventh Day, By the Way!)...

: My number is 7, so here's 7 facts about me:

  1. I am related to Kirk Douglas somehow (He was a Danilovich. I got asked once if I am related to Kirk Douglas. I said that I'm not. I was wrong, and he even looks like Pop-Pop—he has the "Czarnecki [really, Danilowicz] chin".). I don't know exactly how we're related. I'm not exactly proud of that, by the way—being related to the man who raped Natalie Wood does not do me or my family good, for example.
  2. I am part of at least three unique Ashkenazi families: The Foczkos, the Trudnyaks, and the Andrulewiczes (and I'm related to Teddy Andrulewicz and crossdresser Michael Androlewicz—no; I'm not kidding! By the way, when I Googled to double check, I found a Michael Androlewicz of whom to be proud). I say "unique" because our surnames are unique. We made them up and/or were required to take them around the times that we were required to have surnames.
  3. I've pissed off a lot of people—some for good reasons, some for bad reasons. I can't say that (even when I'm hurt) I'm not proud (or at least ultimately proud) of pissing off people for good reasons.
  4. I do have Sephardic heritage (Dad has Iberian Peninsula atDNA. How else can he explain that? Also, there was a lot of Sephardi minhag practiced in my Ashkenazi family.).
  5. I am of kohenet and Levi descent—I still don't know about the Lazars. I do know that "Duday" or "Dudaj" means "horn"; so I don't question that Rosalia Dudayova Nagyova was a kohenet.
  6. I am not keen on assimilation. I was Googling an "Israel Androlewicz" after I saw his name in a Google search, and this is one of the results with which I came up: "A Winnebago with a little car in tow." Nice, Hank (Not!). Forgive my language, and the self-hating smart*** is reading a "progressive" website (Look for your name on Masada2000's SHIT List, Hank.). This is one example of why—even if I have to wait to do so for the rest of my life or until Yeshua returns—I am marrying a fellow Messianic Jew and making aliyah as soon as possible.
  7. I am still struggling with TrP pain in my lower back—it flares up from time to time.
By the way, you don't have play the numbers game if you don't want to do so; but ask me if you want a number (and mine if you're a Messianic Jew—especially a Levi or a kohen—but not if you're one of those meshuga "Hebrew roots", "Torah keepers", "Sacred Name", or "KJV only" types).

Status Update For November 11, 2013 at 2:51:24 AM

I still found no baptism record for Ilona Lazarova Hanzokova; but I did find some for (I think) some cousins of hers. It looks like she became an Anusit later on—and after some family had already become Anusim (just like with the Foczkos—we didn't join Anusi relatives until 50 years or more after they had become Anusim. The Foczkos had gone to Gelnica and Kosjov first. Then we came into Zlata Idka. As far as the Lazars, we were either already in Zlata Idka or came there from another city in Moldava nad Bodvou—since Ilona doesn't have a baptism record, I can't tell you. Apparently, all of them but for Ilona and her family became Anusim in the 1760s-1810s. There were some open Jews in Zlata Idka, and there are even Jewish graves there; but I can't tell you whether they're Lazar graves or not.).

As much as anyone wants to try to dispute (and as much as the Devil wants to whisper doubts) that we're bnei-Anusim, we're bnei-Anusim (and some of us are still Anusim, clearly. Feel free to do the searches yourself, by the way, in case you're doubting me:

1) Lazars in Moldava nad Bodvou

2) Foczkos in Continental Europe

3) Fockos in Continental Europe

You can uncheck "Match exactly" in case you want to look for mispelled, misindexed, etc. records, too.

As usual, keep praying for me and...

.ל'לילה ושבוע טוב ומבורך תכתבו

Also, please vote and share in the poll for my Poli 301 project if you can—I need 25 votes to begin examining and analyzing data, and 3,000 votes for an acceptable research sample. By the way, 25*120 = 3,000; so if the minimum number of voters vote and share the poll (whether directly sharing or indirectly sharing) the poll with 120 people (e.g., "indirectly sharing" being that a friend of a mutual friend shared the poll with his friends; "directly sharing" being that you posted the poll to your Facebook wall, RTed it, or shared it on Sodahead), I could get 3,000 votes. Thanks.

My "PS" Status For October 28, 2013 (Cheshvan 22, 5773) at 1:37:57 AM EDT

I definitely went insane in describing how badly I need G-d to send me someone, my experience as a disabled Levite, &c.. I deservedly got a status unshared for that one, and I apologize for that. Meanwhile, to be fair, though, it does show you how serious the implications are considering that the disabled among my ancestors could not serve in the Temple (cf. Leviticus 21:17-24; and remember that Rosalia Dudayova Nagyova was a kohenet, and Johanna Hanzokova Foczkova was one if Helena Lazarova Hanzokova was one and perhaps a descendant of Ele'azar ben Aharon).

Also, consider how Avraham and Ya'akov—men who looked to the coming of the Messiah (quite technically, among the first Christians)—cheated on their non-disabled wives (Sarah and Leah, respectively. Avraham cheated on Sarah with Hagar, for example; and look who took three wives besides Le'ah instead of having the grace to annul his marriage to or divorce Le'ah when he realized that they were both tricked into taking each other instead of him being given Rachel. And none of those women were disabled—yet Abraham and Jacob cheated on them; and I'm descended from Leah's son Levi, and the Messiah made Himself to be descended from Levi and his brother Yehudah, but that doesn't make what avi Ya'akov did right.).

Do I feel encouraged, then? Not at all! I even asked another friend, when he said "I believe God will help you find that man that will be with you for the rest of your life.", "what if "the rest of [my] life" entail until he cheats on me for a younger, more-able woman and I commit suicide?"

In other words, I apologize for going insane and still hold that desperately needing prayer for G-d to send me someone isn't just smack talk with which I'm playing around—it has a lot of implications from me as a disabled Levite who's descended from at least one kohenet and can't guarantee that a Christian (including any given Messianic Jewish) man wouldn't cheat on her for even a younger, more-able woman, either.

My Facebook and Twitter Update For October 11, 2013 (Cheshvan 6, 5773) at 10:09 PM EDT

I'm just going to bed. It's obviously just not been a good day or a good week for me. As I said before, pray that I can put G-d (G-d willing) to the bachan (בחן; not the nasah [נסה]) and that G-d sends me the love of my life or someone better. I'm probably (as usual and again) the only one praying that I can put G-d to the בחן, and there I go again having to do all of the work; and I resent that I'm the one doing all the work again—G-d won't hear my prayers when few or no others are praying with and/or for me.

And some can think that I'm faking it or s***ing around, but they have no idea until they live with that which I've lived. Let me give you an idea in case you haven't been paying attention or even cared to do so:

  1. Diplegic Spastia Cerebral Palsy
  2. Obsessive Compulsive/Generalized Anxiety Disorder
  3. Major Depressive Disorder
  4. Attention Deficit Disorder
  5. Irritable Bowel Syndrome
  6. Being a divorce statistic without ever even having been married. Ready? My dad and both of his living siblings have all divorced and/or remarried; my mom and all but two of her living siblings have divorced and/or remarried; my Czarnecki great-grandparents had an extremely-miserable marriage; and my Green great-great-great-grandmother divorced—plus my Cassilly-Farrell great-great-great-grandparents separated at least twice. I've also been in two failed relationships—one from August 2004-May 2005, and one from February 2013-March 2013. Statistically, I am set to get divorced—and counting that men have left wives over Breast Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, and other issues, you may gladly add in my CP, OCD/GAD, MDD, ADD, and/or IBS as all reasons why a guy wouldn't even want to date me. By the way, you may add in the CP alone. Who wants to deal with, e.g., the girl with the "casts on [her] legs", the "gimp", etc. if he certainly won't stay with a woman with breast cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, or anything else—even the common human condition known as getting old?
  7. My sordid family history—please consider alone that my paternal grandmother's mother and her dad both betrayed relatives during the Holocaust. And what is my family under? A third-generation curse (counting from Great-Grandma Gaydos) or a fourth-generation curse (counting from Great-Great-Granddad Rusnak). "‘The Lord is longsuffering and abundant in mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression; but He by no means clears the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation.’" Not only Numbers 14:18 states this; and you may add in, e.g., Genesis 12:1-3 as well. Also please consider that I'm a bat-Anusim.
  8. I am still in college and I am 23 years old.
I can add more, but I will sum up my life up for you with what eight points I've given:

I am the dirty little secret or (so to speak) elephant in the room about whom most people—even most people in my life over the course of my lifehave been or are socially polite (and/or with whom they've dealt because they've felt that they've had to do so for whatever reason), who most people have hated or hate, and.or who many of most of the socially-polite and hating people wish to see dead. After all, I am the "gimp" with the "casts on [her] legs" who has more than the CP with which to deal—for example, four other conditions than the CP and being a never-married divorce statistic with two failed relationships at the age of 23.

As I have said, people don't think that I notice this s*** or want me notice what they really think of me—I am well aware of what I am and I know what people really think of me. I have also said that while things will get better if G-d is willing that they do so, He doesn't guarantee anythingHe just promises what's in His will. I have furthermore said that G-d can beat what odds He's created, but He often doesn't—just, for instance, look at that I've already had two failed relationships at the age of 23 and as a descendant (not just a child, but a mulit-generational, multi-familial descendant) of divorce. Also, again, count that  CP, OCD/GAD, MDD, ADD, and/or IBS as all reasons why a guy wouldn't even want to date me,.since men have left wives over Breast Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, and other issues.

As I have even furthermore said, I am certainly not the stupidest person or (so to speak) dullest bulb in the bunch, dullest knife in the shed, etc.. That's part of why I at least need some people to pay attention and, as I asked that more people do, pray that I can put G-d (G-d willing) to the bachan (בחן; not the nasah [נסה]) and that G-d sends me the love of my life or someone better.

But I'm not going to get a guy, let alone a good guy, right? There's the paradox: because of my CP alone—let alone my other conditions and sordid family history—I need a guy for practical purposes! Don't you get it?! That's why I need you to pray, pray, pray, and pray if you will do at least something for me—praying for me is a heck of a lot better than being socially polite about me or just dealing with (i.e., tolerating, putting up with) me, hating me, and/or wishing me dead (As I said, I notice what you really think of me; and to be more honest with you, some of you are affecting me to be driven to outright calling you morons—although I suppose that that's giving you too much credit! I should be calling the morons among you "fools"!).

By the way, I'm not Jesus (and I know that I'm not Jesus; much less Jeremiah, Job, Amos, Habakkuk, or any other person who has gone through worse pain than me); but my pain is not taken away or mitigated (at least in proportion, since G-d gives pain to each person his or her proportionality to how much he or she was created to handle if he or she could)—and what did Jesus say? "‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’" and, conversely, "‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ "

In conclusion, perhaps you will consider your own sakes if (and, for the fools, since) you won't consider what I need; so I'm giving you a chance to do that by quoting Jesus and reminding you that I am—believe me or not, and if I am nothing else to you or anyone else—one of the least of these. Save your own tuchuses and do something worthwhile for me—even if just for you in the endfor once instead of being socially polite toward/dealing with/tolerating me, hating me, and/or wishing me dead.

Also, as usual, ×œ'לילה ושבת טוב תכתבו. (although I know that have of you wish even the opposite for me).

A Few Fosko-Rusnak Pictures Later, And...

I'm learning that:

  1. I wasn't kidding about Vilmosz et. al., was I? "Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?" What the Hell did you do, Great-Great-Granddad? Besides the obvious (You, along with your daughter, destroyed many of Vilmosz's side of the family.), you destroyed yourself. Unlike Moshe achinuwhose "eyes were not dim nor his natural vigor diminished" when he was 120—, you looked like you came from the crypt at 69—and you left behind a curse, too: "‘The Lord is longsuffering and abundant in mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression; but He by no means clears the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation." I gave you the benefit of the doubt because you were so old—and the picture shows that Vilmosz reached out to you! You worked as a church sexton for years after you had to quit working at the coal mines—your wear and tear came from your destruction of Vilmosz, Zoli, et. al.; from your sending them to their murders!
  2. We assimilated. Yes; we can eat treif, but Jewish—let alone Levite—systems weren't made for that. "All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful; all things are lawful for me, but not all things edify." "Jeshurun grew fat and kicked; You grew fat, you grew thick, You are obese! Then he forsook God who made him, And scornfully esteemed the Rock of his salvation."
  3. I'm proud to have escaped. "I will take you, one from a city and two from a familyand I will bring you to Zion."
  4. I don't need your recognition:

And of Levi he said:

Let Your Thummim and Your Urim be with Your holy one,Whom You tested at Massah,And with whom You contended at the waters of Meribah, Who says of his father and mother,‘I have not seen them’;Nor did he acknowledge his brothers,Or know his own children; For they have observed Your wordAnd kept Your covenant. They shall teach Jacob Your judgments,And Israel Your law. They shall put incense before You,And a whole burnt sacrifice on Your altar. Bless his substance, Lord,And accept the work of his hands;Strike the loins of those who rise against him,And of those who hate him, that they rise not again.”

"For the hurt of the daughter of my people I am hurt. I am mourning; Astonishment has taken hold of me." Nonetheless, I will not be there to help you when push comes to shove. I have found out our past; I intend to help other Jews who are in situations like ours find out theirs. I have acknowledged what we did to Vilmosz and his side of the family; I cannot help you acknowledge it if you won't acknowledge it. I will not assimilate and pass for a gentile when I am a Jew; you do what you want and be warned that "death shall be chosen rather than life by all the residue of those who remain of this evil family, who remain in all the places where I have driven them,” says the Lord of hosts."

I was born a Jew, a Levite, and a bat-Anusim; and I will die or be Raptured as such. PS You cannot change that I am yours; I am a Fosko; I am a Rusnak; and we are Levites:

"Aloha Czarnecki"...your daughter Joan married Jack Czarnecki—and get used to that I am a product of that.

I'm still missing her—I may never see her again in this lifetime, but I will always remember that she was one of the righteous ones and this definitely what she looked like at one time (She still very much looked like this when I last saw her.).

They're really going to hate me when AncestryDNA updates to show that we're Jews—I think that they already hate that I found the pictoral proof that I'm their daughter's paternal granddaughter.

By the way, I mean "those among the family who hate me" when I talk about  "they", "you", etc..

"Tanakh does not speak of Heaven or Hell".

I disagree. Heaven was a well-established concept in Tanakh. For example, Hanokh was taken by Yehovah after 365 years. Also, David states about his son, "I shall go to him, but he will not return to me." Furthermore, Shlomo writes down, "Who knoweth the spirit of man whether it goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast whether it goeth downward to the earth?" As far as She'ol and per Dani'el 12:2 ("And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to reproaches and everlasting abhorrence."), would there be tzedek if people like Amalek and Haman weren't eternally condemned to She'ol? Also, what of Korach? "And it came to pass, as he made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground did cleave asunder that was under them. 32 And the earth opened her mouth and swallowed them up, and their households, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods. 33 So they, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit; and the earth closed upon them, and they perished from among the assembly."

Yavan may have been influenced by his patriarchs Yafet and Noach, but I don't think that Yavan had any influence on Yisra'el's beliefs.

"Brilliant or Tasteless?" (Title Linked To Original Post)

As hard as saying "tasteless" is, I have to say "tasteless". Also, as I said before, Hitler (Y'Sh) did have an abusive mother (and, might I add, an abusive stepdad), and that's what adds an element of tastlessness to it. Abuse begets abuse; hurt begets hurt, and evil begets evil. Some of the other most-vile people who ever lived were also subject to abuse by vile people (who were also probably abused). I can only hope that someone who has abused and/or is abusing a child suddenly has the thought that his or her child may turn out like (G-d forbid) Hitler (Y'Sh) and Stalin (Y'Sh).

Abuse certainly doesn't excuse abuse, but abusers do affect abusees to be abusers in return if the abusees do not get what help they need.
Also, some of the comments wishing that what happened in the commercial took place are actually against Tanakh. "As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live; turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways" (From Ezekiel 33:11). Meanwhile, while we're getting into counterfactuals, just imagine that someone could've saved Hitler (Y'Sh) from his abusive household and/or gotten him help--then what? Would the Holocaust have happened if a victim of abuse had not turned into a vile and ethnocidal totalitarian?
We're supposed to be about tikun ha'olam here, and wishing that an abuse victim had been killed when he was a child instead of wishing that he had gotten what help he needed is not in the spirit of tikun ha'olam.

Another Petition Against Nehemia Gordon (To Which The Title Link Leads)

    1. First of all, Nehemia Gordon violates the tenets of real Karaism. For example:

      1. "Karaites consider traditional Christianity (any form of Christianity which holds that Jesus / Yehoshua has divine or semi-divine status) to be outright idol worship, in that it raises one of Elohim's creations to the level of creator, either in part or in full. Incidentally, this is precisely the view that Islam holds towards Christianity."
      2. Since Karaism holds that "traditional Christianity...[is] outright idol worship", Karaites are to "not consent unto [the Christian, whether Jewish or gentile], nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him;  but thou shalt surely kill him; thy hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sought to draw thee away from the LORD thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness as this is in the midst of thee.
    2. Secondly, as previous petitioners wrote, "That rabbis have good things to say about A Prayer to Our Father is a moot point. That pastors have good things to say about the book is moot as well." Nehemia is profiting off of Tanakh and violations of Deuteronomy 13:9-12. "Ye shall not make with Me--gods of silver, or gods of gold, ye shall not make unto you." (Exodus 20:19)
    3. Thirdly, Nehemia is verbally abusive. Real Karaites do not verbally abuse people.
Again, Nehemia is nothing more than an abusive hypocrite and opportunist

Petition Against Nehemia Gordon From A Group Of Non-Messianic Karaites That Even Messianics Should Sign

I advise everyone to sign the PetitionOnline petition against Nehemia Gordon. According to what Nehemia claims is his interpretation of Scripture, he should "shalt surely kill [a Messianic Jew like me]; thy hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sought to draw thee away from the LORD thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. " (Deuteronomy 13:10-11, JPS)

So, Nehemia is not even being consistent towards what he claims is his own interpretation of Scripture--the Karaite one. He is instead deceitfully working in church settings, etc. to attempt to turn people away from Yeshua--thus, he's using (if you will) an Anti-Messianic equivalent of the Mohammedan taqiyya. This is not a Karaite principle in any way, shape, form, manner, circumstance, or fashion.

By the way, see "The Hebrew Yeshua vs. the Greek Jesus". Nehemia is grossly inconsistent, for example. He tells people not to use Jewish tradition that is not in the Tanakh, yet he said "Kaddish" (which is not in Scripture) when his dad died and answered "No, not according to Jewish tradition" when I asked if I could name a pet after a deceased relative.

Also, remember that Nehemia verbally abused me, and he has no problem hurting others. As the petition reads,  Nehemia "is doing more harm than good. We don't care about how your works are received by pastors, rabbis and Christians. We don't care about 'fantastic reviews.' We take no stock in them. Their comments are meaningless to us. Our eyes are on you and the effects your actions are having." Nehemia is nothing more than an abusive hypocrite and opportunist.

Update On the Situation With Nehemia: Again, My Warning About Him Stands

I later got a very-manipulative private message from Nehemia. I will not publish the contents of that message, since the evidence here is enough. I will say that I get that hurt people hurt people (as I myself have sadly done several times), but having been hurt doesn't excuse or sanctify hurting others.

Let me also say this: someone gave Nehemia the benefit of the doubt and said that he was using the mentality of a third grader! I wish that, that were true; but that's sadly what verbal abusers want especially their victims to think. "Oh, he's just being childish, having a hard time getting his thoughts together, and unable to cope with the situation as he sees it." It's more of the act of a verbal abuser. Most kids have no clue of how abuse and hurtful certain actions can be. Adults do, and they can use those actions to try to discomfort, manipulate, and control people. Most kids are just trying to feel secure and make sense of matters. Adults, on the other hand, are trying to make others feel insecure and senseless.
